Background
In the production process of the float ultra-thin glass, the edge of the glass produces stabbing or surface aging phenomena on the rubber ring of the conveying roller bed due to long-term operation of the production line, so that the quality of the rubber ring is damaged, and the rubber ring can scratch and micro capillary damage on the surface of the glass in the operation process of the conveying equipment, so that the quality of a glass product is influenced.
The existing solving method is to polish the rubber ring to ensure the smoothness of the rubber ring so as to avoid the influence of the rubber ring on the quality of a glass product, and when the rubber ring of the roller way is finely ground, the roller way is disassembled one by one according to the traditional method and then is finely ground, so that the disassembling and assembling workload are large, and the precision of the re-assembling after the disassembling can not be ensured.
