Abstract
本发明公开了洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物及制备方法,涉及洗碗机清洁产品技术领域。该组合物包括0.05‑5.0%除菌增效剂;10.0‑50%除垢剂;1.0‑20.0%去污乳化剂;0.2‑20%增溶剂;0.2‑10.0%抗再沉积助剂;0.1‑5.0%缓蚀剂;0.1—10.0%消泡剂;余量为水。本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物为两相分层的液体,利用配方各组分的协同配合,在有效控制pH值的条件下,起到协同增效去污除菌的效果,以有效去除洗碗机特有的钙垢、油垢以及皂垢,达到清洁洗碗机并杀菌的作用,维护洗碗机的清洁卫生。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗碗机清洁产品技术领域,尤其涉及洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
国内洗碗机市场蓬勃发展,拥有洗碗机的用户越来越多,洗碗机日常使用过程中也需要清洁保养,以延长洗碗机的使用寿命,保证洗碗机的清洁效果。
洗碗机长期使用,富集的污垢主要分为两类,一类是水中的钙镁离子等与洗涤剂中的碳酸根离子结合,形成的各种钙垢或者固体污垢等,这些垢主要形成在洗碗机内部器件上如不锈钢内腔上,或者集中在洗碗机内的加热盘管处,富集过量,会影响洗碗机的清洗效果,影响加热盘管的加热效率,甚至影响洗碗机的使用寿命;另一类污垢主要是日常洗涤中各种油污和皂化的油脂的逐渐富集,主要残留在ABS塑料上,更集中存在于洗碗机喷淋臂内部和洗碗机排水过滤口,这类污渍的残留和富集会造成很大的异味或者滋生细菌,异味在使用时,会带来极大的不愉悦感,细菌的滋生会影响到卫生安全。
然而,现有的清洁产品功能单一,无法同时去除富集的钙垢以及油垢、皂垢,亟需研发出一种适用于洗碗机机体清洁的洗涤剂产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于洗碗机机体清洁的洗涤剂组合物,以同时去除洗碗机内部富集的钙垢以及油垢、皂垢,以延长洗碗机的使用寿命,保证洗碗机的清洁效果。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,按重量百分数计,包括以下组分:
0.05-5.0%除菌增效剂;
10.0-50%除垢剂;
1.0-20.0%去污乳化剂;
0.2-20%增溶剂;
0.2-10.0%抗再沉积助剂;
0.1-5.0%缓蚀剂;
0.1—10.0%消泡剂;
余量为水。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物的pH小于3。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述除菌增效剂选自乳酸、苯甲酸钠、苯氧乙醇、山梨酸钾、苯甲醇中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述除垢剂选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、醋酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述去污乳化剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、两性基表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
具体地,所述去污乳化剂可以选择阴离子表面活性剂,如AES、磺酸、K12、MES、AOS、十二烷基磺酸钠或仲烷基磺酸钠等,也可以选择两性基表面活性剂,如椰油酰胺丙级氧化胺、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、椰油酰胺丙级甜菜碱等,优选非离子表面活性剂,如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、改性脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物等;其中优选改性的脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚或者异构脂肪醇醚,更优选(T03:异构十三醇聚醚3)。

本发明还提供以上所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)先向配料锅中加入一定量的去离子水,投入除垢剂、去污乳化剂、增溶剂,搅拌均匀;
2)投入抗再沉积助剂和缓蚀剂,搅拌均匀;
3)加入消泡剂、除菌增效剂,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中加入其它助剂,搅拌均匀,确认pH值;
5)继续向配料锅中加入余量的水,经检验合格和进行包装。

