Abstract
本发明涉及一种精华液,包括A组分、B组分、C组分、D组分、E组分和F组分。A组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:矿油9‑11份,棕榈酸乙基己酯4‑6份,丁羟甲苯0.01‑0.03份,角鲨烷1‑3份;B组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:水69‑70份,氯化钠2‑4份,EDTA二钠0.01‑0.1份,柠檬酸0.01‑0.05份,表面活性剂4‑6份;C组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:载体溶剂4‑6份,羟苯甲酯0.1‑0.2份,苯氧乙醇0.3‑0.5份,乙基己基甘油0.1‑0.3份;D组分为着色剂;E组分为香精;F组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:包含酵母提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油的第二混合液0.4‑0.6份,包含库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶多糖类和柠檬酸的混合物0.4‑0.6份。本发明还涉及一种制备上述精华液的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是涉及一种精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是一个从外向里由表皮层、真皮层和基底膜构成的层状结构,真皮和表皮靠基底膜分割和相连,其中表皮位于皮肤的最外层,其从里向外共分为4层:基底层、有棘层、颗粒层和角质层。角质层由已经角化的细胞和位于细胞之间的屏障脂质构成。皮肤的保湿主要取决于表皮的含水量,特别是角质层的含水量,角质层的含水量对皮肤的外观起着决定性的作用,当角质层的含水量充足时,皮肤呈现柔软、光滑、细腻和富有弹性的表象。正常情况下,角质层的含水量为10~20%,当角质层的含水量长期低于正常值时,皮肤自身的保湿***就会受到伤害,皮肤缺水会出现失水干燥、屏障功能受损、皮肤衰老和皮肤敏感性增加等问题。现有的精华液能起到帮助皮肤角质层修复防水屏障、阻止皮肤内及角质层水分蒸发散失的作用。现有的精华液包括油相和水相,使用后肌肤能够保存水分及一定的油分,使肌肤看上去有光泽、柔软顺滑,并且油分能够在皮肤还能形成一个封闭的环境,使水分更加不容易蒸发。
现有的精华液存在的技术问题为:1.在制备精华液的过程中通常在水相中加入油相,而且水相和油相需要分别进行配制,因此生产效率低;2.精华液中油相和水相为不互溶的两个相,现有的精华液通过添加乳化剂和其他添加剂使得油相水相混合均匀,但经过长时间的存放后还是比较容易发生油水分层的现象,而且现有的精华液由于含有乳化剂和其他添加剂,因此一旦发生油水分层会影响精华液的使用效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种精华液及其制备方法。制备该精华液不需要将水相和油相分开配制,基于该精华液的组分选择,制备该精华液时可在一个反应容器中进行投料,生产效率高。该精华液具有良好的流变性和稳定性,能够实现油水共存,该精华水兼具良好的补水、抗老化、提亮肤色、舒缓肌肤的功效。
一方面,本发明提供一种精华液,包括A组分、B组分、C组分、D组分、E组分和F组分,其中A组分为油相溶液,B组分、C组分、D组分均为水相溶液。
优选的,B组分和A组分的质量比为4-5:1,B组分、C组分、D组分的质量之和与A组分的质量比为4.5-5:1。在此范围内,能使得精华液能够长期保持油水分层状态并保持整个体系稳定。
其中,A组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:矿油9-11份,棕榈酸乙基己酯4-6份,丁羟甲苯0.01-0.03份,角鲨烷1-3份。
其中,B组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:水69-70份,氯化钠2-4份,EDTA二钠0.01-0.1份,柠檬酸0.01-0.05份,表面活性剂4-6份。其中表面活性剂由癸基葡糖苷的溶液、包含月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸钠、氯化钠的第一混合液组成。优选的,癸基葡糖苷的溶液和第一混合液的质量比为3:2,在此范围内能使得的精华液具有清洁力强、细腻等优良特性,并能改善配方体系的温和性,显著降低对皮肤刺激作用。第一混合液的溶剂为去离子水。
其中,C组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:载体溶剂4-6份,羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2份,苯氧乙醇0.3-0.5份,乙基己基甘油0.1-0.3份。载体溶剂包括水和甘油,优选的,甘油和水的体积比为1:3。
其中,D组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:着色剂0.1-0.14份。着色剂为柠檬黄的水溶液,优选的,柠檬黄的水溶液按照柠檬黄和水的质量比为1:999配制。
其中,E组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:香精0.01-0.03份。
其中,F组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:包含酵母提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油的第二混合液0.4-0.6份,包含库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类和柠檬酸的混合物0.4-0.6份。第二混合液的溶剂为去离子水。
