Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation, and in particular relates to traditional Chinese medicine compound essential oil for treating chronic transmission type constipation.
Background
Chronic transit constipation (STC) is a common functional constipation in clinic, which means that the colonic transit time is prolonged, the colonic movement propulsion and contraction movement are reduced after eating due to colonic motility disorder, and the clinical manifestations of stool frequency reduction, stool disappearance, dry and hard stool quality, abdominal distension and the like are caused. The disease seriously affects the life quality and physical and psychological health of patients, and long-term constipation can induce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and anal diseases, and is closely related to colorectal cancer, Alzheimer disease and other diseases. Most studies are thought to be associated with gastrointestinal hormone level disorders, gastrointestinal motility deficiencies, changes in the number and morphology of Cajal interstitial cells (ICC), intestinal nervous system transmitter content, and intestinal flora imbalance.
In modern medicine, the existing treatment methods for chronic transmission constipation mainly comprise laxatives and prokinetic agents, biofeedback, operations, excrement transplantation and the like, but serious adverse reactions are caused, drug dependence is easy to form, the operations and the excrement transplantation are difficult to generally develop clinically, and the recurrence rate of operation treatment is high. The traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of obvious curative effect and good safety in treating the disease.
The traditional Chinese medicine essential oil is prepared by using modern scientific and technological means in limited and precise aspects of planting and collecting raw materials, extracting and refining products and absorbing the essential oil, so that the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil is greatly improved, and the aim of 'pure natural herbal essence' is not violated. The aromatic medicine has the functions of regulating qi, activating spleen and promoting appetite, and the essential oil of the traditional Chinese medicine is applied to the umbilical part, so that the smell of the medicine enters the blood along with the qi, is transmitted to the internal organs through meridians and collaterals, and is distributed on the whole body through the circulation of blood vessels, thereby correcting the pathological states of the five internal organs and the six internal organs.
Chinese patent application CN110812405A discloses Huangzhihua essential oil for treating functional constipation, which is prepared by dissolving and uniformly mixing 57mL of rhubarb essential oil, 4-6mL of forsythia essential oil, 5-7mL of pharbitis seed essential oil, 5-7mL of immature bitter orange essential oil, 5-7mL of combined spicebush essential oil, 4-6mL of rose essential oil and 5-7g of menthol, and can effectively improve the constipation function, but the compound medicine has a lot of medicines, and adopts supercritical CO2The extraction method has special requirements on equipment and is relatively complex in process.
Chinese patent application CN109846937A discloses a gastrointestinal conditioning essential oil and a preparation method thereof, which consists of 3 to 6 weight percent of essential oil components, and the balance of base oil; the essential oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of oxide essential oil, 25-40 parts of sesquiterpene essential oil, 1-3 parts of aromatic aldehyde essential oil, 3-7 parts of phenol essential oil and 3-7 parts of ketone essential oil. Has the effects of regulating intestines and stomach, invigorating stomach, promoting digestion, increasing intestinal absorption capacity and gastrointestinal peristalsis, and effectively regulating flatulence, defecation, persistent stools, constipation, loose stools and other phenomena. The invention is prepared by directly blending essential oil, and the essential oil has various types and high cost.
The Chinese patent CN102600353B discloses an external traditional Chinese medicine bag for treating chronic constipation of old people and a preparation method thereof, and the external traditional Chinese medicine bag for treating chronic constipation of old people provided by the invention comprises the following components: the medicine in the medicine bag acts on the Shenque point of the umbilical region, and medicine gas continuously permeates into the body to play a role of relaxing the bowels, thereby achieving the curative effect of treating the chronic constipation of the old. However, the medicine bag has more medicinal ingredients, adopts the medicinal powder directly, has limited medicinal effect and is inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.
Therefore, the developed traditional Chinese medicine compound essential oil has the advantages of simple prescription, good safety, convenient use and obvious curative effect on chronic transmission constipation, and has important social value.
