A water collecting device is arranged outside the non-porous inner barrel, the washing water in the inner barrel is discharged to the water collecting device and then discharged, therefore, the water collecting device has a water collecting chamber for temporarily storing water, the height of the water collecting device is less than that of the washing tub, the water collecting device is mainly used for collecting the drainage of the inner tub 3 and the drainage of the high-speed centrifugal dehydration of the inner tub 3, the water collecting device is arranged in the box body 24, at least one part of the water collecting device is positioned below the inner barrel 3, the water collecting device comprises a water collecting cavity and a water outlet communicated with the water collecting cavity, the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity is provided with a water guide structure for guiding water flow to the water outlet, all or part of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity is in transition arrangement from high to low to form the water guide structure, the water outlet is arranged at the position below the highest water level on the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity, so that the drained water can be better drained to the water outlet along the water guiding structure of the water collecting cavity and then is drained. The outer wall of the inner barrel 3 is provided with a dehydration drainage device, the water inlet end of the dehydration drainage device is communicated with the dehydration holes, and the water outlet end of the dehydration drainage device extends into the water collection cavity of the water collection device. The dewatering and draining device comprises a draining channel which extends into a water collecting tank of the water collecting device from top to bottom.

As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine provided in this embodiment further includes a box 24 disposed outside the outer tub 18, the top of the box 24 is provided with a control panel seat 26, the bottom is provided with a base 27, and the outer wall of the bottom of the box 24 is further provided with feet 28 for supporting the box 24. A damping assembly 23 is further disposed between the outer tub 18 and the cabinet 24, and the damping assembly 23 includes a damping spring connected between an outer wall of the outer tub 18 and an inner wall of the cabinet 24. The damping component can effectively prevent the washing machine from frequently colliding with the box body in the working process, so that noise is generated, and the use experience of a user is influenced.
The embodiment further provides a balancing ring 25 at the position of the opening of the inner tub 3, which can balance clothes when the washing machine is in a dewatering process and the clothes are eccentric, wherein the balancing ring 25 can be nested on the edge of the opening, or the balancing ring 25 can be detachably arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the inner tub 3.
In this embodiment, the speed reduction clutch device 20 is fixed on the outer sidewall of the bottom of the outer tub 18 through a fixing plate 21, a through hole is formed in the center of the bottom of the outer tub 18, and the output end of the speed reduction clutch device 20 passes through the through hole to be connected with the inner tub 3 and/or the pulsator 2 in a driving manner.
Example two
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the washing machine is additionally provided with the water circulation system, and the water circulation system controls the washing water/rinsing water to circularly enter the washing tub through the water circulation system and continuously flush the inside of the clothes in the tub through the speed reduction clutch device when the washing/rinsing program is performed, so that the purpose of circulating washing/rinsing with running water is achieved, and the washing/rinsing effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a washing machine including: an inner barrel 3; an outer barrel 18 coaxially disposed outside the inner barrel 3; a speed reduction clutch device 20 drivingly connected with the inner tub 3, the speed reduction clutch device 20 having a hollow passage therein; and a water inlet end of the water circulation system is communicated with the outer barrel 18, and a water outlet end of the water circulation system is communicated with the inner barrel 3 through a hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20. By providing the hollow passage in the speed reduction clutch device 20, the water circulation system is communicated with the inside of the inner tub 3 through the hollow passage of the speed reduction clutch device 20. When the washing or rinsing program is carried out, the control unit of the washing machine conveys the circulating water discharged from the inner tub 3 into the outer tub 18 back to the inner tub 3, so that the running water circulation continuously washes the inside of the clothes in the inner tub 3, and a better washing/rinsing effect is achieved.
In this embodiment, the water circulation system includes a water circulation pipeline 31 and a water circulation pump 30 disposed on the water circulation pipeline 31, the water circulation pipeline 31 has a water inlet communicated with the outer tub 18 and a water outlet communicated with the inner tub 3, and the water circulation pipeline 31 includes a first section of water circulation pipeline communicated between the water inlet of the water circulation pump 30 and the inside of the outer tub 18, and a second section of water circulation pipeline communicated between the water outlet of the water circulation pump 30 and the inside of the inner tub 3.
Preferably, in the embodiment, the circulating water pump 30 adopts a high-pressure water pump, water discharged from the inner tub 3 into the outer tub 18 is pumped out by the high-pressure circulating water pump 30 and enters the inner tub 3 through the water circulating pipeline 31 to perform high-pressure washing on clothes in the tub, water can be continuously circulated into the inner tub 3 in the washing process, the washing effect of high-pressure water flow is fully utilized, the washing cleanliness of the clothes is greatly improved, the inside of the clothes is looser and is not easy to wind, the washing effect of the washing machine is improved, and meanwhile, the abrasion and strain of the clothes are reduced; also can be in the rinsing in-process, constantly to interior bucket 3 circulation intaking carry out high pressure to the clothing inside and wash, from the outside rivers that spray in load center, make the clothing rinsing more abundant, the detergent remains still less, high-efficient environmental protection promotes the user and uses experience.
In this embodiment, a circulating water communication port 29 is formed in the bottom wall of the outer tub 18, a water inlet of the water circulation pipeline 31 is connected to the circulating water communication port 29 by bonding or fusion welding, etc., a water outlet of the water circulation pipeline 31 passes through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20, and a water outlet of the water circulation pipeline 31 is located inside the inner tub 3, so as to achieve the purpose of circularly washing the inside of the clothes in the inner tub 3.
The washing machine provided by this embodiment further includes a water inlet pipeline 1 (not shown in the figures) described in the first embodiment, and the water inlet pipeline 1 and the water circulation system may be arranged independently from each other, wherein the arrangement manner of the water inlet pipeline 1 may be the same as that in the first embodiment, that is, the water inlet pipeline 1 is communicated with the inside of the inner tub 3 through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device, and the specific arrangement manner is referred to the first embodiment and will not be described in detail herein.
