Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a rule adjustment method of an automatic auditing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the rule adjustment method of the automatic auditing system includes:
s1, responding to an automatic auditing instruction, and performing automatic auditing operation on detection items in a report according to auditing rules preset by a detection system;
s2, when the current detection item has manual modification operation in the automatic auditing operation, acquiring historical times of the auditing rule hit by the current detection item, and acquiring times of the manual modification operation after the auditing rule hit by the current detection item;
S3, adjusting the auditing rule according to the ratio of the times of manual modification operation in the historical times.
It should be noted that, the rule adjustment method of the automatic auditing system in the embodiment of the invention is implemented by the automatic auditing system, and the automatic auditing system is a medical inspection system, and the medical inspection system can be specifically used for physicochemical mass spectrometry inspection, genome inspection, pathological diagnosis, biochemical luminescence inspection, immunological inspection, other comprehensive inspection, and the like. For example, the automatic auditing system is used for verifying a report form of a patient, and the current detection item is a detection item of the patient in the report form, for example, the detection item is blood detection, urine detection and the like. The auditing rules pre-stored in the rule base are used for judging whether the current detection item is normal or not. It is worth to say that, when the system checks all the current detection items, the current detection items are compared with the auditing rules pre-stored in the rule base one by one so as to judge whether the current detection items hit any auditing rule.
The laboratory report processing flow in the automatic auditing system: 1. the method comprises the steps of result input, report submission, verification of input results, avoidance of input errors, report audit (triggering of an automatic audit function) and automatic audit result processing.
After the automatic auditing system is audited, the automatic auditing system has two results of auditing passing (missed auditing rule) and auditing failing (hit auditing rule), and ideally, the auditing passing number A and the auditing failing number B are adopted. In reality, in the passing number A, if C sheets are manually clicked and issued to report, C is the number of sheets (true negative number) with compliance, and the following is the arrangement of computers, namely A-C sheets, and the personnel modify the report although the computer passes the checking, and the A-C sheets are the number of non-compliance (false negative number) of automatic checking. Conversely: in the number B of failed computer audit, D is a manual modification report, D is the number of compliance sheets (true positive number), namely B-D is also reported, and the personnel directly send out the report although the computer audit is failed, and the B-D is the number of automatic audit non-compliance sheets (false positive number).
The automatic auditing system is not good, so that the number of the steps is reduced as much as possible: A-C (false negative) and B-D (false positive), wherein the two numbers are the non-compliance numbers of automatic auditing, and the reduction of A-C (false negative) in the aspect of risk management and control in the two numbers means that the risk is reduced and the priority is higher.
Specifically, in step S1, in response to the automatic auditing instruction, an automatic auditing operation is performed on the detection items in the report according to an auditing rule preset by the detection system. If the report checking result is green, the report is abnormal, if the report is red, the report has data abnormality according to the rule judgment, and the report needs to be manually processed (such as checking sample information, linking clinic, adding other projects and re-detecting)
Optionally, the auditing rules are pre-classified into categories at the time of establishment, wherein the categories comprise service rules, execution rules and intervention rules; wherein the service rule is a rule requiring no human intervention, the execution rule is a rule requiring human intervention but requiring no modification of report content, and the intervention rule is a rule requiring human intervention and requiring human modification of report content. For an example, the categories of audit rules may be found in Table 1. After the rule is established, the category of the auditing rule needs to be determined immediately and is input into a corresponding rule template, and the auditing rule is marked with letters, which has the following significance: only the class I rules need to perform the function of subsequent rule adjustment. Rules of the digital class and O start are not required, which has the advantage that: the functional range is focused, so that a laboratory can more accurately find out which rules need to be updated, and the workload of the laboratory is greatly reduced.
Table 1 class of audit rules
Specifically, in step S2, when there is a manual modification operation in the automatic auditing operation for the current detected item, the historical number of times that the auditing rule hit by the current detected item was hit is obtained, and the number of times that there is a manual modification operation after the auditing rule hit by the current detected item is obtained.
Illustratively, the system automatically counts the number of choices per intervention rule, i.e., how many times (A) in total, and how many times the choice is because the hit is considered to change the report (B), i.e., there is a human modification operation, B/A is the true positive rate. Such as: rule I20091 violates 300 times in total (300 abnormal reports), the effective intervention is 1 (i.e. the person takes 300 actions, 1 because the report was manually modified and the interface was popped up, the choice was the modification due to this rule), and the true positive rate is 1/300.
