Abstract
The invention provides a front sealing structure of a vibrating screen, wherein a sealing element is fixedly arranged between a front material plate used for guiding grains to slide downwards below a threshing cylinder of a harvester and a fan shell below the front material plate, the width of the sealing element is not less than the width of the screen surface of the vibrating screen between the front material plate and the fan shell, and two opposite side edges in the width direction of the sealing element and the left side wall and the right side wall of a rack are respectively arranged correspondingly and in a clearance mode. The opening of the vibration sieve, which is surrounded by the front material plate positioned above, the fan shell positioned below and the left and right side walls of the rack, is sealed by the sealing element, crop seeds are blocked by the sealing element and fall back to the seed collecting area below the vibration sieve along the fan shell, so that the crop seeds are prevented from flying out of the opening and falling to the ground, and waste is caused.

Background
The crawler-type combine harvester threshing system can be divided into a longitudinal axial flow type threshing and cleaning system and a transverse axial flow type threshing and cleaning system, and the threshing and cleaning systems in the two forms are the main structural forms used in the current market.
The existing combine harvester is integrally divided into a threshing area, a screening area and an air separation area from top to bottom, in the screening area, crop grains, straws and other sundries are separated and screened through reciprocating vibration of a vibrating screen, the vibrating screen vibrates in an elliptical vibration track in a reciprocating manner, although a front corrugated plate in the vibrating screen is arranged downwards towards the tail end of the harvester in a downward tilting mode so as to guide the movement of crops, the grains can still fly out from the front end of the vibrating screen due to the vibration component of the vibrating screen in the horizontal direction.
In the prior art, in order to solve the technical problem, the canvas is arranged at the front end of the vibrating screen to shield, but the vibrating screen is in a continuous working state during working, and the canvas needs to have enough stretching allowance and cannot be fixed to adapt to the amplitude of the vibrating screen, so that gaps exist between the canvas and the vibrating screen and between the canvas and the left side wall and the right side wall of the frame, and the gaps can be enlarged occasionally in the vibrating process to cause the leakage of crop seeds, and the crop seeds fall to the ground from the front end of the frame and cannot be collected to cause waste.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the screening system of the harvester in the prior art is easy to leak grains and cause waste.

The opening of the vibrating screen H, which is surrounded by the front material plate 2f positioned above, the fan shell 3f positioned below and the left and right side walls of the rack 1, is sealed by the sealing plate 1f, crop seeds are blocked by the sealing plate 1f and fall back to the seed collecting area below the vibrating screen H along the fan shell 3f, and therefore the crop seeds are prevented from flying out of the opening and falling to the ground, and waste is caused.

A front sealing structure of a vibrating screen according to claim 3, characterized in that the sealing member is a sealing plate (1 f); one end of the sealing plate (1f) is flanged and is attached and fixed on the lower plate surface of the front material plate (2 f); the other end is fixed on the outer wall surface of the fan shell (3 f).

9. The front seal structure of a shaker screen of claim 7, further comprising:
and one end of the second shielding piece (7f) is fixed at one end, facing the vibrating screen (H), of the front material plate (2f), and the other end of the second shielding piece is a free end and naturally droops to the screen surface of the vibrating screen (H).