In the above scheme, in order to simplify the structure of the washing machine, the water inlet pipeline 1 may also be communicated with the water circulation pipeline 31, a part of the structure of the water circulation pipeline 31 forms the water inlet pipeline 1, specifically, the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1 may be communicated with the second section of the water circulation pipeline, the water inlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1 is connected to the water outlet of the water inlet valve, and the water inlet of the water inlet valve is connected to the tap water pipe. Preferably, the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1 is connected to the first water circulation pipeline communicated between the water circulation pump 30 and the outer tub 18, so that the water circulation pump 30 can raise the pressure of the inlet water in the water inlet pipeline 1 during water inlet, thereby achieving the purpose of pumping the inlet water.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment, the water outlet end of the water circulation pipeline 31 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 102, and the plurality of water outlets 102 flush the laundry in the inner tub 3 at the same time, so as to enhance the flushing strength and further enhance the washing/rinsing effect. Preferably, the water outlet directions of the water outlets 102 are different, so that clothes in different directions in the barrel can be washed, clothes in the barrel can be uniformly washed, and the problems that the water outlet direction is single, washing dead angles are easy to occur and the like are avoided.
For example, a plurality of water outlets facing different water outlets may be connected to the water outlet end of the water circulation pipeline 31, so that the laundry in each orientation in the tub can be washed by the circulating water.
Preferably, the water outlet 102 is a plurality of water outlet holes circumferentially arranged along a pipe wall of the water circulation pipe 31. The water outlet direction of a plurality of apopores is different, can make the clothing homoenergetic in each position in the bucket wash by the circulating water, makes whole washing clothing clean more, even, loose, compares and sets up a plurality of outlet pipes with the play water end at hydrologic cycle pipeline 31, and the structure is simpler, and the shaping is convenient, has avoided a plurality of outlet pipes to be connected insecure scheduling problem with hydrologic cycle pipeline 31.
In the above scheme, the water circulation pipeline 31 is a hollow circulation water pipe, the water baffle 101 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the water outlet end of the hollow circulation water pipe, the water baffle 101 covers the pipe orifice of the hollow water inlet pipeline 1, the cross-sectional area of the water baffle 101 is larger than that of the pipe orifice of the circulation water pipe, preferably, the water baffle 101 is a circular baffle, the outer edge of the circular baffle inclines downwards to extend to form an annular bent edge, the bent edge is similar to an inverted dish shape, the arranged bent edge not only plays a better role in limiting flow, but also can more effectively prevent clothes from blocking the water outlet 102 on the pipe wall.

In a scheme, the washing machine provided by the embodiment further comprises an impeller 2 rotatably arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel 3, the speed reduction clutch device 20 comprises an output shaft and an output shaft sleeve sleeved on the output shaft, the output shaft is in driving connection with the impeller 2, the output shaft sleeve is in driving connection with the inner barrel 3, when clothes are washed, the inner barrel 3 can be controlled to be stationary, the impeller 2 rotates left and right, or the impeller 2 and the inner barrel 3 can also be controlled to rotate bidirectionally at the same time, so that the washing effect of the clothes is improved. In this embodiment, the output shaft is a hollow shaft penetrating through the output shaft and forms a part of the hollow passage of the reduction clutch device 20. The water circulation pipeline 31 is communicated with the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 and feeds circulating water into the inner barrel 3, preferably, the water circulation pipeline 31 penetrates through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 and directly feeds circulating water into the inner barrel 3 so as to achieve better washing effect on the inside of clothes.
In another scheme, the pulsator 2 of the washing machine provided by the embodiment is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner tub 3, the output shaft of the speed reduction clutch device 20 is in driving connection with the inner tub 3, when washing clothes, the inner tub 3 is controlled to rotate, the pulsator 2 is not moved, the pulsator 2 not only can play a role in enhancing clothes washing effect and playing a role in a stirrer, but also is equivalent to a positioning disc and plays a role in positioning and fixing the water circulation pipeline 31 so as to prevent the water circulation pipeline 31 from moving left and right in the tub. In this embodiment, the output shaft of the reduction clutch device 20 is a hollow shaft penetrating through the hollow passage. The water circulation pipeline 31 is communicated with the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 and feeds water into the inner barrel 3, preferably, the water circulation pipeline 31 penetrates through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 and directly feeds circulating water into the inner barrel 3 so as to achieve better washing effect on the inside of clothes.
In the two schemes, the center of the impeller 2 is provided with an impeller channel which is arranged through along the axial direction, the impeller channel is communicated with the hollow channel, the water circulation pipeline 31 passes through the hollow channel and the impeller channel, the water outlet end of the water circulation pipeline 31 is positioned at the center of the inner barrel 3, the inside of the clothes in the barrel can be fully and uniformly washed, and the water outlet of the water circulation pipeline 31 is higher than the vertical distance from the highest point of the impeller 2 to the bottom wall of the inner barrel 3, so that the impeller 2 is prevented from blocking the water circulation pipeline 31 to feed circulating water into the inner barrel 3.
The washing machine provided by the embodiment further comprises a driving motor, the driving motor and the speed reduction clutch device 20 are fixedly arranged into a whole, the driving motor comprises a rotor and a stator, the rotor is a hollow output shaft, the rotor is connected with an input shaft of the speed reduction clutch device 20 to drive the input shaft to rotate, the input shaft of the speed reduction clutch device 20 is a part of a hollow shaft forming the hollow channel, the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water circulation pipeline 31 penetrates through the through hole of the rotor, is embedded into the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 and is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 3.
Preferably, a hollow chamber is formed in the driving motor, the hollow output shaft of the rotor forms a part of the hollow chamber, and the water circulation pipeline 31 is communicated with the inner tub 3 through the hollow chamber of the driving motor and the hollow passage of the speed reduction clutch device 20. Compared with the water supply circulating pipeline 31 with the through hole formed in the input shaft of the speed reduction clutch device 20, the water supply circulating pipeline has the advantages that the defect that the water circulating pipeline 31 is easy to damage after being bent for a long time is avoided, and the water supply circulating pipeline is more convenient to disassemble, assemble or adjust the height of the water circulating pipeline 31.