本发明中所记载的癸基葡糖苷的溶液中癸基葡糖苷的浓度范围与化妆品领域中常用的癸基葡糖苷溶液中的癸基葡糖苷的浓度范围相同。本发明中所记载的第一混合液中月桂酰肌氨酸钠的浓度范围、月桂酸钠的浓度范围、氯化钠的浓度范围与化妆品领域中常用的起泡剂中溶液中月桂酰肌氨酸钠的浓度范围、月桂酸钠的浓度范围、氯化钠的浓度范围相同。
另一方面,本发明提供一种制备上述精华液的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将B组分加入反应容器中,在搅拌状态下升温至85-90℃,搅拌至B组分的原料混合均匀;
S2,将A组分加入反应容器中,在85-90℃下搅拌25-30min;
S3,将C组分加入反应容器中,在85-90℃下搅拌25-30min;
S4,依次将D组分、E组分加入反应容器中,在35-40℃下搅拌25-30min;
S5,将F组分加入反应容器中,在35-40℃下搅拌25-30min;
S6,自然冷却至室温得到精华液,将精华液静置不少于4h,若观察到精华液分为上下两层,上层为乳白色液体,下层为淡黄色澄清液体,则精华液合格。
上述制备方法是在同一反应容器中将A组分、B组分、C组分、D组分、E组分和F组分搅拌混合,相比于现有的制备精华液方法中将油相组分和水相组分分开配制,本发明提供的制备方法生产效率高。
使用该精华液时只需将精华液摇动10次左右或摇动15-30秒既可使用。本发明提供的精华液在非使用状态时,由于油水两相极性的差别,精华液分为上下两层,上层为乳白色液体,下层为淡黄色澄清液体,并一直保持此状态。而且分层的精华液存储稳定,而且分层不会影响精华液的使用效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案至少存在以下有益效果为:
本发明提供的精华液能实现油水共存并且稳定性好,分层不会影响精华液的使用效果,该精华液能够有效补充肌肤所述水分,具有优异的长效保湿功效。本发明的精华水的组分之间能产生协同效果,可有效提亮肤色、淡化黑色素,且兼具抗氧化、长效保湿性能。
下面结合具体实施例进行说明。
具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种精华液,包括酵母提取物和库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类。
库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类具有良好的抗氧化的活性,有利于提高产品清除自由基效果和抗炎效果,在精华液中添加柠檬酸能有效提升库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶多糖类在精华液体系中的稳定性。酵母提取物以大米为原料经酵母发酵获得的滤液,富含谷氨酰胺、谷氨酸和脯氨酸等多种氨基酸,可促进水通道蛋白AQP-3及半光天冬酶-14的表达,从而具有保湿亮肤、均匀肤色的功效,同时改善产品的美白效果。苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油能够能有效提升酵母提取物在精华液体系中的稳定性。本发明中采用库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类与酵母提取物复配能够协同抗氧化,对肌肤具有舒缓作用,有效缓解肌肤由外界各种因素导致的不适,并且能够有效补充肌肤所需水分,具有良好的提亮肤色的效果。
作为本发明提供的精华液的优选实施方式,库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类的质量为F组分的质量的0.1-10%,酵母提取物的质量为F组分的质量的0.1-10%。本发明中所记载的第二混合液中苯氧乙醇的质量、乙基己基甘油的质量是基于酵母提取物的质量,苯氧乙醇的添加量和乙基己基甘油的添加量只需满足让酵母提取物在水中均匀溶解分散并保持稳定即可。本发明中所记载的库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类和柠檬酸,其中柠檬酸的质量是基于库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类的质量,柠檬酸的的添加量只需满足让库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类在水中均匀溶解分散并保持稳定即可。
基于稳定性、使用效果和成本这三个因素的考虑,本发明通过调整F组分在精华液体系中的的复配比例,使得该精华液在保持稳定性和较低成本的情况下能够实现迅速补充肌肤所需水分、锁水效果显著、防止自由基产生、增强提亮肤色效果。若F组分的添加比例比本发明中限定的范围低,虽然提升了精华液的稳定性并降低了成本,但降低了精华液的使用效果;若F组分的添加比例比本发明中限定的范围高,则降低了精华液的稳定性并提升了成本,而且精华液的使用效果的提升也不显著。
本发明提供的精华液通过限定A组分、B组分、C组分、D组分、E组分和F组分的原料和配比,使得精华液能在分层的状态下保持体系的稳定性并且不降低使用效果。
A组分具有保湿、修复受损皮肤的功效,并起保护活性物,增加其皮肤上的附着,强化提亮肤色、淡化黑色素,抗氧化、长效保湿的作用。A组分中棕榈酸乙酸己酯是粘度调节剂,起协同增稠作用,使精华液上层液体产生细腻亮泽外观。
