Abstract
本发明公开了一种斜齿轮齿条传动机构,包含升降台、升降驱动装置、主轴、斜齿轮和斜齿条;所述升降驱动装置固定安装在升降台上,升降驱动装置带动主轴转动,斜齿轮安装在主轴上,斜齿条固定,斜齿轮与斜齿条啮合;本方案的升降驱动装置通过主轴带动斜齿轮与斜齿条配合,取消了联轴部件,简化了结构;并且斜齿轮齿条的传动结构,精度更高,负载能力更强,噪音更小,提升了机器设备运行的稳定性和质感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜齿轮齿条传动机构。
背景技术
现有的塑料焊接设备一般将下模架设计为可升降的机构,来配合上模和热模,对塑料工件进行焊接,下模架一般通过直齿轮齿条机构来控制升降;但直齿轮齿条机构需要使用联轴部件,并且在传动过程中具有一定噪音,精度和负载能力都略有欠缺。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种斜齿轮齿条传动机构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种斜齿轮齿条传动机构,包含升降台、升降驱动装置、主轴、斜齿轮和斜齿条;所述升降驱动装置固定安装在升降台上,升降驱动装置带动主轴转动,斜齿轮安装在主轴上,斜齿条固定,斜齿轮与斜齿条啮合。
优选的,所述主轴的两端各设置一组斜齿轮和斜齿条。
优选的,所述主轴的端部设置有法兰盘、涨紧套和止转垫片,法兰盘和涨紧套套设在主轴上,法兰盘与斜齿轮固定连接,涨紧套涨紧法兰盘,止转垫片与涨紧套配合,并与主轴固定连接。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明方案的斜齿轮齿条传动机构,升降驱动装置通过主轴带动斜齿轮与斜齿条配合,取消了联轴部件,简化了结构;并且斜齿轮齿条的传动结构,精度更高,负载能力更强,噪音更小,提升了机器设备运行的稳定性和质感。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种斜齿轮齿条传动机构,包含升降台1、升降驱动装置2、主轴3、斜齿轮4和斜齿条5。
所述升降台1为塑料焊接设备的下模台,用于安装下模具,升降驱动装置2固定安装在升降台1的底部,升降驱动装置2为减速电机,升降驱动装置2与主轴3的中间部位配合,带动主轴3转动;所述主轴3的两端通过轴承与升降台1的两侧部位配合,主轴3的两端各设置一个斜齿轮4,升降台1的两侧各设置一道斜齿条5,斜齿条5固定安装在机器主体上,斜齿轮4与斜齿条5啮合。
所述斜齿轮4的安装固定结构如下,在主轴3的端部设置法兰盘6、涨紧套7和止转垫片8,法兰盘6和涨紧套7套设在主轴3上,法兰盘6与斜齿轮4固定连接,涨紧套7涨紧法兰盘6,止转垫片8通过螺栓固定安装在主轴3的端面上,止转垫片8与涨紧套7配合,通过涨紧套7和法兰盘6将斜齿轮4固定安装在主轴3上。

1.一种斜齿轮齿条传动机构,其特征在于:包含升降台(1)、升降驱动装置(2)、主轴(3)、斜齿轮(4)和斜齿条(5);所述升降驱动装置(2)固定安装在升降台(1)上,升降驱动装置(2)带动主轴(3)转动,斜齿轮(4)安装在主轴上,斜齿条(5)固定,斜齿轮(4)与斜齿条(5)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斜齿轮齿条传动机构,其特征在于:所述主轴(3)的两端各设置一组斜齿轮(4)和斜齿条(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的斜齿轮齿条传动机构,其特征在于:所述主轴(3)的端部设置有法兰盘(6)、涨紧套(7)和止转垫片(8),法兰盘(6)和涨紧套(7)套设在主轴(3)上,法兰盘(6)与斜齿轮(4)固定连接,涨紧套(7)涨紧法兰盘(6),止转垫片(8)与涨紧套(7)配合,并与主轴(3)固定连接。