In this embodiment, both the input shaft and the output shaft of the reduction clutch device 20 are hollow shafts, the hollow passage is communicated from the input shaft to the output shaft, and the hollow parts of the input shaft and the output shaft form part of the structure of the hollow passage. Through the hollow channel for the water inlet circulation pipeline 31 to pass through and the through hollow cavity chamber arranged on the driving motor arranged on the speed reduction clutch device 20, the water inlet circulation from the center of the bottom of the inner barrel 3 to the inner barrel is realized, the inside of clothes in the barrel can be uniformly and fully washed, and the washing/rinsing effect of the clothes is improved.
In this embodiment, the water circulation pipeline 31 is fixedly or movably connected to the input shaft and/or the output shaft of the speed reduction clutch device 20, preferably, the water circulation pipeline 31 is connected to the input shaft and/or the output shaft of the speed reduction clutch device 20 through a fastening nut 22, or connected through other movable connection modes such as plugging and clamping, and the movable connection mode facilitates a user to correspondingly adjust the extending height of the water circulation pipeline 31 according to different amounts of clothes in the drum, so that the flexibility is higher.
The embodiment also provides a control method of the washing machine, which comprises the following steps:
specifically, in the washing or rinsing process, the control unit of the washing machine controls the water circulation system to be started, the circulating water discharged from the inner barrel to the outer barrel circulates back to the inner barrel, the water circulation system is controlled to circularly feed water into the inner barrel, the inside of clothes is continuously washed, the cleaning cleanliness is higher, the washing efficiency is improved, water flow can be sprayed outwards from a load center in the rinsing process, the clothes are rinsed more fully, less detergent remains, and the rinsing efficiency is improved.
In one scheme, in order to avoid dirt accumulation between an inner barrel and an outer barrel easily and increase bacteria inside the washing machine, the inner barrel is of a non-porous structure and comprises an inner barrel bottom, an inner barrel body and an inner barrel flange arranged at the inner barrel bottom, a dewatering hole is arranged on the position, higher than the highest water level of the washing machine, of the peripheral wall of the inner barrel body, the peripheral wall between the dewatering hole and the inner barrel bottom is of a closed structure, the peripheral wall of the inner barrel bottom is of a closed structure, and washing water can be independently contained in the inner barrel during washing.
When a washing or rinsing program is carried out, the control unit of the washing machine controls the inner barrel to rotate at a high speed for a certain time and then reduce and restore to the original rotating speed, when the inner barrel rotates at a high speed, water in the inner barrel climbs to the dewatering holes at the barrel opening position under the action of centrifugal force and enters the outer barrel from the dewatering holes, the control unit of the washing machine controls the circulating water pump of the water circulating system to be started, circulating water discharged from the inner barrel to the outer barrel is conveyed into the inner barrel through the water circulating pipeline, the purpose of live water circulating washing/float washing is achieved, the water outlet end of the water circulating pipeline penetrates through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device, the water outlet of the water circulating pipeline is positioned at the center position inside the inner barrel, the inside of clothes in the barrel can be fully and thoroughly washed, and the washing.

In another scheme, in order to simplify the step of discharging the circulating water from the inner barrel to the outer barrel, the inner barrel is of a porous structure, the inner barrel specifically comprises an inner barrel bottom, an inner barrel body and an inner barrel flange arranged at the inner barrel bottom, water permeable holes are formed in the inner barrel body, the inner barrel bottom and the inner barrel flange, the water in the inner barrel enters a cavity between the inner barrel and the outer barrel through the water permeable holes, in the whole washing or rinsing process, a control unit of the washing machine controls a circulating water pump of a water circulating system to be started at intervals of a certain time, the circulating water in the cavity between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is circulated back to the inner barrel through the water circulating system, a water circulating pipeline penetrates through a hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device, a water outlet of the water circulating pipeline is located at the center position in the barrel, the water in the inner barrel enters the cavity between the inner barrel and the outer barrel through the water permeable holes, and the circulating, the inside of the clothes in the inner barrel is continuously washed by the running water circulation, so that a better washing/rinsing effect is achieved.
Compared with the traditional washing method only by rotating the impeller, the method for washing the interior of the clothes by adopting the circulating high pressure can wash the interior of the clothes more cleanly, and under the condition of the same washing cleanliness, the water circulating system adopted by the method can reduce the water consumption and shorten the washing time.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is to explain the specific structure of the decelerating clutch device in the first and second embodiments and the specific matching relationship with the washing machine.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment describes a deceleration clutch device including an input end and an output end, and the deceleration clutch device has a hollow passage passing through from the input end to the output end. The hollow channel is favorable for the arrangement of a water inlet pipeline, so that the speed reduction clutch device has a water passing function. Because the speed reduction clutch device is usually arranged in the middle of the bottom of the washing machine, the water passing function of the speed reduction clutch device enables the washing machine to realize central water inlet, and clothes to be washed can be quickly, uniformly and fully soaked in the water injection process, so that the working efficiency of the washing machine is improved.
The output end in this embodiment includes an output shaft 4, and the output shaft 4 is a part of a hollow shaft constituting a hollow passage. Preferably, the output end further comprises an output shaft sleeve 41 sleeved on the output shaft 4. The output shaft 4 is connected with the impeller 2, the output shaft sleeve 41 is connected with the inner barrel 3, and the reverse rotation/the same-direction rotation between the output shaft 4 and the output shaft sleeve 41 can be realized according to the transmission mechanism of the gear train of the speed reduction clutch device, so that the impeller 2 and the inner barrel 3 are driven to realize the reverse rotation/the same-direction rotation, the diversity of water flow in the washing machine is increased, the kneading capacity of the washing machine is enhanced, and the cleaning effect is improved.
