Example two
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the second embodiment, a protective cover 30 is disposed inside the inner tub 20, and the protective cover 30 covers the centrifugal impeller 22, so as to isolate clothes from the impeller, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the problem that the abrasion of the clothes is aggravated due to the contact friction between the conventional impeller and the clothes for a long time in the washing process. The existing pulsator and the bottom of the inner barrel 20 have relative movement, the pulsator and the inner barrel have an assembly gap of about 2 mm, and some foreign matters such as paper clips, coins, pins and the like can enter between the inner barrel and the outer barrel 10 from the gap to form noise, and more seriously enter the drainage valve, so that the drainage valve cannot be closed or damaged. In this scheme, install the protection casing 30 on the barrel head of interior bucket 20, each first opening 31 on the border and the barrel head of interior bucket 20 naturally have formed the delivery port, and each delivery port all is towards the side perisporium setting of interior bucket 20, so, when centrifugal impeller 22 high-speed rotation, blade 223 gets rid of water in the cavity that protection casing 30 and interior bucket 20 barrel head formed, and the pressure that increases sharply makes water blowout from each delivery port in protection casing 30 periphery simultaneously, forms the gushing effect.
Referring to fig. 2, an annular convex ring 40 is disposed on the inner surface of the bottom of the inner tub 20 and surrounds the water flow channel 21, a plurality of second openings 41 are disposed on the annular convex ring 40, the peripheral end surface of the housing abuts against the annular convex ring 40, and the first openings 31 are disposed opposite to the second openings 41 one by one. In this scheme, the first openings 31 and the second openings 41 are arranged in a one-to-one opposite manner, so that the formed water outlet is enlarged, and water flow is facilitated to be sprayed out from the water outlet on the protective cover 30.
The peripheral side of the shield 30 is fixed to the bottom of the inner tub 20 by a fastener. The shield 30 is provided at a circumference with a plurality of coupling holes at intervals, and each coupling hole is respectively fastened to the bottom of the inner tub 20 by a fastener.
Example III

The driving motor 50 is driven by the accelerating device 51, so that the rotation speed of the centrifugal impeller 22 is increased, and the centrifugal impeller 22 can form enough water pressure just under the high-speed rotation speed, so that water flow is sprayed out, a 'spring surge' effect is realized, and the washing effect on clothes is improved.
The accelerator 51 is an accelerator, and includes a sun gear and a carrier, the carrier is connected to a drive shaft of the drive motor 50, and the sun gear is connected to the centrifugal impeller 22 through an impeller shaft.
The accelerator is described in detail below:
the accelerator can adopt the existing 'decelerator' on the pulsator washing machine, and only the installation mode and the connection mode of the 'decelerator' are replaced. The input shaft of the traditional speed reducer is connected with the sun gear, and the output shaft is connected with the planet carrier, so that the rotating speed of the output shaft is lower than that of the input shaft.
The principle of acceleration of the speed reducer in this embodiment is as follows: the planetary gear of the traditional speed reducer is turned 180 degrees, the input shaft is connected with the planetary carrier, and the output shaft is connected with the central wheel, so that the rotating speed of the output shaft is higher than that of the input shaft. The change only needs to change the planet wheel, the input shaft and the output shaft of the speed reducer, and other structures can be universal.
For example, a speed reducer with a reduction ratio of 5:1 can realize 600 revolutions per minute of the rotation speed of an input shaft and 3000 revolutions per minute of the rotation speed of an output shaft.
The output end of the speed reducer is connected with an impeller shaft and an inner barrel shaft, the impeller shaft is connected with the centrifugal impeller 22, the inner barrel shaft is connected with the inner barrel 20, the impeller shaft drives the centrifugal impeller 22 to rotate, and the inner barrel shaft drives the inner barrel 20 to rotate. Specifically, a flange is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner tub 20, and the inner tub shaft is fixedly connected to the flange. Wherein, the flange is provided with an avoiding opening corresponding to the water flow channel 21, which is beneficial for water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel 10 to enter the water flow channel 21 through the avoiding opening, and circulating surging washing water flow is formed between the inner barrel and the outer barrel.
