Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, the box cover 13 is opened firstly, the solution is poured into the inner side of the solvent storage box 12, then the solid material is placed into the feed hopper 91, the driving motor at the rear end of the feed hopper 91 drives the crushing roller 11 to rotate, the solid material is crushed, the crushed solid falls onto the upper part of the screening net 94 for screening, the qualified particles fall through the screening net 94, the larger particles are left on the upper part of the screening net 94, the solid material falls into the inner side of the configuration box 2, meanwhile, the medicine pump 15 sends the solution in the inner side of the solvent storage box 12 into the inner side of the configuration box 2 through the liquid inlet pipe 14 and the liquid outlet pipe 16 to be mixed with the solid material, the stirring motor 3 drives the support shaft 51 to rotate horizontally through the rotating shaft 4, when the support shaft 51 rotates horizontally, the driving gear 57 is meshed with the gear ring 21, the power is transmitted to the stress bevel gear 54 through the steering gear 56, the stress bevel, the rotary sleeve 52 drives the crushing blade 53 to rotate in the rotating process to crush solid particles so that the solid particles are quickly dissolved in a solvent, the power transmission bevel gear 55 transmits power to the next stress bevel gear 54 through the steering gear 56, the rotating directions of the two adjacent rotary sleeves 52 and the crushing blade 53 are opposite, the crushing effect on the solid particles is improved, the lower part of the inclined blade 64 is attached to the bottom of the inner side of the configuration box 2, the connecting shaft 61 drives the inclined blade 64 to rotate to turn over particle powder deposited at the bottom and enable the particle powder to move upwards, the crushing stirring frame structure 5 is matched to crush the particles at the bottom so that the particles are quickly dissolved, after the emulsion is prepared, the manual valve 77 is opened, the prepared solution passes through the filter screen 76 and enters the inner side of the metering box 71 through the funnel 75 and the connecting pipe 74, the dosage is found through a scale line on the liquid level observation window 72, when in use, the electromagnetic valve 73 and the discharge valve 8 are respectively opened, and the emulsion in water is discharged for use.

The multifunctional pesticide emulsion in water preparation device is characterized by comprising a shell (1), a configuration box (2), a stirring motor (3), a rotating shaft (4), a crushing stirring frame structure (5), a bottom cleaning frame structure (6), a discharging metering frame structure (7), a discharging valve (8), a feeding screening frame structure (9), a feeding pipe (10), a crushing roller (11), a solvent storage box (12), a box cover (13), a liquid inlet pipe (14), a pesticide pump (15) and a liquid outlet pipe (16), wherein the configuration box (2) is in bolted connection with the left side of the inside of the shell (1); the stirring motor (3) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the configuration box (2) through a bolt, and an output shaft penetrates through the configuration box (2); the rotating shaft (4) is coupled at the middle position of the inner side of the configuration box (2), and the upper part of the rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft coupling of the stirring motor (3); the crushing and stirring frame structures (5) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the rotating shaft (4); the bottom cleaning frame structure (6) is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the configuration box (2); the discharging metering frame structure (7) is arranged at the lower part of the configuration box (2); the discharge valve (8) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the left side of the shell (1); the feeding screening frame structure (9) is arranged on the left side of the upper part of the shell (1); the upper part of the feeding pipe (10) is embedded in the left side of the upper part of the shell (1), and the lower part of the feeding pipe is embedded in the left side of the upper part of the configuration box (2); the crushing roller (11) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the feeding screening frame structure (9); the solvent storage box (12) is connected to the right side of the inside of the shell (1) through bolts; the box cover (13) is inserted into the upper part of the inner side of the solvent storage box (12), and the right side of the box cover is connected with the right side of the upper part of the shell (1) through a hinge; the liquid inlet pipe (14) is inserted in the solvent storage tank (12), and the upper part of the left side penetrates through the solvent storage tank (12) and is connected with an inlet of the medicine pump (15) through a screw; the drug pump (15) is connected to the upper part of the left side of the solvent storage tank (12) through a bolt; one end of the liquid outlet pipe (16) is connected with the outlet of the medicine pump (15) through a screw, and the other end of the liquid outlet pipe is connected with the right upper part of the inner side of the configuration box (2) through a screw; the crushing and stirring frame structure (5) comprises a supporting shaft (51), a rotating sleeve (52), a crushing blade (53), a stressed bevel gear (54), a force transmission bevel gear (55), a steering gear (56) and a driving gear (57), wherein the rotating sleeve (52) is coupled to the outer side of the supporting shaft (51); the crushing blades (53) are respectively connected to the upper part and the lower part of the rotating sleeve (52) through bolts; the stressed bevel gear (54) is welded on the left side of the rotating sleeve (52); the force transmission bevel gear (55) is welded on the right side of the rotating sleeve (52); the steering gear (56) is arranged between the stress bevel gear (54) and the force transmission bevel gear (55), and one side close to the support shaft (51) is in shaft joint with the support shaft (51); the driving gear (57) is coupled to the left side of the supporting shaft (51).

The multifunctional pesticide emulsion in water preparation device of claim 1 characterized in that said feeding screen frame structure (9) comprises a feed hopper (91), a collection box (92), a conical groove (93), a screen mesh (94), a limit plate (95) and a handle (96), said collection box (92) is inserted in the lower inner side of the feed hopper (91); the conical groove (93) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the collecting box (92); the screening net (94) is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the conical groove (93), and the outer side of the screening net is in screw connection with the collecting box (92); the limiting plate (95) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the collecting box (92), and the upper part of the limiting plate is welded at the lower part of the feed hopper (91); the handle (96) is welded on the left side of the collecting box (92).