The reduction clutch device in this embodiment comprises a reduction train comprising a sun gear 8, a planetary gear 11 and a planet carrier 12. The sun gear 8 and the planet gear 11 are in external meshing transmission, the planet gear 11 is arranged on the planet carrier 12, the planet gear 11 moves around the sun gear 8 in the circumferential direction under the transmission of the sun gear 8, and then the planet carrier 12 moves around the sun gear 8 in the circumferential direction along with the planet gear 11. As shown in fig. 5, the planetary carrier 12 is fixedly connected to the output shaft 4, and drives the output shaft 4 to rotate in the same direction as the planetary carrier 12.
In order to ensure the movable connection among the water inlet pipeline 1, the output shaft 4, the input shaft 7, the output shaft sleeve 41, the input shaft 7, the brake wheel shaft 19 and the outer barrel 18, the oil-containing bearing 5 is sleeved on the water inlet pipeline 1, the output shaft 4, the input shaft 7 and the brake wheel shaft 19, and the rolling bearing 6 is sleeved on the output shaft sleeve 41.
In order to form a through hollow channel, a through central gear channel is arranged on the central gear 8, and a through carrier channel is arranged on the planet carrier 12. As shown in fig. 5, the central gear passage, the wheel carrier passage and the output shaft are arranged in a common central axis to form part of the hollow passage.
The speed reduction clutch device in the embodiment comprises a brake wheel, wherein the brake wheel comprises a brake wheel shell 10 and a brake wheel end cover 13, an open inner cavity is formed in the interior of the brake wheel, and the brake wheel end cover 13 is fixedly covered on the open end of the brake wheel shell 10. The brake wheel also comprises a brake wheel shaft 19, and the brake wheel shaft 19 is fixedly connected with the brake wheel end cover 13 and sleeved outside the input shaft 7.
The reduction gear train comprises an inner gear ring 9, and the inner gear ring 9 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall surface of a brake wheel shell 10 or integrally formed with the brake wheel shell 10. The inner gear ring 9 is in internal gear transmission with the planetary gear 11, and as the brake wheel shell 10 is fixedly connected with the output shaft sleeve 41, the inner gear ring 9 drives the brake wheel shell 10 to rotate, and further drives the output shaft sleeve 41 to rotate.
In the embodiment, the planetary gear 11 and the inner gear ring 9 are in inner gearing transmission under the transmission of the central gear 8, the transmission directions are the same, the impeller 2 and the inner barrel 3 are driven to rotate in the same direction, and the rotating speed ratio of the impeller 2 and the inner barrel 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the tooth numbers of the central gear, the planetary gear and the inner gear ring according to actual requirements.
In this embodiment, the speed reduction clutch device further includes an input shaft 7, the input shaft 7 is a hollow shaft, and the input shaft, the central gear passage, the wheel carrier passage and the output shaft are arranged along a common central axis to form a hollow passage which is through from the input end to the output end.
With reference to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the input shaft 7 is connected to a driving motor 17, the driving motor 17 includes a stator and a rotor, and the rotor is fixedly connected to the input shaft 7 to drive the input shaft 7 to rotate. The output end is connected with the inner barrel 3 and/or the impeller 2, the driving motor 17 drives the input shaft 7 to rotate so as to drive the central gear 8 to rotate, the planetary gear 11 externally meshed with the central gear 8 rotates around the central gear 8 under the action of transmission force, the planet carrier 12 and the inner gear ring 9 rotate around the central gear 8 under the action of the transmission force of the planetary gear 11 so as to drive the output end to rotate, and the impeller 2 and the inner barrel 3 in the washing machine rotate to work.
The hollow channel is arranged in the speed reduction and separation device in the embodiment, so that the water inlet pipeline 1 in the first embodiment or the water circulation pipeline 31 in the second embodiment can pass through the hollow channel, the original speed reduction and separation device is integrated with the function of injecting water into the inner barrel 3, the water inlet structure of the original washing machine can be reduced or even cancelled, the structure of the washing machine is simplified, and water is injected from the center of the bottom of the inner barrel 3, so that the washing or rinsing effect of the washing machine is enhanced.
With reference to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the washing machine according to the first or second embodiment further includes a fixing member 16 fixedly connected to an outer tub 18 of the washing machine, a clutch sleeve 15 disposed on a brake wheel shaft 19, and a locking member 14 disposed on the input shaft 7. During the laundry treatment process, the clutch sleeve 15 is engaged with or disengaged from the fixing member 16 or the locking member 14 by sliding up and down, respectively, to complete the washing or dehydrating process of the laundry. When the washing machine is in a washing state, the fixing piece 16 is connected with the clutch sleeve 15, the brake wheel stops rotating, namely the inner barrel 3 does not rotate the impeller 2 under the washing state, and washing water and clothes are agitated; or, the fixing piece 16 is not connected with the clutch sleeve 15 in the washing state, the inner barrel 3 is in a free state and is driven by washing water flow to rotate freely, and the disturbance to the water flow can be enhanced. In the dehydration state, the locking piece 14 is connected with the clutch sleeve 15, so that the brake wheel and the input shaft 7 are connected into a whole, and under the action of the driving motor 17, the input shaft 7 and the brake wheel are driven to coaxially rotate in the same direction at high speed, and further the impeller 2 and the inner barrel 3 are driven to coaxially rotate in the same direction at high speed to spin-dry clothes.
Example four
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment describes a deceleration clutch apparatus, which is different from the third embodiment in that: in the third embodiment, the planetary gear set comprises an input shaft 7, an output shaft 4 and an output shaft sleeve 41, and the planetary gear carrier 12 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 4; the planetary gear set comprises an input shaft 7, an input shaft sleeve 71 and an output shaft 4, and the planetary gear set 12 is fixedly connected with the input shaft sleeve 71.
With reference to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the speed reduction clutch device in the present embodiment includes an input shaft 7 and an output shaft 4, where both the input shaft 7 and the output shaft 4 are hollow shafts. The hollow channel is communicated from the input shaft to the output shaft, and the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged in a way of sharing a central axis to form a part of the hollow channel. The arrangement of the hollow channel is beneficial to the arrangement of the water inlet pipeline 1 in the embodiment or the water circulation pipeline 31 in the embodiment 2, so that the speed reduction clutch device has a central water flowing function at the same time.
