The sixth terminal is a two-dimensional code recognition device arranged at an exit of the parking lot, and can read information in the two-dimensional code so as to judge whether the payment operation is finished according to the information, and if the payment operation is finished, the barrier gate is remotely controlled to be opened.
In the following, the implementation flow of step S5 in a specific embodiment is described by taking a self-service payment machine and a user smart phone as examples:
in one embodiment, the vehicle is in charge of parking fee before leaving the parking lot, and the user can check the charge fee through a self-service payment machine in the parking lot by self-scanning the two-dimensional code on the paper ticket to realize multiple self-service payment; when the vehicle runs to the exit of the parking lot, the two-dimensional code of the paper ticket is scanned at the exit ticket box, and the system can automatically open the barrier gate to release the vehicle.
In another embodiment, the vehicle is in charge of parking fee before leaving the parking lot, and the user can scan the two-dimensional code on the paper ticket by himself or herself through the APP at the mobile phone end to check the charge of parking fee, so that the online payment is realized. When the vehicle runs to the exit of the parking lot, the two-dimensional code of the paper ticket is scanned at the exit ticket box (the sixth terminal), and the system can automatically open the barrier gate to allow the vehicle to pass.
The payment operation may be completed by step S6 described below in addition to step S5.
S6: when the vehicle drives to the exit of the parking lot, the sixth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier, charges according to the identifier, and controls the barrier gate to be opened according to the payment completion information by the server after payment.
The step S6 is equivalent to the step S5 of integrating the fifth terminal and the sixth terminal, and is arranged at the exit of the parking lot to complete the billing operation, rather than in the parking lot or other locations. After the charging operation is completed, the user can still complete the payment operation through different terminals so as to send payment completion information to the server. For example, the method can be implemented by the aforementioned user intelligent terminal, or by a self-service payment terminal at an exit. Step S6 is applicable to a situation where a vehicle user does not complete a payment operation in a parking lot, for example, a unlicensed temporary vehicle without a payment in advance arrives at an exit, a vehicle owner scans a two-dimensional code of a paper ticket at an exit ticket box (a sixth terminal) by himself, the system automatically reports the payment, online payment is realized by scanning the exit payment two-dimensional code with a payment treasure or a WeChat, and the system automatically opens a barrier to release after the payment.
The solutions provided by the above embodiments are mostly based on the situation that the barrier gate cannot be opened smoothly when the license plate recognition operation is abnormal. However, the inventor also finds that if the barrier gate cannot be opened, the barrier gate system can be caused by the failure of the barrier gate system. For example, when the barrier motor and the executing mechanism have faults, even if the license plate recognition operation is normal, the barrier can not be opened smoothly. For this reason, the embodiment of the present invention further provides step S7 to solve the above problem.
S7: when the gateway fails and cannot be started, a voice talkback channel between the second terminal or the third terminal and the server is established so as to manually confirm the failure and inform a worker of a parking lot manager of removing the failure on site.
It should be understood that, according to the relevant administrative legislation on fire protection and security, parking lots necessarily need to be equipped with security personnel. Therefore, the staff of the parking lot manager herein refers to security staff of the parking lot, which are not supposed to undertake the "attended" task referred to in the present invention, and should not be regarded as attended staff referred to in the present invention.
The present invention further provides a management apparatus of a parking lot vehicle, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus including:
a first terminal 101, a second terminal 102, and
a program operable to implement the steps of:
when the license plate information of the vehicle at the exit of the parking lot is identified normally, the server 201 calculates parking fee according to the entrance time and the exit time of the vehicle, and pushes a payment interface to a first terminal 101 used by a user, wherein the first terminal 101 is a self-service payment machine or a user intelligent terminal arranged at the exit of the parking lot, the self-service payment machine has a function of code scanning payment and/or a calling function, and the user intelligent terminal interacts with the server through a preset parking APP or through a preset application such as a parking lot public number in a WeChat application to realize the payment of the parking fee of the vehicle;
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal 101 sends payment completion information to a server 201, so that the server 201 can automatically control an exit barrier of a parking lot to be opened according to the payment completion information;
when the license plate recognition operation is abnormal, so that the exit barrier gate cannot be opened, a voice talkback channel between the second terminal 102 and the server 201 is established for manually verifying the vehicle charging information, and after the completion of payment is determined, the barrier gate is remotely controlled to be opened.
It should be understood that the program is stored in a suitable storage medium and executed by a processor. When the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 exist independently of each other, the programs may be stored in different storage media. When the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 are integrated (as described below), the programs may be stored in the same storage medium and executed.
In the steps implemented by the program operation, the first terminal 101 is a normal payment and release step executed in a state where no abnormality occurs in the license plate recognition operation. For example, at the exit of the parking lot, the license plate information is correctly identified by the camera, the server 201 calculates payment fee according to the entrance time and the exit time of the vehicle, and pushes the payment interface to the first terminal 101 used by the user, after the user completes payment through the first terminal 101, the successful payment information is fed back to the server 201, and after the server 201 confirms the payment information, the gateway at the exit of the parking lot is remotely and automatically controlled to be opened, and the vehicle is driven out of the parking lot.
The second terminal 102 deals with an abnormal condition, specifically, an abnormal condition occurs in the license plate recognition operation. In this embodiment, the abnormality in the license plate recognition operation may be caused by an error in camera recognition or a fault of the camera, or may be caused by a problem of the license plate itself (e.g., being blocked, stained, or having other situations that are not easily recognized), or by an uncontrollable factor such as an environment. Under the above conditions, the information of the license plate cannot be confirmed, in some cases, the user cannot obtain the charging information, so that payment cannot be completed, the gateway cannot be opened, in some cases, although payment is completed, the gateway still cannot be opened, and in both cases, the license plate is not recognized or the recognition is wrong. At this time, in an embodiment, the user may send a contact request to the server 201 through the second terminal 102, and after receiving the contact request, the server 201 establishes a voice channel between the server 201 and the second terminal 102, for example, establishes a network communication link, so as to implement real-time intercom between the server-side staff and the user. In another embodiment, the contact may also be initiated by the server side. Through talkback, the staff can acquire the vehicle information, including the license plate, the approximate time of entering the vehicle, the approximate time of leaving the vehicle, and the like, so as to verify the charging information, and the staff can correct the license plate information and/or the charging operation. After the correction is completed, if the user needs to pay again, the payment interface is issued to the user again, the user can complete the payment operation through terminal equipment (such as a smart phone and the like), the successful payment information is fed back to the server, and the barrier gate is remotely controlled to be opened; if the payment is not needed any more, the payment is corrected in the server database after verification, and the barrier gate is directly and remotely controlled to be opened and released. It should be understood that the remote control of the opening of the barrier gate can be performed manually or automatically by the system.
In this embodiment, the first terminal 101 includes, but is not limited to, a self-service payment terminal and a user intelligent terminal set in a parking lot. Wherein:
the self-service payment terminal arranged in the parking lot is equivalent to a self-service payment machine, functions of self-service payment on line, cash payment, card swiping payment, code scanning payment and the like can be achieved, and the self-service payment terminal can further comprise a paper invoice printing function and an electronic invoice issuing function. In this embodiment, the self-service payment terminal can be arranged inside the parking lot or at an exit of the parking lot, so that a user can perform self-service payment. Or self-service payment terminals are respectively arranged in the parking lot and at the exit of the parking lot, so that the user can freely select one of the self-service payment terminals to pay.
The user intelligent terminal is a mobile phone, a PAD or an intelligent watch of a user, and the like, and it is understood that the payment of the vehicle fee is realized by the user intelligent terminal, and the user intelligent terminal needs to interact with a parking lot server through a preset parking APP to realize the payment of the vehicle fee, or realizes the payment of the vehicle fee through a preset application such as a public number of the parking lot in a WeChat application, namely, the user intelligent terminal in the scheme is a terminal provided with the preset application, and realizes the payment of the vehicle fee through the installed application.
In this embodiment, the second terminal 102 is a device for implementing a remote real-time voice call between the parking lot and the server. Which may be a separate component or may be integrated into one terminal with the first terminal 101 located at the exit of the parking lot. That is, in the present invention, although the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 are separately described, this is only for distinguishing the main functions and actions thereof, and it should not be understood that both are necessarily divided into two mechanically or spatially. For example, when the second terminal 102 is provided as a separate component, the housing may be a box-like structure configured with a speaker and a request contact. The contact request part may be a physical key or a virtual key (e.g. a virtual identifier on an electronic touch screen), and when the user presses the key, the second terminal 102 initiates a contact request to the server 201. When the first terminal 101 and the second terminal 102 are integrated together, the first terminal 101 may be a self-service payment machine, and the contact request part and the speaker of the second terminal 102 may be integrated to the self-service payment machine as a whole disposed at the exit of the parking lot.
On the server 201 side, a remote 7 x 24 hour operation and maintenance monitoring center can be configured, and the center is equipped with a coordinator to receive contact requests initiated by the parking lot side at any time and manually handle various abnormal conditions by the coordinator.
Further, the device further comprises a third terminal 103, and the program operation can further realize the following steps: when the license plate recognition operation is abnormal, so that the entrance barrier gate of the parking lot cannot be opened, a voice talkback channel between the third terminal 103 and the server 201 is established for manually verifying the vehicle information and remotely controlling the opening of the barrier gate.
In the step, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is described when the abnormal condition of the license plate recognition operation occurs at the entrance of the parking lot. When the license plate recognition operation at the entrance is abnormal, if the license plate recognition operation is caused by the recognition error of the camera or cannot be recognized due to too high driving speed, a prompt is usually given at the entrance to prompt the owner to re-recognize after backing a car. However, some parking lots do not have the prompt, or the owner does not notice the prompt, or the camera itself has a fault in the recognition system, or the vehicle itself has no license plate, the license plate is stained, or the vehicle belongs to an unauthorized vehicle and an unregistered temporary vehicle. In the above-described case, the vehicle is likely to be left at the entrance and cannot pass without the help of the attendant, causing a blockage at the entrance. To solve this problem, a third terminal 103 is set up at the entrance of the parking lot, which third terminal 103 may also be realized as described in relation to the second terminal 102, i.e. in an embodiment, the housing of the third terminal 103 set up at the entrance may be of a construction similar to a ticket box, which is provided with a loudspeaker and a request contact, while it may be a separate component. The contact request part may be a physical key or a virtual key (e.g. a virtual identifier on an electronic touch screen), and when the user presses the key, the third terminal 103 initiates a contact request to the server 201. In other embodiments, the contact may also be initiated by the server side. After the talkback channel is established, the coordinator at the server 201 side verifies the vehicle information with the vehicle user, the vehicle information can be confirmed through the image shot by the camera and the description of the vehicle owner, manual correction or registration is carried out in the server database to serve as a parameter basis for vehicle parking charging, and then the opening of the parking lot entrance barrier is remotely controlled manually through the server 201.
Further, the apparatus further comprises a fourth terminal 104, and the program operation can further implement the following steps: when the license plate recognition operation is abnormal, so that the entrance barrier gate of the parking lot cannot be opened, the fourth terminal 104 provides a carrier with an identifier for a vehicle user and controls the barrier gate to be opened.
This step is another solution for solving the technical problem set forth in the above description of the third terminal 103. That is, after the operation of recognizing the license plate at the entrance is abnormal, the vehicle owner may not select the operation of correcting the license plate recognition through manual coordination, but the fourth terminal 104 provides the vehicle user with a carrier with an identifier. The identifier may be a two-dimensional code generated by the system, and the two-dimensional code is used as a user identifier and contains the entry time information of the vehicle. The carrier can be a paper ticket or a card which is harder than the paper ticket. Therefore, it should be understood that the fourth terminal includes a known printing device, which can print the two-dimensional code or other identification on a paper ticket or other carrier, and the fourth terminal 104 further has a ticket outlet for the vehicle user to obtain the two-dimensional code paper ticket. The fourth terminal 104 may be a separate component or may be integrated with other terminal equipment at the portal. For example, in one embodiment, the fourth terminal 104 may be integrated with the third terminal 103.
After the entrance operation is completed, the vehicle user enters the parking lot by the paper ticket with the identification, and in the subsequent payment and departure processes, the situation can be classified, and the following technical scheme is further adopted to realize the following steps:

the self-service payment terminal arranged in the parking lot is equivalent to a self-service payment machine, functions of self-service payment on line, cash payment, card swiping payment, code scanning payment and the like can be achieved, and the self-service payment terminal can further comprise a paper invoice printing function and an electronic invoice issuing function. Wherein, self-service payment terminal can set up inside the parking area.
The user intelligent terminal is a mobile phone, a PAD or an intelligent watch of a user, and the like, and it is understood that the payment of the vehicle fee is realized by the user intelligent terminal, and the user intelligent terminal needs to interact with a parking lot server through a preset parking APP to realize the payment of the vehicle fee, or realizes the payment of the vehicle fee through a preset application such as a public number of the parking lot in a WeChat application, namely, the user intelligent terminal in the scheme is a terminal provided with the preset application, and realizes the payment of the vehicle fee through the installed application.
The sixth terminal 106 is a two-dimensional code recognition device disposed at an exit of the parking lot, and can read information in the two-dimensional code, so as to determine whether the payment operation is completed according to the information, and if the payment operation is determined to be completed, the gate is remotely controlled to be opened.
In the following, taking a self-service payment machine and a user smart phone as examples, the implementation flows of the fifth terminal 105 and the sixth terminal 106 in specific embodiments are as follows:

In other embodiments, when the vehicle travels to the exit of the parking lot, the sixth terminal 106 scans the identifier on the carrier, and charges the vehicle according to the identifier, so that the server 201 controls the barrier gate to be opened according to the payment completion information after the payment of the fee. This embodiment is equivalent to integrating the fifth terminal 105 and the sixth terminal 106, and is arranged at the exit of the parking lot to perform the billing operation, rather than in the parking lot or other locations. After the charging operation is completed, the user may still complete the payment operation through a different terminal, so as to send the payment completion information to the server 201. For example, the method can be implemented by the aforementioned user intelligent terminal, or by a self-service payment terminal at an exit. The embodiment is suitable for the condition that the vehicle user does not finish the payment operation in the parking lot, for example, a unlicensed temporary vehicle which does not pay in advance arrives at an exit, the vehicle owner scans the two-dimensional code of the paper ticket at the exit ticket box (the sixth terminal 106) by self, the system automatically reports the fee, the online payment is realized by scanning the exit payment two-dimensional code with the payment treasure or the WeChat, and the system automatically opens the barrier to release after the payment.

