Description

平衡轴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种平衡轴,其用于补偿往复活塞式内燃机的质量力和/或质量矩。所述平衡轴是一个组装变体,包括以下部件:
-不平衡轴,其具有不平衡部分和相邻支承轴颈,该支承轴颈仅具有部分圆柱形的圆周,其圆柱形部分圆周朝向轴不平衡端定向,
-轴承环,其围绕支承轴颈并抵靠圆柱形部分圆周,并与支承轴颈背部界定一个自由空间,该支承轴颈背部与该空间径向相对,
-以及夹紧元件,其在自由空间中夹紧并且抵靠圆柱形部分圆周径向将轴承环夹紧。
背景技术
从德国专利DE 102016210480 A1中已知一种具有不平衡轴和轴承环的通用平衡轴,该平衡轴经由位于轴承环和支承轴颈背部之间的弹性夹紧元件紧固到不平衡轴的支承轴颈上。
例如从欧洲专利EP 2459899 B1中已知另一种组装平衡轴。其中,轴承环的轴向外边缘区域连接到圆柱形部分圆周区域中的轴向侧表面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有交替连接的轴承环的组装平衡轴。
该目的的技术方案通过权利要求1来实现。因此,夹紧元件旨在固定轴承环,防止支承轴颈两侧上的轴向滑动,其中,夹紧元件以轴向联锁的方式连接到在一侧上的不平衡轴和在另一侧上的轴承环。
换句话说,轴承环以轴向联锁的方式连接到不平衡轴是间接建立的,即经由夹紧元件。
在一个有利实施例中,所述圆柱部分圆周以及因此所述轴承环的内圆周面可以相对于相邻不平衡部分径向凹陷。这使得有可能增加轴不平衡端与轴质量的比率,这种比率的增加有利于轴的轻质结构。
位于夹紧元件和不平衡轴之间的轴向联锁可以由支承轴颈背部中的沟槽形成,其中,沟槽的沟槽壁轴向包围夹紧元件的轴向端面。相反地,夹紧元件有可能使凹槽轴向包围布置在支承轴颈背部上的突出部。
位于夹紧元件和轴承环之间的轴向联锁可以通过轴承环轴向包围夹紧元件,或者相反地,夹紧元件轴向包围轴承环来形成。
可选择地,轴承环应该以轴向和周向联锁两种方式连接至夹紧元件。特别地,周向联锁可以由在夹紧元件上的径向向外的突出部形成,其在轴承环中的横向孔中接合,并且(还)固定,防止相对于夹紧元件并因此相对于支承轴颈旋转。突出部和横向孔可行地放置在支承轴颈的无负荷圆周区域中。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出了根据本发明的平衡轴的部件和组件。这包括作为铸造或锻造零件来制造的不平衡轴1,其具有用于安装在其上的驱动轮(未示出)的端部驱动销2,并且具有不平衡部分9、10、11和12,以及具有支承轴颈3和4,每个支承轴颈分别连接到不平衡部分9至12中的两个。支承轴颈3、4仅是部分圆柱形的,且其圆柱形部分圆周7被定向成使轴不平衡端最大化(见图3中的箭头),使得不平衡部分9至12的不平衡端和支承轴颈3、4的不平衡端基本上平行并且被定向在相同的方向上,并且基本上在圆周的中心负荷圆柱形部分圆周7。与圆柱形部分圆周7径向相对的支承轴颈3、4的(非圆柱形)部分圆周(在下文中被称为支承轴颈背部8)相对于与轴旋转轴线18相关的圆柱形部分圆周7的圆周是空的。
所述平衡轴还包括:轴承环5、夹紧元件15、以及滚针和保持架总成6,所述轴承环用于支承轴颈3、4的封闭,该夹紧元件将轴承环5可拆卸地紧固到支承轴颈3、4(非破坏性地),该滚针和保持架总成用于内燃机壳体中的平衡轴的径向滚针轴承。滚针和保持架总成6的内滚道由轴承环5形成。
圆柱形部分圆周7的圆周小于相邻不平衡部分9和10或11和12的圆周,其中,圆柱形部分圆周7和轴承环5上的内滚道均相对于不平衡部分9至12的轴向肩部13和14径向凹陷。每个轴承环5的宽度小于轴向肩部13、14的相互间距,在这种情况下,轴向肩部各自都以明显小于180°的周向角仅部分地且基本上以镜像对称的方式延伸到圆柱形部分圆周7上的负荷区,并且由于支承在其上的轴承环5的不平衡端而受到点负荷。如图3所示,每个轴承环5在轴向肩部13、14之间以近似相等的距离紧固在两侧上。轴承环5通过拧到不平衡轴1上,然后将其放置在支承轴颈3或4上来组装。
不平衡部分9至12的不平衡端和与其相邻的支承轴颈3、4的不平衡端基本上平行,并且在相同的方向上定向,以使轴不平衡端最大化(见图3中的箭头),其中,每个圆柱形部分圆周7对齐,以便基本上在中心准确地负荷。
夹紧元件15由塑料制成,可选地由弹簧硬金属板制成,其具有近似月牙形的横截面,并且在弹性变形的情况下***由支承轴颈背部8和轴承环5的内圆周表面界定的径向自由空间中。夹紧元件15的径向预夹紧力在与轴不平衡方向相反的方向上作用在轴承环5上,使得轴承环5保持与圆柱形部分圆周7的粘合接触。
轴承环5在支承轴颈3、4上的轴向紧固(通过由夹紧力引起的静摩擦)经由夹紧元件15和在一侧上的不平衡轴1之间以及夹紧元件15和在另一侧上的轴承环5之间的轴向联锁来实现。因此,一方面,固定夹紧元件15,防止在相对于不平衡轴1的两侧上轴向滑动,另一方面,借助夹紧元件15固定每个轴承环5,防止在相对于夹紧元件15并且因此相对于不平衡轴1的两侧上轴向滑动。轴承环5和不平衡轴1之间不存在直接轴向联锁连接。
在图示的实施例中,夹紧元件15和不平衡轴1之间的轴向联锁由在支承轴颈背部8中形成的沟槽16形成,该沟槽具有横向于轴旋转轴线18延伸的沟槽壁,该沟槽壁轴向包围实际上没有轴向游隙的夹紧元件15的轴向端面20。夹紧元件15和轴承环5之间的轴向联锁由夹紧元件15上的径向向外突出部17形成,该突出部也轴向包围实际上没有轴向游隙的轴承环5的端面。
术语“实际上没有轴向游隙”应理解为既没有轴向游隙的外壳,也没有承受轴向游隙的外壳,不包括轴向游隙的最大轴向间隙使得轴承环5直接在不平衡轴1上的轴向上升情形。
突出部17被设计为具有***斜面的卡扣钩,以便当夹紧元件15被夹在支承轴颈背部8和轴承环5之间时,能够在径向向内的方向上弹性伸缩。
在可选实施例中,卡扣钩可以由夹紧元件15上的突出部17来补充或替代,该突出部在图3中用虚线表示,其在轴承环5中的横向孔19中接合,因此,经由轴承环在圆柱形部分圆周7处的静摩擦力,还以联锁的方式固定轴承环5,防止其抵靠支承轴颈3、4扭曲。突出部17'并且因此横向孔19同样被放置成与支承轴颈3、4的无负荷圆周区域中的负荷区对立。