The speed reduction clutch device in the embodiment comprises a speed reduction gear train, wherein the speed reduction gear train comprises a central gear 8, and the central gear 8 is fixedly arranged on the input shaft 7 and is driven to rotate by the input shaft 7. In order to ensure the through of the hollow channel, a through central gear channel is arranged on the central gear 8, and the central gear channel, the output shaft and the input shaft are arranged on the same central axis to form the hollow channel.
The reduction clutch device in the present embodiment further includes a planetary gear 11 and a planetary carrier 12. The sun gear 8 and the planet gear 11 are in external meshing transmission, the planet gear 11 is arranged on the planet carrier 12, the planet gear 11 moves around the sun gear 8 in the circumferential direction under the transmission of the sun gear 8, and then the planet carrier 12 moves around the sun gear 8 in the circumferential direction along with the planet gear 11. As shown in fig. 6, the planetary carrier 12 is fixedly connected to the input sleeve 71, and drives the input sleeve 71 to rotate in the same direction as the planetary carrier 12.
The planet carrier 12 is provided with a through wheel carrier channel, and the planet carrier 12 is sleeved on the input shaft 7 through the wheel carrier channel. The input shaft sleeve 71 is fixedly connected with the planet carrier 12 and sleeved on the input shaft 7, the input shaft sleeve 71 is a hollow shaft, and the hollow shaft is coaxially communicated with the wheel carrier channel.
The speed reduction clutch device in the embodiment comprises a brake wheel, wherein the brake wheel comprises a brake wheel shell 10 and a brake wheel end cover 13, an open inner cavity is formed in the interior of the brake wheel, and the brake wheel end cover 13 is fixedly covered on the open end of the brake wheel shell 10. The brake wheel end cover 13 is provided with an end cover channel, and the end cover channel is sleeved outside the input shaft sleeve 71.
The reduction gear train comprises an inner gear ring 9, and the inner gear ring 9 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall surface of a brake wheel shell 10 or integrally formed with the brake wheel shell 10. The inner gear ring 9 is in internal gear transmission with the planetary gear 11, and as the brake wheel shell 10 is fixedly connected with the output shaft 4, the inner gear ring 9 drives the brake wheel shell 10 to rotate, and further drives the output shaft 4 to rotate. An oil-containing bearing 5 is arranged in the output shaft 4, and a rolling bearing 6 is arranged outside the output shaft 4.
In the embodiment, the planetary gear 11 and the inner gear ring 9 are in inner meshing transmission under the transmission of the sun gear 8, so that the inner barrel 3 is driven to rotate.
The input shaft 7 is connected with the rotor of a driving motor 17, and the output shaft 4 is connected with the inner barrel 3. The driving motor 17 drives the input shaft 7 to rotate, and further drives the sun gear 8 to rotate, the planetary gear 11 externally engaged with the sun gear 8 rotates around the sun gear 8 under the action of transmission force, the planet carrier 12 and the inner gear ring 9 rotate around the sun gear 8 under the action of the transmission force of the planetary gear 11, and further drives the output shaft 4 to rotate, and the inner tub 3 of the washing machine starts to work after rotating.
With reference to fig. 1, 3 and 6, the washing machine according to the first or second embodiment further includes a fixing member 16 fixedly connected to an outer tub 18 of the washing machine, a clutch sleeve 15 disposed on the input shaft sleeve 71, and a locking member 14 disposed on the brake wheel cover 13. When the washing machine is in a washing state, the fixing piece 16 is connected with the clutch sleeve 15, the input shaft sleeve 71 stops rotating, namely the planet carrier 12 is fixed in the washing state, the inner gear ring 9 drives the brake wheel shell 10 to rotate, and further drives the inner barrel 3 to rotate, so that washing water and clothes are stirred. In the dewatering state, the locking piece 14 is connected with the clutch sleeve 15, so that the brake wheel is connected with the input shaft sleeve 71 into a whole, and under the action of the driving motor 17, the input shaft sleeve 71 and the brake wheel are driven to coaxially rotate in the same direction at high speed, and the inner barrel 3 is driven to rotate at high speed to spin clothes.
EXAMPLE five
The present embodiment provides a washing machine, which is different from the washing machines provided in the first and second embodiments, in that a water outlet structure is provided on the pulsator in the present embodiment, the water inlet pipeline/water circulation pipeline is communicated with the water outlet structure of the pulsator through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device, and water is supplied into the inner tub through the water outlet structure of the pulsator, rather than through the pulsator channel of the pulsator.
Compared with the prior art, the washing machine has the advantages that in the washing and rinsing processes, water flow can be sprayed outside the water outlet holes from the edge periphery of the impeller, so that clothes are washed and rinsed more fully, clothes winding is reduced, abrasion is small, less detergent remains in the washed clothes, the washing machine is efficient and environment-friendly, and the use experience of a user of the washing machine is improved.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 1 to 5 and 7, the washing machine provided in this embodiment includes: an inner barrel 3; the impeller 2 is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel 3, and a water outlet structure is arranged on the impeller 2; a deceleration clutch device 20 drivingly connected with the inner tub 3 and/or the pulsator 2, the deceleration clutch device 20 having a hollow passage therein; and the water inlet system is communicated with the water outlet structure of the impeller 2 through a hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20. In this embodiment, the speed reduction clutch device 20 in the third embodiment is used to drive and connect the inner tub 3 and/or the pulsator 2, and the internal structure and connection mode of the speed reduction clutch device 20 are the same as those in the third embodiment, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
In a washing state, the pulsator 2 is driven by the speed reduction clutch device 20 to rotate left and right to drive the clothes to turn over, the inner tub 3 can be set to a free rotation state or a relative locking state, preferably, the inner tub 3 and the pulsator 2 are driven by the speed reduction clutch device to rotate in opposite directions, so that the rubbing force between the clothes is enhanced, and the washing effect is improved. In the dewatering state, the pulsator 2 and the inner tub 3 are rotated together at the same direction and the same speed by the driving of the deceleration clutch 20. Water can be introduced from the center of the bottom of the inner tub 3 through the hollow channel of the deceleration clutch device 20 during washing or rinsing, the water inlet system includes the water inlet pipeline 1 in the first embodiment and the water circulation pipeline 31 in the second embodiment, and the structure and arrangement of the water inlet pipeline 2 and the water circulation pipeline 31 are the same as those in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and thus, detailed description thereof is omitted. The washing machine accessible water intake system is washed to interior water inflow or internal circulating water of bucket 3, can follow impeller 2's play water structure outside jet stream in washing and the rinsing process, promotes the washing powder and dissolves, and rivers impact the clothing washing cleaner, reduce the clothing winding, make clothing wearing and tearing less, and washing, rinsing are more abundant, and the clothing detergent after the rinsing remains still less, and high-efficient environmental protection has promoted washing machine's user and has used experience.
