Abstract
The invention relates to a plate body frame, a plate and an assembling method thereof, wherein the plate body frame comprises a frame body; the frame body is provided with a first blank holder extending along the extending direction of the frame body; the inner side surface of the first blank holder is provided with wavy teeth extending along the extension direction of the first blank holder; and the frame body is provided with a clamping groove for fixing a pressing strip which is clamped with the first pressing edge to form a plate body mounting groove. The plate comprises the plate body frame, a plate body and a pressing strip; the pressing strip comprises a second edge pressing and a clamping body; the pressing bar and the frame body are fixedly clamped together through the clamping body and the clamping groove in a matched manner; the second pressing edge is opposite to the first pressing edge and forms a plate body mounting groove; the plate body is inserted in the plate body mounting groove; and sealant or structural glue is filled between the plate body and the first pressing edge and/or between the plate body and the second pressing edge. The invention has a hidden waterproof structure and is convenient to assemble.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a plate for a mobile house, in particular to a plate body frame, a plate and an assembling method thereof.
Background
In modern building materials, panels are used in many situations. The board is widely used because of the prefabrication, and the advantages of heat preservation, moisture resistance and the like. In order to take into account the moisture-proof and assembling requirements of the interior of the panel, a panel frame is often assembled on the peripheral edge of the panel to meet the above requirements.
But the frame package board of common problem all adopts the surface to glue or buckle to solve sealed waterproof in the existing market, all can't perfectly solve waterproof sealing problem, and gelatin blows to the sun and dries easily ageing, air-dries, intensity is low, not pleasing to the eye scheduling problem.

The technical scheme for realizing the first purpose of the invention is as follows: the plate body frame comprises a frame body; the frame body is provided with a first blank holder extending along the extending direction of the frame body; the inner side surface of the first edge pressing is provided with first wavy teeth extending along the extending direction of the first edge pressing; and the frame body is provided with a clamping groove for fixing a pressing strip which is clamped with the first pressing edge to form a plate body mounting groove.
A first groove extending along the extending direction of the first blank holder is arranged on the inner side surface of the first blank holder; one end of the first groove, which is far away from the frame body, forms a first cornice; the first wavy teeth are arranged on the bottom of the first groove.
The clamping groove comprises an open slot, and a clamping block is arranged in the open slot.
The first pressing edge and the frame body are integrated.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a plate with a concealed waterproof structure.
The technical scheme for realizing the second purpose of the invention is as follows: the plate comprises the plate body frame, a plate body and a pressing strip; the pressing strip comprises a second edge pressing and a clamping body; the pressing bar and the frame body are fixedly clamped together through the clamping body and the clamping groove in a matched manner; the second pressing edge is opposite to the first pressing edge and forms a plate body mounting groove; the plate body is inserted in the plate body mounting groove; and sealant or structural glue is filled between the plate body and the first pressing edge and/or between the plate and the second pressing edge.
And the surface of the second pressing edge, which is opposite to the first pressing edge, is also provided with second wavy teeth extending along the extending direction of the second pressing edge.
The surface of the second blank holder opposite to the first blank holder is provided with a second groove; one end of the second groove, which is far away from the clamping body, forms a second cornice; and the second wavy teeth on the second pressing edge are arranged on the groove bottom of the second groove.
The plate body is connected with the plate body frame at the edges around the plate body, and the plate body frames at the edges around the plate body are mutually assembled to form a frame surrounding the plate body.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a method of assembling panels which facilitates assembly.
The technical scheme for realizing the third purpose of the invention is as follows: the assembling method of the plate comprises the following steps:
s1, gluing the first wavy teeth of the first edge pressing;
s2, placing the board body on the first pressing edge;
s3, gluing the second wavy teeth of the second edge pressing;
s4, clamping the clamping body of the pressing strip into the clamping groove, so that the pressing strip is fixedly clamped on the frame body; meanwhile, the second pressing edge of the pressing strip exerts pressure on the plate body and is matched with the first pressing edge to clamp and fix the plate body.
The invention has the positive effects that: (1) the invention perfectly solves the problems of water tightness, air tightness and the like of the connection of the plate body and the plate body frame, the sealant is processed in a concealed mode, the sealant is not blown by wind and is not exposed to the sun, the service life of the sealant is prolonged, the method has the advantages of attractive appearance, no sealant overflow, long service time, high connection strength between the section bar and the plate body and the like.
(2) According to the invention, the adhesive force of glue can be increased through the first wavy teeth and the second wavy teeth, and the glue can be prevented from being extruded out by the plate body, so that the waterproof structure between the frame of the plate body and the plate body is in a dark glue form; meanwhile, the waterproof glue is not applied to the outside (in a gelatin mode), the problems of aging, air drying and the like of the waterproof glue can be effectively reduced, and the overall appearance is more attractive.
(3) According to the invention, more waterproof glue can be filled through the first groove, and the glue can be further prevented from overflowing under the action of the first cornice.
(4) The plate body mounting groove is formed by the first pressing edge and the pressing strip buckled on the clamping groove, and the assembly type connection is more convenient for the mounting and later maintenance of the plate body.
(5) According to the invention, the design of the second cornice and the second wavy teeth on the second pressing plate can further improve the waterproof effect and the connection strength.
(6) The plate body is simple and effective in assembly mode, and the plate can be assembled without large-scale equipment.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the plate body frame of the present invention includes a frame body 1; the frame body 1 is provided with a first blank holder 2 extending along the extending direction of the frame body 1; the inner side surface of the first edge pressing 2 is provided with first wavy teeth 3 extending along the extending direction of the first edge pressing; and the frame body 1 is provided with a clamping groove 6 for fixing and clamping a pressing strip 5 which forms a plate body mounting groove 4 with the first pressing edge 2.
A first groove 21 extending along the extending direction of the first blank holder 2 is arranged on the inner side surface of the first blank holder 2; one end of the first groove 21 far away from the frame body 1 forms a first cornice 22; the first wave teeth 3 are arranged on the bottom of the first groove 21.
The clamping groove 6 comprises an open slot, and a clamping block 61 is arranged in the open slot.
The first edge pressing 2 and the frame body 1 are integrated.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the plate of the present invention comprises the plate frame, a plate 7 and a pressing strip 5; the pressing strip 5 comprises a second edge pressing 51 and a clamping body 52; the pressing strip 5 and the frame body 1 are fixedly clamped together through the clamping body 52 and the clamping groove 6 in a matching manner; the second pressing edge 51 is arranged opposite to the first pressing edge 2 and forms a plate body mounting groove 4; the plate body 7 is inserted in the plate body mounting groove 4; and sealant is filled between the plate body 7 and the first pressing edge 2.
The surface of the second pressing edge 51 opposite to the first pressing edge 2 is also provided with a second wavy tooth 53 extending along the extending direction of the second pressing edge 51.
The surface of the second blank holder 51 opposite to the first blank holder 2 is provided with a second groove 54; one end of the second groove 54 far away from the clamping body 52 forms a second cornice 55; the second wave tooth 53 on the second pressing edge 51 is arranged on the bottom of the second groove 54.
The plate body 7 is connected with the plate body frame at the edge of the periphery, and the plate body frames at the edge of the periphery of the plate body 7 are mutually assembled to form a frame surrounding the plate body 7.
The assembling method of the plate comprises the following steps:
