The sealing element deburring machine according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a rotating tray and a plurality of sealing element trays fixed on the rotating tray, a secondary positioning platform is arranged between the feeding mechanism and the deburring mechanism, a lifting machine (12) is arranged between the feeding mechanism and the secondary positioning platform (13), the transplanting machine comprises a plurality of mechanical clamping jaws capable of moving horizontally, a moving plate used for fixing the sealing element is fixedly connected to the secondary positioning platform, and the moving plate is communicated with the deburring mechanism through the mechanical clamping jaws in the transplanting machine.

The sealing element deburring machine of claim 1, wherein the secondary positioning platform further comprises a support plate, the moving plate is connected with the support plate in a relatively sliding mode, and two limiting blocks used for fixing and finely adjusting the position of the sealing workpiece are connected to two ends of the moving plate in a sliding mode.

The seal deburring machine of claim 1 wherein said grinding table further comprises a dust collector for collecting dust generated by grinding and an electric cabinet for programming the device on the grinding table; the grinding device comprises a first grinding head driven by a first translation piece and a second grinding head driven by a second translation piece, wherein the first grinding head is connected with a first driving piece, and the second grinding head is connected with a second driving piece.

The deburring machine for sealing elements as claimed in claim 1, wherein said conveyor belt assembly comprises a conveyor belt connecting plate fixed on a support, a V-shaped positioning assembly is fixedly connected to one end of said conveyor belt connecting plate close to the mechanical clamping jaw, said V-shaped positioning assembly comprises a first V-shaped plate and a second V-shaped plate spaced from each other, and said V-shaped positioning assembly is made of metal.

The deburring machine for sealing elements according to claim 1, wherein the blanking assembly further comprises a blanking driving piece fixed at the lower end of the blanking turntable and used for driving the blanking turntable to rotate, the blanking turntable is connected with the conveyor belt assembly through a manipulator assembly, and the manipulator assembly comprises a mechanical clamping jaw and a manipulator upright post capable of driving the mechanical clamping jaw to vertically move and rotate.

The deburring machine for sealing elements as claimed in claim 1, wherein said picking ring members are fixedly connected to a surface of said blanking turntable near to the vertical column of the manipulator, and said blanking turntable can drive the picking ring members to rotate relatively by a blanking driving member.
8. The seal deburring machine of claim 2 wherein said mechanical jaw comprises a plurality of uniformly distributed telescoping jaws.
9. The control method of the seal deburring machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
firstly, placing a sealing workpiece on a sealing element tray (11), lifting the sealing workpiece by a lifter and moving the sealing workpiece to a secondary positioning platform;
moving the sealed machined part from the secondary positioning platform to a rotary table of a grinding workbench by a mechanical clamping jaw in the transplanter, clamping and fixing the sealed machined part by the rotary table, and deburring the outer ring and the inner ring of the sealed machined part by a grinding device (18) corresponding to the grinding workbench;
moving the processed sealing element to a conveying belt assembly (32) through a manipulator assembly, driving the processed sealing element to ascend through the manipulator assembly (33) and rotating by 90 degrees to move the sealing element to a ring picking member of a blanking turntable, and driving a plurality of ring picking members to rotate through the rotation of the blanking turntable so that the manipulator assembly fills the sealing element with the plurality of ring picking members on the blanking turntable;
and step four, taking down the sealing elements which are intensively accommodated on the picking ring element.