除菌增效剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有0.05-5.0%除菌增效剂。通过除菌增效剂的添加,与配方其他组分的协同配合,在有效控制pH值的条件下,起到协同增效除菌的功效。本发明的除菌增效剂可以选择乳酸、苯甲酸钠、苯氧乙醇、山梨酸钾、苯甲醇中的至少一种或两种以上的混合物,优选乳酸。
去污乳化剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有1.0-20.0%去污乳化剂。
乳化剂的主要作用即是去除各种残留在洗碗机仓内的油脂或者油脂皂化物或者其它油性污垢,保持机体的洁净。去污乳化剂可以选择阴离子表面活性剂,如AES、磺酸、K12、MES、AOS、十二烷基磺酸钠或仲烷基磺酸钠等,也可以选择两性基表面活性剂,如椰油酰胺丙级氧化胺、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、椰油酰胺丙级甜菜碱等,优选非离子表面活性剂,如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、改性脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物等;其中优选改性的脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚或者异构脂肪醇醚,更优选(T03:异构十三醇聚醚3)。
除垢剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有10.0-50%除垢剂。通过除垢剂含有的酸性基团或者螯合作用去破坏已经形成的固定的钙垢或者碱性盐垢,使其从金属表面脱落。
除垢剂可以选择:柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、醋酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸等,主要优选柠檬酸或其与乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸的混合物。
增溶剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有0.2-20%增溶剂。
增溶剂:可以选择普通的溶剂如乙醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、异丙醇等,也可以选择二甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠等。增溶剂具有辅助除垢剂和油污乳化剂发挥作用,渗透并瓦解钙垢和油溶性污垢,并保持清洗后的污垢能够很好的分散在溶液中。
抗再沉积助剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有0.2-10.0%抗再沉积助剂。
所述抗再沉积助剂可将固体污垢洗脱后均匀悬浮于溶液中,防止其二次沾染到硬表面上。抗再沉积助剂可以选自马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、马来酸/乙烯基单体共聚物、聚丙烯酸、磺化聚合物、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素等聚合物。
缓蚀剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有0.1-5.0%缓蚀剂。所述缓蚀剂在清洗金属时,具有减缓或者减弱清洗剂对于金属的损坏或者腐蚀。缓蚀剂可以选自零水偏硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硫酸锌,亚硫酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸,氯化镁和氯化锌中的至少一种。
消泡剂
本发明提供的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物含有0.1-3.0%消泡剂。
在清洗洗碗机过程中大量的泡沫会影响到喷淋水的冲击力,进而影响到清洗效果,甚至会影响到喷淋臂的使用寿命,通过消泡剂的应用,可以降低产品使用过程中的泡沫,全方位提升清洗效力。所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、eo-po嵌段聚合物、烷基聚亚烷基乙二醇醚、脂肪酸颗粒中的至少一种。
在一实施例中,上述洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物配制工艺包括以下步骤:
1)先向配料锅中加入一定量的去离子水,投入除垢剂、去污乳化剂、增溶剂,搅拌均匀;
2)投入抗再沉积助剂和缓蚀剂,搅拌均匀;
3)加入消泡剂、除菌增效剂,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中加入其它助剂,搅拌均匀,确认pH值在要求范围,;
5)继续向配料锅中加入余量的水,经检验合格和进行包装。

注2:实施例6的pH值为7.0。
实施例1~5的配制工艺步骤如下:
1)先向配料锅中加入一定量的去离子水,投入柠檬酸、Lutensol TO 3、二甲苯磺酸钠,搅拌均匀;
2)投入Acusol 445NG和氯化镁,搅拌均匀;
3)加入PE 6400、乳酸,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中加入其它助剂,搅拌均匀,确认pH值小于3;
5)继续向配料锅中加入余量的水,经检验合格和进行包装。
实施例6~10
实施例6~10的具体组成见表2。

