For example, if the door panel and the door frame form a door gap, generating first type abnormal information; if the intelligent latch is in the abnormal record information, second type abnormal information is generated. The robot can send the abnormal information to the responsible person according to the first type abnormal information and the second type abnormal information respectively and by combining the door number.
When judging that the door is abnormal, the embodiment quickly searches for the responsible person and sends abnormal information to the responsible person so that the responsible person can know the situation and properly process the abnormal information, the benefit and personal safety of the responsible person associated with the door are protected, and the safety of a hotel is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, based on the first embodiment of the door security inspection method of the present invention, a fifth embodiment of the door security inspection method of the present invention is provided, in which the door security inspection method further includes steps S50-S60:
step S50, sending an inspection request for inspecting the room to a responsible person associated with the door;
and step S60, if the confirmation signal sent by the responsible person based on the inspection request is received, inspecting the room, and sending the inspected video information to the responsible person.
After abnormal information is sent to a responsible person, in order to prevent illegal molecules from entering a room illegally and timely, the robot also needs to send a patrol request for patrol of the room to the responsible person associated with the door, and detect in real time whether a confirmation signal sent by the responsible person based on the patrol request is received after the patrol request is sent. It can be understood that after receiving the inspection request, the responsible person can determine whether the robot is required to inspect the room according to the actual situation, if the responsible person is still in the room, the door is only opened, in order to avoid misjudgment operation of the robot, the responsible person may not send a confirmation signal to the robot after receiving the inspection request, or send other signal information to instruct the robot to leave, and inspect the next door. If the responsible person leaves the room and has already closed the door and locked, but still receives the abnormal information, it is stated that there is a possibility that a person illegally enters the room, the responsible person can send a confirmation signal on the basis of the inspection request to instruct the robot to inspect the room, and it can be understood that if the responsible person does not close the door when going out, an assistance request can be sent on the basis of the inspection request to request the robot to close the door. When receiving the confirmation signal sent by the responsible person, the robot calls the image sensor, enters the room and patrols and examines the room, in the process of patrolling and examining, the robot shoots the room through the image sensor, generates video information after the patrolling and examining is completed and sends the video information to the responsible person, so that the responsible person can conveniently determine whether the room is abnormal or not by checking the video information. Or the real-time video data of the robot in the inspection process is sent to the responsible person in real time. It will be appreciated that if an assistance request sent by a responsible person based on a patrol request is received, a physical connection between the robot and the door is established, for example by an electromagnet of the robot, pulling the door and closing the door. It can be appreciated that after the door is determined to be abnormal, the robot can call the security guard, so that the security guard can rapidly check the room, and the benefit and personal safety of the responsible person are ensured.
In the embodiment, after judging that the door is abnormal, the robot requests the responsible person to patrol the room and sends video information generated by patrol to the responsible person, so that the responsible person can conveniently check the video information to determine whether the room is abnormal, the benefit and personal safety of the responsible person are protected, and the safety of a hotel is improved.
