Technical Field

Background
The internet of things service is one of five major services of the key development of the telecommunication in China, and except for the common internet, the number of users for opening a Virtual Private Dial-up network (VPDN) service is the largest. According to the embodiment of the invention, a method and a device for automatically diagnosing VPDN service faults of the Internet of things are provided, wherein the VPDN automatic diagnosis function has a total of 148 diagnosis logics, and the diagnosis logics are mainly divided into three parts, namely public state logic judgment (user network state), 4G VPDN service state logic diagnosis and 3G VPDN service state logic diagnosis. The specific idea is as follows: judging the public state logic, and inquiring the card state, the network opening state, the network using state and the like; respectively diagnosing LNS configuration information of 3GAAA, 4GAAAA, VPDN AAA service subscription and VPDN AAA according to the network opening state; the service use state diagnosis logic object has information such as 3GAAA primary authentication log, 4GAAA primary authentication log, 3G/4G ticket, VPDN AAA authentication state and the like; and diagnosing according to the user state information and the service state information, and outputting a corresponding fault analysis reason by combining a diagnosis model.