注1:Plurafac LF 900为巴斯夫公司脂肪醇eo-po嵌段聚合物原料的商品牌号,Sokalan CP5是巴斯夫公司马丙共聚物原料的商品牌号。
注2:实施例12的pH值为7.0。
实施例7~12的配制工艺步骤如下:
1)先向配料锅中加入一定量的去离子水,投入柠檬酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、PlurafacLF 900、丙二醇,搅拌均匀;
2)投入Sokalan CP5和零水偏硅酸钠,搅拌均匀;
3)加入烷基聚亚烷基乙二醇醚、苯甲酸钠、苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中加入其它助剂,搅拌均匀,确认pH值小于3;
5)继续向配料锅中加入余量的水,经检验合格和进行包装。
机体清洗剂清洗洗碗机性能评价方法:
1实验目的
测试洗碗机机体清洗剂(洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物)对钙垢和油垢的清除能力。
2仪器与试剂
美的洗碗机台式(WQP8-3801-CN)
3实验方法
3.1钙垢制备过程
分别称取5g碳酸钠、3.7g硫酸镁和5g氯化钙,分别倒入洗碗机内,洗碗机内放置4个玻璃杯,开启洗碗机-玻璃洗模式,洗涤结束后,重新称取粉体进行洗涤,重复3次,待冷却以备用。
3.2实验条件
洗碗机洗涤模式:玻璃洗
洗涤次数:1次
餐具种类:透明玻璃杯4个
3.3实验过程
将20g洗涤剂加入制备好钙垢的洗碗机专用样品槽,加入填充油污20克(填充油污按照GB 9985-2000B2.4的方法进行污垢配制)于洗碗机底部,开启美的洗碗机-玻璃洗模式,洗涤结束后,待冷却后观察清洗效果。
4实验结果判定
通过肉眼观察的方式对洗碗剂内部的油垢和钙垢的污渍状态进行评分,分别从钙垢表现和油垢表现来进行打分:钙垢完全清洗干净记为5分,有些许的钙垢残留记为4分,有较多的钙垢残留记为3分,有大量钙垢记为2分、有严重钙垢记为1分,钙垢没有变化记为0分;油垢完全清洗干净记为5分,有点滴的油渍记为4分,有轻微的油膜记为3分,有明显油渍记为2分、有大量油污为1分,有严重油渍记为0分。
除菌效果(主要测试菌种为大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)检测方法如下:
用机体洗涤剂的溶液来浸泡和清洗餐盘,模拟清洗洗碗机的过程,进而表征洗碗机内部的除菌效果。
1实验前准备:
1.1配制人工污垢,人工污垢的配方如下:混合油15%,小麦粉15%,全脂奶粉7.5%,新鲜全鸡蛋液30%,蒸馏水32.5%;污垢配制方法参照GB 9985-2000手洗餐具用洗涤剂;
1.2制备污垢菌悬液(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡糖球菌分别制备),人工污垢按1%加入无菌水中,0.05%的吐温80,加入菌悬液,使得污垢菌悬液初始菌浓为105CFU/mL;
1.3配制洗涤液,准确称取0.8g机体洗涤剂溶于含有2000mL 250mg/L硬水中,硬水用市售水盆(口径34cm,底径24cm)盛装。
2餐盘除菌率测定
2.1仪器
⑴天平;
⑵市售水盆(口径34cm,底径24cm);
⑶白色瓷菜盘(外径200mm,盘底涂污部分约为140mm);
⑷猪棕油漆刷,102mm;
⑸量筒,1000ml;
⑹秒表;
微生物检测所需设备参照QB/T 2738-2012.
试剂:所需试剂参照QB/T 2738-2012和GB 9985-2000。
2.2实验程序
2.2.1用无菌棉签蘸取污垢菌悬液在盘子表面(餐盘底部)均匀涂抹3次,每涂一次转动60°,最后一次在盘子周围转动1周,共涂抹4个盘子,静置20分钟,其中2个用于接种时活菌计数,2个用于洗涤后活菌计数,要求接种后活菌回收浓度不小于104CFU/mL;
2.2.2将涂有污垢的餐盘放入装有洗涤液盆中,随后用102mm猪鬃油漆刷刷洗,先顺时针刷五次,再逆时针刷五次,如此重复三次后,涂于餐盘上的污垢大部分被洗下,最后再将未洗下的污垢和泡沫刷洗掉,耗时约50s;洗涤后,用自来水(流速90-100mL/S)冲30秒,自然风干20分钟,用无菌棉签均匀涂抹餐盘表面,平板计数棉签上的微生物数量(用水10mL生理盐水稀释,记为100),得到洗后微生物总数;
2.2.3同样用无菌棉签均匀涂抹另2个餐盘表面,平板计数棉签上的微生物数量(用水10mL生理盐水稀释,记为100),得到洗前微生物总数;
2.3实验结果
除菌率=(洗前微生物总数平均值-洗后微生物总数平均值)/洗前微生物总数平均值*100%
洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物的清洁性能以及除菌性能的测试结果见表3。

需要说明的是,市售产品1、洗碗机机体专用清洗剂:主要成分AEO-9,柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、水,甲基异噻唑啉酮;市售产品2洗碗剂机体专用清洁块,主要成分:含有纯碱、过碳酸钠、柠檬酸,碳酸氢钠,AEO9。
表3的结果可知,本发明提供的洗涤剂组合物,利用配方各组分的协同配合,在有效控制pH值的条件下(pH值小于3),具有起到协同增效去污除菌的效果。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详细描述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)
1.一种洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分数计,包括以下组分:
0.05-5.0%除菌增效剂;
10.0-50%除垢剂;
1.0-20.0%去污乳化剂;
0.2-20%增溶剂;
0.2-10.0%抗再沉积助剂;
0.1-5.0%缓蚀剂;
0.1—10.0%消泡剂;
余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物的pH小于3。
3.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述除菌增效剂选自乳酸、苯甲酸钠、苯氧乙醇、山梨酸钾、苯甲醇中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述除垢剂选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨基磺酸、羟基乙酸、草酸、醋酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述去污乳化剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、两性基表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述增溶剂选自乙醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、异丙醇、二甲苯磺酸钠、异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积助剂选自马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、马来酸/乙烯基单体共聚物、聚丙烯酸、磺化聚合物、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂选自零水偏硅酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、硫酸锌,亚硫酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸,氯化镁和氯化锌中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、eo-po嵌段聚合物、烷基聚亚烷基乙二醇醚、颗粒状的脂肪酸中的至少一种。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗碗机机体洗涤剂液体组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)先向配料锅中加入一定量的去离子水,投入除垢剂、去污乳化剂、增溶剂,搅拌均匀;
2)投入抗再沉积助剂和缓蚀剂,搅拌均匀;
3)加入消泡剂、除菌增效剂,搅拌均匀;
4)向配料锅中加入其它助剂,搅拌均匀,确认pH值;
5)继续向配料锅中加入余量的水,经检验合格和进行包装。
