Test example one, growth promotion test of composition
Test samples: the feather protein powder-containing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5;
the test method comprises the following steps: 180 SPF pure male SD rats of 226 + -26 g weight were purchased from Shandong Lu anti-medicine GmbH at 3 weeks of age. After the rats are purchased, the rats are adapted to the environment for one week, water and diet are freely taken, the temperature of a feeding room is 25 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and the rats are alternately used day and night for 12 hours. Rats were divided into 9 groups of 20 rats each, and fed with test specimen samples and purified water, respectively.
And (3) weight detection: weighing the weight of each group of rats before feeding and after feeding for 6d and 10d respectively, recording the average value of the weight of each group of rats, and calculating the weight gain of 6d and 10 d;
bone growth test: feeding test samples, wherein the feeding amount is 100 g/time, injecting fluorescent matrix-tetracycline into the abdominal cavity after 6 days, injecting the fluorescent matrix-tetracycline for the 2 nd time on the 8 th day, intoxicating the 10 th rhizoma gastrodiae with rats to kill, completely stripping off the tibia, measuring the distance between the proximal articular surface and the distal articular surface of the tibia by using a vernier caliper, namely the length of the tibia fed for 10 days, and taking the average value of 3 times of measurement. In addition, the length of the tibia was measured after injection of the fluorescent matrix tetracycline at 56d and 60d, respectively, and 60 d. Tibial elongation is measured by taking the removed tibia as a bone slice, immunofluorescent staining the tetracycline, and measuring the distance between the fluorescent bands and the growth plate for tibial elongation between 2 d.
Rat bone densitometry test: a weaning Wistar male rat with SPF level born for about 4 weeks is selected, the weight of which is 60-75 g, and purchased from Beijing Huafukang Biotechnology GmbH. After the rats are purchased, the rats are adapted to the environment for one week, water and diet are freely taken, the temperature of a feeding room is 25 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and the rats are alternately used day and night for 12 hours. Rats were randomly divided into ten groups of 20 rats per group by weight, and the rats were fed test samples with a feeding amount of 100 g/time, sacrificed after 3 months, the femurs were dissected out, and the bone densities of the mid-point of the left femur and the distal end of the femur were measured using a peripheral dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer.
And (3) test results: the test results are shown in tables 1, 2 and 3.

As can be seen from Table 1, the weight gains of the rats of 10d and 60d containing the feather albumen powder provided by the invention are obvious, the weight gain of 10d is 59-64g, and the weight gain of 60d is 374-382 g. As can be seen from Table 2, after the rats eat the compositions containing the feather albumen powder for 10 days and 60 days, the growth length of the shin bones of the rats is obvious, which fully indicates that the compositions containing the feather albumen powder can effectively promote the growth of the animals. As can be seen from Table 3, after feeding the composition containing feather protein powder provided by the invention for 3 months, the femoral midpoint density and the distal bone density of rats are both significantly improved. As can be seen from tables 1, 2 and 3, the weight gain of the rats fed with the composition containing feather protein powder prepared in example 3 was the greatest, the tibia grew the fastest and the bone density was the highest, so example 3 is the best example of the present invention.
Compared with example 3, comparative examples 1-5 respectively change the puffing of feather albumen powder, the dosage ratio of prebiotics, the dosage of bone meal, the dosage of fiddlehead and the proportion of additives, but the weight gain and the density growth of tibia and bone of rats are reduced to different degrees, which shows that the formula of the invention is optimized, and the effect is reduced by changing the formula.
Test example two, composition disease resistance test
Test samples: compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 4 to 5;
the test method comprises the following steps: 50 piglets aged 30 days are selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, each group comprises 10 piglets, the compositions prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 4-5 are respectively fed according to the total-period amount of 31-40 days and 1kg of 41-50 days, and after the piglets are fed for 20 days, the disease condition and the death condition of the piglets are detected. In this process, piglets were managed in the same way;
and (3) test results: the test results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the composition containing feather protein powder provided by the invention can effectively reduce the morbidity of animals, wherein the composition prepared in example 3 has the best effect and is the best example of the invention. Compared with the embodiment 3, the comparative example 4 has no added bracken, but the diarrhea number and death number of the piglets are increased, which shows that the bracken contained in the bracken has a certain inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria, and can reduce the disease incidence of animals; comparative example 5 does not add ferulic acid, but the diarrhea number and death number of piglets are increased, which shows that ferulic acid has physiological effects of scavenging free radicals, improving immunity, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, reducing blood fat, reducing stress and the like, can be absorbed and eliminated by organisms, and can effectively reduce the illness rate of animals.

50-70 parts of corn flour, 35-55 parts of feather protein powder, 10-20 parts of prebiotics, 5-15 parts of multivitamins, 5-15 parts of amino acid, 20-30 parts of bone meal, 10-20 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-30 parts of bracken, 1-5 parts of salt, 15-25 parts of additives and 10-20 parts of water;
the prebiotics consist of lactococcus lactis, yeast beta-glucan and bifidobacterium breve in a mass ratio of 15-18:5-7: 11-13; the additive consists of ferulic acid, resistant dextrin and electrolytic multi-vitamin powder in a mass ratio of 22-25:13-16: 19-21.

The composition containing feather protein powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 62 parts of corn flour, 41 parts of feather protein powder, 15 parts of prebiotics, 11 parts of compound vitamin, 12 parts of amino acid, 27 parts of bone meal, 16 parts of calcium carbonate, 27 parts of bracken, 2 parts of salt, 19 parts of additive and 15 parts of water.