when the license plate information of the vehicle is identified normally at an exit of a parking lot, a server calculates parking fee according to the entrance time and the exit time of the vehicle, and pushes a payment interface to a first terminal used by a user, wherein the first terminal is a self-service payment machine or a user intelligent terminal arranged at the exit of the parking lot, the self-service payment machine has a code scanning payment function and/or a calling function, and the user intelligent terminal interacts with the server through a preset parking APP or through a preset application such as a parking lot public number in a WeChat application to realize the payment of the parking fee of the vehicle;
the first terminal sends payment completion information to the server, so that the server can automatically control the opening of a parking lot exit barrier according to the payment completion information;
when the vehicle license plate information recognition at the exit of the parking lot is abnormal, so that the exit barrier gate cannot be opened, the server terminal actively initiates establishment of a voice talkback channel between the second terminal and the server, so as to manually verify the vehicle information and/or correct the license plate number, and after the completion of the parking fee payment is determined, the server terminal remotely controls the barrier gate to be opened manually or automatically, wherein the second terminal is used for realizing remote real-time voice communication between the parking lot equipment terminal and the server terminal, and is integrated with the first terminal at the exit of the parking lot into the same terminal equipment.
2. The management method of a parking lot vehicle according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
when the license plate recognition operation is abnormal, and the parking lot entrance barrier gate cannot be opened, a voice talkback channel between the third terminal and the server is established for manually verifying vehicle information and remotely controlling the barrier gate to be opened.

The management method of a parking lot vehicle according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising: when the license plate recognition operation is abnormal, and the parking lot entrance barrier gate cannot be opened, the fourth terminal provides a carrier with the identification for a vehicle user and controls the barrier gate to be opened.
4. The management method of a parking lot vehicle according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising:
the fifth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier, generates a payment interface according to the identifier, and sends payment completion information to the server after the user completes payment operation through the payment interface; when the vehicle drives to an exit of the parking lot, the sixth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier and sends the identifier to the server so that the server can judge whether the payment operation is finished or not according to the identifier, and if yes, the gateway is controlled to be opened; or
When the vehicle drives to the exit of the parking lot, the sixth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier, charges according to the identifier, and controls the barrier gate to be opened according to the payment completion information by the server after payment.
5. The method for managing vehicles in a parking lot according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the carrier having the identification is a card or a paper ticket having a two-dimensional code.

The management method of a parking lot vehicle according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising: when the gateway fails and cannot be started, a voice talkback channel between the second terminal or the third terminal and the server is established so as to manually confirm the failure and inform a worker of a parking lot manager of removing the failure on site.

a program operable to implement the steps of:

the first terminal sends payment completion information to the server, so that the server can automatically control the opening of a parking lot exit barrier according to the payment completion information;
when the vehicle license plate information recognition at the exit of the parking lot is abnormal, so that the exit barrier gate cannot be opened, the server terminal actively initiates establishment of a voice talkback channel between the second terminal and the server, so as to manually verify the vehicle information and/or correct the license plate number, and after the completion of the parking fee payment is determined, the server terminal remotely controls the barrier gate to be opened manually or automatically, wherein the second terminal is used for realizing remote real-time voice communication between the parking lot equipment terminal and the server terminal, and is integrated with the first terminal at the exit of the parking lot into the same terminal equipment.

The device of claim 7, wherein the first terminal is a self-service payment terminal, and the second terminal has a contact request part, so that a user can trigger the second terminal to send a contact request to the server after touching the contact request part; the self-service payment terminal and the second terminal are mutually independent or integrated together; or
The first terminal is a user intelligent terminal, and the second terminal is provided with a contact request part, so that after the user touches the contact request part, the step that the second terminal sends a contact request to the server is triggered.

11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising a fifth terminal and a sixth terminal, the program when executed further operable to:
the fifth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier, generates a payment interface according to the identifier, and sends payment completion information to the server after the user completes payment operation through the payment interface; when the vehicle drives to an exit of the parking lot, the sixth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier and sends the identifier to the server so that the server can judge whether the payment operation is finished or not according to the identifier, and if yes, the gateway is controlled to be opened; or
When the vehicle drives to the exit of the parking lot, the sixth terminal scans the identifier on the carrier, charges according to the identifier, and controls the barrier gate to be opened according to the payment completion information by the server after payment.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the carrier with the identification is a card or paper ticket with a two-dimensional code.