With reference to fig. 7, the pulsator 2 has a pulsator main body having a disc-shaped chamber, the pulsator main body has an upper surface and a lower bottom wall which are oppositely disposed, and the water outlet structure of the pulsator 2 includes: a water inlet end 201, which is communicated with the water outlet end of the water inlet system (water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31); a water outlet end communicated with the inner barrel 3; the water inlet system enters water from the water inlet end 201 of the water outlet structure of the impeller 2 through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20, and enters water into the inner barrel 3 through the water outlet end 202 of the water outlet structure of the impeller 2, so that the problems that the water inlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31 in the first embodiment or the second embodiment can only penetrate through the impeller to enter the inner barrel 3, and the water enters the inner barrel 3 through the water outlet structure of the impeller 2 are solved, and the problems that the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31 is directly positioned in the inner barrel 3, is easy to block, and the water outlet direction is single and the like are solved.
In order to prevent that rivers from flowing to the outside from the play clearance between the end 201 of intaking of going out the water structure and the play water end of water inlet system, in this embodiment, the end 201 of intaking of going out the water structure is connected with the play water end rotary seal of water inlet system, when not influencing impeller 2 normal pivoted, guarantees the leakproofness between impeller 2 and the water inlet system, prevents that rivers from entering into speed reduction clutch or driving motor inside, causes the damage to the machine, causes the incident.
As shown in fig. 7, the water outlet end 202 of the water inlet system (the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31) passes through the hollow channel, the water outlet port thereof is located in the impeller 2, and the water outlet port extends to the periphery to form an annular sealing end cover 103, and a first dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the annular sealing end cover 103 and the lower bottom wall of the impeller 2. The first dynamic sealing structure is a columnar sealing ring, the upper end and the lower end of the columnar sealing ring are tightly propped between the lower surface of the sealing end cover 103 and the inner wall surface of the lower bottom wall of the impeller 2, preferably, the columnar sealing ring is sleeved on the water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31 in the impeller, the sealing ring has a certain thickness and is made of elastic materials, such as rubber rings and the like, and the rotation of the impeller is not influenced while the sealing performance is ensured by adopting the elastic rubber materials.
In an alternative scheme, the first dynamic sealing structure is a first sealing sleeve assembly, the first sealing sleeve assembly comprises a sealing sleeve and a sealing sleeve clamping sleeve arranged outside the sealing sleeve, the sealing sleeve passes through the sealing sleeve clamping sleeve and is fixed on the inner wall of the bottom wall of the impeller 2, the sealing sleeve clamping sleeve is fixed on the impeller through a bolt, the sealing sleeve comprises an annular upper sealing sleeve and an annular lower sealing sleeve which are matched with each other, the cross section of the upper sealing sleeve is of a T-shaped structure, the cross section of the lower sealing sleeve is of a concave structure, and a groove matched with the T-shaped upper sealing sleeve is formed in the middle position of the lower sealing sleeve. The transverse edge of the upper sealing sleeve is fastened on the sealing end cover 103, and the vertical edge of the upper sealing sleeve is inserted in the groove of the lower sealing sleeve. When the sealing sleeve assembly is used, the lower sealing sleeve covers the inner wall surface of the impeller 2, lubricating oil is smeared in the groove of the lower sealing sleeve, then the vertical edge of the upper sealing sleeve is clamped in the groove of the lower sealing sleeve, and when the washing machine operates, the upper sealing sleeve is fixed, and the lower sealing sleeve rotates along with the impeller. Adopt unsmooth formula compound mode, realize the rotary seal between impeller and the water intake system, sealed effect is better, and the temperature resistant is withstand voltage, stand wear and tear, can not cause wearing and tearing to the counter shaft during relative friction, and the cost is lower, and the maintenance is changed conveniently, and life is longer, has stronger practicality.
Further, the water outlet structure further comprises a communicating part 203 for communicating the water inlet end 201 and the water outlet end 202, and the communicating part 203 is a hollow chamber; or, the communicating portion 203 is a plurality of water flow channels in the positioning plate 2, and preferably, the whole impeller 2 is a hollow structure, and has an internal hollow cavity to form the communicating portion 203.
Further, the water outlet end 202 is a plurality of water outlet holes formed in the impeller 2; preferably, a plurality of apopores are arranged along the edge circumference of the impeller 2, the apopores are arranged on the upper surface of the impeller 2, and a circle or a plurality of circles are arranged along the edge circumference of the impeller 2. In washing or rinsing process, rivers are outwards sprayed from the ascending apopore of impeller 2 upper surface circumference, and the area of rivers impact clothing is bigger, and is more even, can make clothing inside soak fast, promotes washing or rinsing efficiency.