B组分中的EDTA二钠为金属离子螯合剂,其保护活性物和稳定产品作用。B组分中的氯化钠为无机盐,起粘度调节作用。B组分中的癸基葡糖苷是由来源于玉米和小麦淀粉的葡萄糖与来源于椰子油和棕榈油的脂肪醇制成的天然非离子型表面活性剂,月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸钠均是两性表面活性剂,因此癸基葡糖苷、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸钠均极其温和、无刺激因此能显著降低皮肤刺激作用。并且癸基葡糖苷、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸钠之间能起到协同作用,提升精华液的清洁能力、补水能力、保湿能力以及平衡皮肤的油脂分泌。并且癸基葡糖苷、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸钠能使得精华液的下层液体保持稳定性。
C组分具有抗菌和防腐功效。同时,C组分中的载体溶剂兼具保湿和粘度调节作用。
E组分起赋香作用,也具清新、舒缓、减压作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的精华液能够长期保持油水分层状态并保持整个体系稳定而不降低精华液的使用效果,也因此相比于现有技术减少了乳化剂的含量。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种精华液和其制备方法。
该精华液的具体组分参数如表1所示。
该精华液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将B组分加入反应容器中,在搅拌状态下升温至85℃,搅拌至B组分的原料混合均匀;
S2,将A组分加入反应容器中,在85℃下搅拌30min;
S3,将C组分加入反应容器中,在85℃下搅拌30min;
S4,依次将D组分、E组分加入反应容器中,在40℃下搅拌30min;
S5,将F组分加入反应容器中,在40℃下搅拌30min;
S6,自然冷却至室温得到精华液,将精华液静置5h,若观察到精华液分为上下两层,上层为乳白色液体,下层为淡黄色澄清液体,则精华液合格。

本实施例提供的一种精华液和其制备方法。
该精华液的具体组分参数如表2所示。
该精华液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将B组分加入反应容器中,在搅拌状态下升温至90℃,搅拌至B组分的原料混合均匀;
S2,将A组分加入反应容器中,在90℃下搅拌25min;
S3,将C组分加入反应容器中,在90℃下搅拌25min;
S4,依次将D组分、E组分加入反应容器中,在35℃下搅拌25min;
S5,将F组分加入反应容器中,在35℃下搅拌25min;
S6,自然冷却至室温得到精华液,将精华液静置8h,若观察到精华液分为上下两层,上层为乳白色液体,下层为淡黄色澄清液体,则精华液合格。

将4份实施例3所提供的精华液分别封装于化妆品瓶中,其中一份在常温环境下存储6个月并标记为1#,其中一份在常温环境下存储12个月并标记为2#,其中一份在常温环境下存储18个月并标记为3#,另一份标记为4#。然后分别对1#-4#、对比实施例1-2所对应的精华液测试。
1、保湿测试
分为短效保湿测定和长效保湿的测定。30名身体健康干性皮肤的受试者参加本次实验,男女不限,年龄在18-65岁之间,最近三个月没有参加过任何药品,化妆品或保健品的临床测试。
1.1短效保湿
用提前准备好的模板在受试者的半边脸上标识出仪器测定的8个测试区域,大小均为1×1cm2,另外半边脸作为空白对照区,在所有测试区使用样品,样品使用量为2mg/cm2。基础值测试之前先用水洗净皮肤,待30min后皮肤干后再进行测定,之后样品使用后的1h,4h,8h进行测定;
本次测试仪器为Corneometer(CK),用来测定皮肤的水分含量;每次测试之前先用水洗净皮肤,待30min后皮肤干后再进行测定;
测试过程中温度控制在22±2℃,相对湿度为50±5%。
1.2长效保湿
用提前准备好的模板在受试者的半边脸上标识出仪器测定的8个测试区域,大小均为1×1cm2,另外半边脸作为空白对照区,在所有测试区用皮肤记号笔标记,早晚各使用一次,连续使用30d样品,样品使用量为2mg/cm2。30d内不能使用其他任何护肤品或药品。
本次测试仪器为Corneometer(CK),用来测定皮肤的水分含量。测试时间点为样品使用前,样品使用后的1w,2w,3w,4w。每次测试之前先用水洗净皮肤,待30min后皮肤干后再进行测定。
测试过程中温度控制在22±2℃,相对湿度为50±5%。测试过程中受试者保持原有生活规律。
短效保湿的测试结果如表4所示。长效保湿的测试结果如表5所示。

表4和表5的结果表明,本发明提供的精华液能够长期保持油水分层状态并保持整个体系稳定而不降低精华液的使用效果,尤其是保湿效果。而精华液中若单独缺失第二混合液或库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类和柠檬酸的混合物将对保湿效果产生极大的影响,因为本发明中库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类与酵母提取物复配能够产生协同,能够有效补充肌肤所需水分。
本发明中提供的精华液在非使用状态时为分层状态,本发明提供的精华液的组分和配比,尤其是A组分的原料配比和B组分的原料配比,保证了处于分层状态的精华液的整个体系稳定和使用效果不降低。
2、抗氧化测试—DPPH自由基清除实验
原理:DPPH法于1958年被提出,广泛用于定量测定生物试样和食品的抗氧化能力。此法是根据DPPH自由基有单电子,在517nm处有一强吸收,其醇溶液呈紫色的特性。当有自由基清除剂存在时,由于与其单电子配对而使其吸收逐渐消失,其褪色程度与其接受的电子数量成定量关系,因而可用分光光度计进行快速的定量分析。
实验流程:
(1)配置DPPH溶液:准确称取20mgDPPH,用无水乙醇定容于250ml容量瓶中,得到浓度为2.0×10-4mol/L的DPPH溶液,避光保存备用。
(2)分别取2ml样品液于具塞试管中,加入2ml所配置的DPPH溶液,混合均匀,于25℃水浴中密闭静置30min后,倒入光径为1cm的比色皿,在517nm处测得其吸光度Ai,同时测2ml样品加2ml乙醇的吸光度Aj,以及2ml DPPH溶液加2ml二次蒸馏水的吸光度A0。每测一个用量需要测三个平行数据。样品液采用实施例及对比实施例中的提取液。
(3)DPPH的清除率=[1-(Ai-Aj)/A0]×100%
测试结果如表6所示。

表6的结果表明,本发明提供的精华液能够长期保持油水分层状态并保持整个体系稳定而不降低精华液的使用效果,尤其是抗氧化效果。本发明中采用库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶多糖类与酵母提取物复配能够协同抗氧化作用。精华液中若单独缺失第二混合液或库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类和柠檬酸的混合物将对抗氧化效果产生极大的影响
本发明提供的精华液对于脸部皮肤温和无刺激,能补充和调节肌肤的水分并保湿,有效增加肌肤的滋润度和润滑性,库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶多糖类与酵母提取物复配能够协同有效清除自由基,从而提亮肤色、紧致肌肤、淡化皱纹、令肌肤平滑、富有弹性,恢复皮肤自然光彩。

Claims (10)
1.一种精华液,其特征在于:
包括A组分、B组分、C组分、D组分、E组分和F组分,所述A组分为油相溶液,所述B组分、所述C组分、所述D组分均为水相溶液;
所述A组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:矿油9-11份,棕榈酸乙基己酯4-6份,丁羟甲苯0.01-0.03份,角鲨烷1-3份;
所述B组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:水69-70份,氯化钠2-4份,EDTA二钠0.01-0.1份,柠檬酸0.01-0.05份,表面活性剂4-6份;
所述C组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:载体溶剂4-6份,羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2份,苯氧乙醇0.3-0.5份,乙基己基甘油0.1-0.3份;
所述D组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:着色剂0.1-0.14份;
所述E组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:香精0.01-0.03份;
所述F组分由以下按重量份计的原料组成:包含酵母提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油的第二混合液0.4-0.6份,包含库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶多糖类和柠檬酸的混合物0.4-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述B组分和A组分的质量比为4-5:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述B组分、所述C组分、所述D组分的质量之和与所述A组分的质量比为4.5-5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂由癸基葡糖苷的溶液、包含月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酸钠、氯化钠的第一混合液组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述癸基葡糖苷的溶液和所述第一混合液的质量比为3:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述载体溶剂包括水和甘油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述着色剂为柠檬黄的水溶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述库拉索芦荟(ALOEBARBADENSIS)叶多糖类的质量为所述F组分的质量的0.1%~10%,所述酵母提取物的质量为所述F组分的质量0.1-10%。
9.一种制备权利要求1-8任一项权利要求所述的精华液的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,将所述B组分加入反应容器中,在搅拌状态下升温至85-90℃,搅拌至所述B组分的原料混合均匀;
S2,将所述A组分加入所述反应容器中,在85-90℃下搅拌25-30min;
S3,将所述C组分加入所述反应容器中,在85-90℃下搅拌25-30min;
S4,依次将所述D组分、所述E组分加入所述反应容器中,在35-40℃下搅拌25-30min;
S5,将所述F组分加入所述反应容器中,在35-40℃下搅拌25-30min;
S6,自然冷却至室温,然后静置不少于4h,得到所述精华液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述S6中,静置后所述精华液分为上层和下层,所述上层为乳白色液体,所述下层为淡黄色澄清液体。