Claims (5)

1.一种平衡轴,包括:
-不平衡轴(1),其具有不平衡部分(9、10、11、12)和与之相邻的支承轴颈(3、4),所述支承轴颈仅具有部分圆柱形圆周,所述圆柱形部分圆周(7)朝向轴不平衡端方向,
-轴承环(5),其围绕所述支承轴颈(3、4)并抵靠所述圆柱形部分圆周(7),并与支承轴颈背部(8)界定一个自由空间,所述支承轴颈背部与所述自由空间径向相对,
-以及夹紧元件(15),其在所述自由空间中夹紧并且抵靠所述圆柱形部分圆周(7)径向将所述轴承环(5)夹紧,
其特征在于,所述夹紧元件(15)固定所述轴承环(5),防止其在所述支承轴颈(3、4)两侧上的轴向滑动,其中,所述夹紧元件(15)以轴向联锁的方式一方面连接到所述不平衡轴(1),另一方面连接到轴承环(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡轴,其特征在于,所述圆柱形部分圆周(7)相对于所述不平衡部分(9、10、11、12)径向凹陷。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的平衡轴,其特征在于,位于所述夹紧元件(15)和所述不平衡轴(1)之间的所述联锁由所述支承轴颈背部(8)中的沟槽(16)形成,所述沟槽的沟槽壁轴向包围所述夹紧元件(15)的轴向端面(20)。