As shown in fig. 5, the deceleration clutch device includes: the input shaft 7 is a hollow shaft; the output shaft 4 is a hollow shaft and is fixedly connected with the impeller 2; the output shaft sleeve 41 is sleeved on the output shaft and fixedly connected with the inner barrel 3; the hollow passage is communicated from the input shaft 7 to the output shaft 4, and the input shaft 7 and the output shaft 4 are arranged on the same central axis to form a part of the hollow passage. The specific structure, arrangement mode and operation principle of the speed reduction clutch device 20 are the same as those of the third embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Further, a second dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet system and the output shaft, the first dynamic sealing structure and the second dynamic sealing structure can be independently arranged and can also be simultaneously arranged, the sealing performance is further improved, the second dynamic sealing structure is a sealing ring sleeved on the water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31 positioned in the output shaft, and the sealing ring is connected between the outer wall of the water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31 and the inner wall of the output shaft in a sealing mode, so that sealing is achieved.
In an alternative scheme, the second dynamic seal structure is a second seal sleeve assembly, the second seal sleeve assembly comprises a seal sleeve and a seal sleeve clamping sleeve arranged outside the seal sleeve, the seal sleeve passes through the seal sleeve clamping sleeve and is fixed on the inner wall of the output shaft, the seal sleeve clamping sleeve is fixed on the output shaft through a bolt, the seal sleeve comprises an annular inner side seal sleeve and an annular outer side seal sleeve which are matched with each other, the inner side seal sleeve is arranged on a water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31 positioned in the output shaft, the cross section of the inner side seal sleeve is of a transverse T-shaped structure, the cross section of the outer side seal sleeve is of a transverse concave structure, and a groove matched with the transverse T-shaped inner seal sleeve is arranged in the middle position of the outer. The vertical edge of the inner sealing sleeve is tightly wrapped outside the water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31, the transverse edge of the inner sealing sleeve is inserted into the groove of the outer sealing sleeve, when the washing machine operates, the outer sealing sleeve rotates along with the output shaft, and the inner sealing sleeve does not move.
Preferably, a third dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet system and the input shaft, and the setting mode of the third dynamic sealing structure is the same as that of the second dynamic sealing structure, and further description is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5 and 7, the washing machine further includes a fixing member 16 fixedly connected to an outer tub 18 of the washing machine, a clutch sleeve 15 disposed on a brake wheel shaft 19, and a locking member 14 disposed on the input shaft 7. Further, the device also comprises a driving motor 17, wherein the driving motor 17 comprises a stator and a rotor; the rotor is fixedly connected with the input shaft, the input shaft is a hollow shaft, and the stator is fixedly connected with the fixing piece 16 or the outer barrel 18; the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet system penetrates through the through hole of the rotor and is embedded into the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 to be communicated with the water outlet structure of the impeller 2.
Further, the inner barrel 3 is provided with an inner barrel channel which penetrates through along the axial direction, and the hollow channel is communicated with the inner barrel channel. A plurality of stirring ribs 32 are arranged on the bottom wall of the inner barrel and the side wall of the inner barrel at the bottom of the inner barrel 3, and the stirring ribs 32 are bulges formed by extending the barrel wall to the inner part of the inner barrel.
The washing machine provided by the invention adopts the speed reduction clutch device with the hollow channel, the water inlet system is communicated with the water outlet structure of the impeller through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device, water flow can be sprayed outwards from the water outlet holes at the edge of the impeller in the washing and rinsing processes, so that the detergent is promoted to be dissolved, the water flow continuously washes the interior of clothes, the washing and rinsing are cleaner and more sufficient, the winding among the clothes can be reduced due to the continuous washing of the water flow, the wear of the clothes is reduced, the detergent residue of the rinsed clothes is less, the washing machine is efficient and environment-friendly, and the use experience of a user of the washing machine is improved.
EXAMPLE six
The washing machine provided by the present embodiment is different from the fifth embodiment in that a positioning plate is used instead of the pulsator, the positioning plate is fixed or freely rotatably disposed at the bottom of the inner tub to perform the positioning and fixing function, and the speed reduction clutch device in the fourth embodiment is used, and the speed reduction clutch device only drives the inner tub to rotate.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 1 to 4, 6 and 8, the present embodiment provides a washing machine, including: an inner barrel 3; the positioning disc 2 is fixedly/freely rotatably arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel 3, and a water outlet structure is arranged on the positioning disc 2; the speed reduction clutch device 20 is also provided in the fourth embodiment, and is in driving connection with the inner barrel 3, and a hollow channel is arranged inside the speed reduction clutch device 20; and the water inlet system is communicated with the water outlet structure of the positioning plate 2 through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20.
The positioning disc 2 of the washing machine provided by the embodiment does not rotate relatively, can rotate freely, and rotates along with the inertia of the inner barrel 3, so that the inner barrel 3 rotates left and right to drive clothes to turn over. Water can be introduced from the center of the bottom of the inner tub 3 through the hollow channel of the deceleration clutch device 20 during washing or rinsing, the water inlet system includes the water inlet pipeline 1 in the first embodiment and the water circulation pipeline 31 in the second embodiment, and the structure and arrangement of the water inlet pipeline 2 and the water circulation pipeline 31 are the same as those in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and thus, detailed description thereof is omitted. Referring to fig. 8, the positioning plate 2 has a positioning plate main body with a disc-shaped chamber, the positioning plate main body has an upper surface and a lower bottom wall which are oppositely arranged, and the water outlet structure of the positioning plate 2 includes: a water inlet end 201, which is communicated with the water outlet end of the water inlet system (water inlet pipeline 1/water circulation pipeline 31); a water outlet end 202 communicated with the inner barrel 3. The water inlet system is characterized in that water enters from the water inlet end 201 of the water outlet structure of the positioning disc 2 through the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20, and water exits from the water outlet end 202 of the water outlet structure of the positioning disc 2 and enters the inner barrel 3, so that the problem that the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31 in the first embodiment or the second embodiment can be communicated with the inner barrel 3 only by penetrating through a wave wheel and water enters the inner barrel through the water outlet structure of the positioning disc 2 is solved, and the problems that the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31 is directly positioned in the inner barrel 3, the blockage is easy, the water outlet direction is single and the like are solved.
