Step 3, taking the anti-side component unit modules with different cross sections, such as the straight line type, the L type, the T type, the Z type and the cross type, designing the component units according to stress parameters, and determining the cross section size of the corrugated steel plate composite wall unit and the cross section specification parameters of the hinged steel beam; if the parameters are not reasonable, returning to the step S1, and adjusting the arrangement of the corrugated steel plate combination wall and the hinged steel beams; and if the relevant parameters are reasonable, entering the next step.
And 4, taking three types of splicing construction models according to the stress condition, and designing and displaying the splicing construction of the corrugated steel plate composite wall and the hinged joint construction of the hinged steel beam end.
Example 4
Based on the technical solutions disclosed in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, a method for installing a corrugated steel plate composite wall structural system in the present embodiment is further disclosed, which specifically includes the following steps (see fig. 11):
step 1, mounting the corrugated steel plate composite wall:
s1-1, hoisting the upper corrugated steel plate composite wall 100-A to the structural installation position of the lower corrugated steel plate composite wall 100-B, and performing installation and pre-fixing (see figure 12);
s1-2, aligning the rectangular steel pipes 2 of the upper corrugated steel plate composite wall and the lower corrugated steel plate composite wall, and then performing full-section welding to ensure the continuity and integrity of welding seams (see figure 13);
s1-3, the corrugated steel plate of the same size prepared in advance is supplemented to the joining area. Ensuring that the connecting region is completely closed by the additional corrugated steel sheet. After the confirmation of no error, welding the supplemented corrugated steel plate with the rectangular steel pipe of the corrugated steel plate combination wall, and fixing the supplemented corrugated steel plate (see fig. 13 and 14);
and S1-4, pouring concrete into the connecting area and the rectangular steel pipe through the grouting port, and ensuring that the whole connecting area is completely filled with the concrete, thereby completing the installation of the corrugated steel plate composite wall (see figure 14).
Step 2, mounting of the steel beam is carried out, see the schematic of fig. 15:
s2-1, hoisting the hinged steel beam 6-1 to be connected to the combined wall to a specified installation position;
s2-2, connecting the steel beam web plate and the connecting plate 9 which is welded on the rectangular steel pipe 2 of the corrugated steel plate composite wall in advance by using the high-strength bolt 14 to complete the connection between the hinged steel beam 6-1 and the composite wall.
And 3, mounting the floor slab, referring to the schematic diagram of fig. 16:
s3-1, hoisting the floor slab prefabricated part 200-2 to a designated installation position for installation, wherein the position connected with the steel beam is placed on the upper flange of the hinged steel beam 6-1, and the position connected with the combined wall 100 is placed on the L-shaped connecting piece 15 welded in advance.
S3-2, after the floor slab prefabricated parts 200-2 are installed, concrete is poured on the whole floor slab to form a floor slab cast-in-place part 200-1, and the installation of the complete floor slab is completed.
This embodiment has guaranteed structural component's atress performance through carrying out full section welding to the rectangle steel pipe of combination wall. Through with the connecting plate 9 on girder steel web and the corrugated steel plate combination wall use high strength bolt 14 to carry out effective connection, simplified beam column connected node greatly, reduced the required precision of installation. And the L-shaped connecting piece prefabricated on the corrugated steel plate composite wall is used for completing the laying connection of the floor slab, so that the problem that the floor slab needs to be connected with the full section of a vertical component in the traditional method is solved, and the installation difficulty is reduced.

Aiming at the joint of the rectangular steel pipe-corrugated steel plate composite wall in the embodiment 1, the embodiment further discloses a connecting beam which is high in modularization assembly degree, suitable for industrial flow line production and integrated with energy consumption and structure. The connection mode is convenient for construction and installation, can save a large amount of labor cost, and has great practical engineering significance in high-fabricated buildings. The embodiment solves the problem of connection of the rectangular steel pipe-corrugated steel plate combined wall in the embodiment 1.

Firstly, respectively obtaining the sizes of a first rectangular steel pipe-corrugated steel plate combined wall and a second rectangular steel pipe-corrugated steel plate combined wall according to the requirement of shear-resistant bearing capacity; determining the connection distance of the two rectangular steel pipe-corrugated steel plate combined walls according to the arrangement; prefabricating I-shaped steel and T-shaped steel with corresponding sizes in a factory, and welding and connecting the I-shaped steel and the T-shaped steel to form a connecting beam; during on-site construction, the end part of the connecting beam T-shaped steel is welded with the wall of the rectangular steel pipe of the corresponding rectangular steel pipe-corrugated steel plate composite wall.

1. A method for installing a corrugated steel plate composite wall structure system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, mounting the corrugated steel plate composite wall:
s1-1, hoisting the upper corrugated steel plate composite wall 100-A to the structural installation position of the lower corrugated steel plate composite wall 100-B, and performing installation and pre-fixing;
s1-2, aligning the rectangular steel pipes 2 of the upper corrugated steel plate composite wall and the lower corrugated steel plate composite wall, and then performing full-section welding to ensure the continuity and integrity of welding seams;
s1-3, supplementing the corrugated steel plates with the same size prepared in advance to the connecting area; ensuring that the connecting area is completely closed by the supplemented corrugated steel plate; after the correctness is confirmed, welding the supplemented corrugated steel plate and the rectangular steel pipe of the corrugated steel plate combined wall, and fixing the supplemented corrugated steel plate;
s1-4, pouring concrete into the connecting area and the rectangular steel pipe through the grouting port, ensuring that the whole connecting area is completely filled with the concrete, and completing the installation of the corrugated steel plate composite wall;
step 2, mounting the steel beam:
s2-1, hoisting the hinged steel beam 6-1 to be connected to the combined wall to a specified installation position;
s2-2, connecting a steel beam web plate and a connecting plate 9 which is welded on the rectangular steel pipe 2 of the corrugated steel plate composite wall in advance by using a high-strength bolt 14 to complete the connection between the hinged steel beam 6-1 and the composite wall;
and step 3, installing the floor slab:
s3-1, hoisting the floor slab prefabricated part 200-2 to a specified installation position for installation, wherein the position connected with the steel beam is placed on the flange of the hinged steel beam 6-1, and the position connected with the combined wall 100 is placed on the L-shaped connecting piece 15 welded in advance;
s3-2, after the floor slab prefabricated parts 200-2 are installed, concrete is poured on the whole floor slab to form a floor slab cast-in-place part 200-1, and the installation of the complete floor slab is completed.
