Bagging and sealing: empty tea bags are stacked in the bag storage mechanism 5 one by one, the moving motor 61 drives the screw rod 62 to rotate, the screw rod 62 drives the suction cup cylinder 711 to move to the position below the bag storage mechanism 5, the suction cup cylinder 711 pushes upwards, the first air suction cup 713 sucks one empty tea bag from the bottom of the bag storage mechanism 5, the first air suction cup 713 is driven by the screw rod 62 to move to the position below the second air suction cup 722 again, meanwhile, the second air suction cup 722 is opened to suck the upper surface of the empty tea bag, the suction cup cylinder 711 moves downwards for a certain distance, and the upper end and the lower end of the empty tea bag are sucked by the first air suction cup 713 and the second air suction cup 722, so the empty tea bag is opened; the upper sucker assembly 72 and the lower sucker assembly 71 move simultaneously, the opening piece 11 is inserted into the opening of the empty tea bag, and the two ends of the empty tea bag are limited; the material pushing cylinder 91 pushes the push plate 92 to push the small tea bags in front of the push plate into the empty tea bags; and then, the upper heat-sealing cylinder 822 moves downwards, the lower heat-sealing cylinder 811 moves upwards, the upper heat-sealing plate 823 is matched with the lower heat-sealing plate 812 to seal the opening of the tea bag, the upper sucker assembly 72 and the lower sucker assembly 71 are removed at the same time, the lower sucker assembly 71 returns to the bag below the bag storage mechanism 5 again, and after the heat sealing is finished, the tea bag falls into the discharge chute 12 under the action of gravity to be discharged, and the packaging is finished.