Furthermore, the water inlet system comprises a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the water inlet end of the water inlet system is communicated with external tap water or internal circulating water, and the water inlet end 201 of the water outlet structure of the positioning plate 2 is fixed with the water outlet end of the water inlet system in a sealing manner so as to prevent water from leaking; or, the water inlet end 201 of the water outlet structure of the positioning plate 2 and the water outlet end of the water inlet system are integrally arranged and are arranged through injection molding and integral forming, so that the step that the water inlet end 201 of the water outlet structure and the water outlet end of the water inlet system need to be additionally fixed and sealed is avoided, the forming is simple, and the cost is simplified.
Further, the water outlet structure further comprises a communicating part 203 for communicating the water inlet end 201 and the water outlet end 202, and the communicating part 203 is a hollow chamber; or, the communicating portion 203 is a plurality of water flow channels in the positioning plate 2, and preferably, the positioning plate 2 is a hollow structure as a whole, and has an internal hollow cavity to form the communicating portion 203.
Further, the water outlet end 202 is a plurality of water outlet holes formed in the positioning plate 2; preferably, a plurality of apopores set up along the edge circumference of positioning disk 2, the apopore is seted up at positioning disk 2 upper surface, offers round or many circles along 2 edge circumferences of positioning disk. Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the water outlet end of the water inlet system is integrally disposed with the hollow fixing shaft of the positioning plate, that is, the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31 is integrally disposed with the hollow fixing shaft by injection molding. In an alternative scheme, the water inlet end 201 is a communication hole in the center of the lower bottom wall of the positioning plate 2, and the water outlet port of the water inlet pipeline 1/the water circulation pipeline 31 is fixedly connected with the communication hole into a whole.
As shown in fig. 6, the reduction clutch device 20 includes: the input shaft 7 is a hollow shaft; the output shaft 4 is a hollow shaft and is fixedly connected with the inner barrel 3; the input shaft sleeve 71 is sleeved on the input shaft 4; the hollow passage is communicated from the input shaft 7 to the output shaft 4, and the input shaft 7 and the output shaft 4 are arranged on the same central axis to form a part of the hollow passage. The specific structure, arrangement mode and operation principle of the speed reduction clutch device 20 are the same as those of the fourth embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 6 and 8, the washing machine further includes a fixing member 16 fixedly connected to an outer tub 18 of the washing machine, a clutch sleeve 15 disposed on the input shaft sleeve 71, and a locking member 14 disposed on the brake wheel cover 13. When the washing machine is in a washing state, the fixing piece 16 is connected with the clutch sleeve 15, the input shaft sleeve 71 stops rotating, namely the planet carrier 12 is fixed in the washing state, the inner gear ring 9 drives the brake wheel shell 10 to rotate, and further drives the inner barrel 3 to rotate, so that washing water and clothes are stirred. In the dewatering state, the locking piece 14 is connected with the clutch sleeve 15, so that the brake wheel and the input shaft sleeve 71 are connected into a whole, and under the action of the driving motor 17, the input shaft sleeve 71 and the brake wheel are driven to coaxially rotate in the same direction at high speed, and the inner barrel 3 is driven to rotate at high speed to throw clothes.
Further, the device also comprises a driving motor 17, wherein the driving motor 17 comprises a rotor and a stator, and the stator is fixedly connected with the fixing piece 16 or the outer barrel 18; the rotor is fixedly connected with the input shaft 4; the input shaft 4 is a hollow shaft, the rotor is also a hollow shaft, a through hole is arranged at the center of the rotor, and the water inlet system penetrates through the through hole of the rotor, is embedded into the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device 20 through the input shaft 4 and is communicated with the water outlet structure of the positioning disc 2.
As shown in fig. 8, a plurality of stirring ribs 32 are disposed on the bottom wall of the inner barrel and the side wall of the inner barrel at the bottom of the inner barrel 3, and the stirring ribs 32 are protrusions formed by extending the barrel wall to the inside of the inner barrel.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:
an inner barrel;
the impeller is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel and is provided with a water outlet structure;
the speed reduction clutch device is in driving connection with the inner barrel and/or the impeller, and a hollow channel is formed inside the speed reduction clutch device;
and the water inlet system is communicated with the water outlet structure of the impeller through a hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water outlet structure of the impeller comprises:
the water inlet end is communicated with the water outlet end of the water inlet system;
the water outlet end is communicated with the inner barrel;
and the water inlet end of the water outlet structure is connected with the water outlet end of the water inlet system in a rotating and sealing manner.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the water outlet end of the water inlet system penetrates through the hollow channel, the water outlet port of the water inlet system is positioned in the impeller and extends to the periphery to form an annular sealing end cover, and a first dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the annular sealing end cover and the bottom wall of the impeller.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the water outlet structure also comprises a communicating part for communicating the water inlet end with the water outlet end;
the communicating part is a hollow cavity; or the communication part is a plurality of water flow channels.
5. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the water outlet end is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes formed in the impeller; preferably, the plurality of water outlet holes are circumferentially arranged along the edge of the impeller.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the deceleration clutch device includes:
the input shaft is a hollow shaft;
the output shaft is a hollow shaft and is fixedly connected with the impeller;
the output shaft sleeve is sleeved on the output shaft and fixedly connected with the inner barrel;
the hollow channel is communicated from the input shaft to the output shaft, and the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged in a way of sharing a central axis to form a part of the hollow channel.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
a second dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet system and the output shaft; preferably, a third dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet system and the input shaft.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the washing machine also comprises a driving motor and an outer barrel, wherein the driving motor comprises a stator and a rotor;
the stator is fixedly connected with the outer barrel;
the rotor is fixedly connected with the input shaft, and the input shaft is a hollow shaft;
the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet system penetrates through the through hole of the rotor and is embedded into the hollow channel of the speed reduction clutch device to be communicated with the water outlet structure of the impeller.
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the inner barrel is provided with an inner barrel channel which penetrates through the inner barrel along the axial direction, and the hollow channel is communicated with the inner barrel channel.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
a plurality of stirring ribs are arranged on the bottom wall of the inner barrel at the bottom of the inner barrel and the side wall of the inner barrel, and the stirring ribs are bulges formed by extending the barrel wall to the inner part of the inner barrel.