Specifically, in step S3, the audit rule is adjusted according to the ratio of the number of manual modification operations to the historical number of times, including steps S31 to S35:
s31, calculating the mean value and standard deviation of other abnormal detection values of the detection item when the duty ratio is greater than or equal to a preset positive rate threshold value; when the detection item hits the corresponding auditing rule, the detection value of the current detection item is an abnormal detection value, and the other abnormal detection values are other abnormal detection values except the abnormal detection value of the current detection item with the artificial modification operation;
S32, calculating the sum of the mean value and the standard deviation multiplied by a coefficient to be used as an judgment value;
s33, if the trial value is smaller than the intervention result value, an adjustment suggestion for adjusting the judgment threshold value of the auditing rule to be the trial value is given; the intervention result value is an abnormal detection value of a current detection item with manual modification operation;
s34, if the trial value is greater than or equal to the intervention result value, a suggestion for reserving a judgment threshold value of the auditing rule is given;
and S35, when the duty ratio is smaller than the positive rate threshold, a suggestion for deleting the auditing rule is given.
For example, if the auditing condition set by a certain auditing rule is that the detected value is greater than 160g (decision threshold), and when the detected values of the detected items are 172, 181, 191, 201, 270 (with the result modification), the auditing condition is satisfied, and thus 172, 181, 191, 201, 270 (with the result modification) are all detected abnormal values, wherein the detected abnormal value 270 is a value obtained by manually revising the detected items, that is, the intervention result value, then other abnormal detected values include: 172. 181, 191, 201; the mean +2sd=211 of the values 172, 181, 191, 201 is calculated, that is, the trial value is 270, where 2SD represents the product of the standard deviation and the coefficient, and the coefficient can be set in a custom manner, and is not specifically limited herein. When the duty ratio is larger than or equal to a preset positive rate threshold value, the judgment value (211) is smaller than the intervention result value (270), so that an adjustment suggestion for adjusting the judgment threshold value of the auditing rule to be the judgment value is given, namely, a suggestion for setting the auditing condition of the auditing rule to be a detection value larger than 211g is given at the moment. Further, the system may give the corresponding tag: the "decision threshold for establishing adjustment rule" is xx "," establish retention rule "," establish deletion rule ".
In the embodiment of the invention, the auditing system does not directly adjust the rules, but gives the advice of the adjustment rules, the decision right of the adjustment rules is also in the hands of the staff, the staff can adjust the rules according to the advice given by the auditing system, the staff can know that the setting of the rules is unreasonable and needs to be adjusted, and the staff can pay attention to the rules later.
Further, when the manual modification operation exists in the automatic auditing operation of the current detection item, the method further comprises the steps of S4-S5:
s4, obtaining an auditing result of the current detection item; the auditing result comprises reporting no abnormality and reporting abnormality, wherein reporting abnormality is displayed when the detecting item hits the corresponding auditing rule, and reporting no abnormality is displayed when the detecting item misses the corresponding auditing rule;
s5, displaying corresponding bullet frame options in a display interface according to the auditing result; and setting execution reasons related to the manual modification operation in the bullet box options.
Optionally, the execution reason includes:
the execution reason is: independent of the existing auditing rules, and the detection system is required to establish corresponding auditing rules according to the current detection project; such as: the method has no relation with the existing auditing rules, and the problem is considered to occur frequently or to be important, and the problem can be identified after the automatic auditing is hoped to reduce the risk;
The execution reason is as follows: independent of the existing auditing rules, and a detection system is not required to establish corresponding auditing rules according to the current detection project; such as: the method has no relation with the existing auditing rules, but the modification is sporadic or unimportant, automatic auditing can be omitted, and risk is avoided;
the execution causes three: the current detection item hits the existing auditing rule; such as: modifications caused by the auditing rules (showing the corresponding intervention class rules).
When the auditing result is abnormal report, the auditing result correspondingly displays the first execution reason, the second execution reason and the third execution reason in the bullet box option; and when the auditing result is that no abnormality is reported, displaying the first execution reason and the second execution reason in the bullet box options correspondingly.
Further, the method further comprises step S6:
and when the first execution reason and the second execution reason are selected, generating corresponding auditing rules according to the first execution reason and the second execution reason.
Illustratively, the system automatically generates rules for each selection of a revision of execution cause one and the execution cause two:
if one report A\B\C is 50, 30 and 20 respectively, the sex is male, the age is 25, and after the examination, the interpretation A is added; generating an audit rule: if (a=50, b=30, c=20), set=1, age=25, then a=30, increasing interpretation a;
Subsequent reports may also increase based on other reports:
if (a=80, b=50), set=1, age=25, then a=20 increases the interpretation a
if (a=100, b=30, c=20), set=1, age=32, the a=25 increases by interpretation a
Where a following if is the data before modification, i.e. possibly the data for the first reporting of errors, and a following Then is the data re-determined after the processing of the sample due to the preceding a alarm.
The final system will recommend a rule set-up scheme: if (a=50-100, b=30-50, c=20), set=1, age=25-32, the value of the a result varies, increasing interpretation a.
In the embodiment of the invention, the auditing system records the steps of manual modification as much as possible, what is modified, and finally analyzes the modification result by taking the same modification element as a unit (such as project, explanation and data) to finally obtain a corresponding recommendation rule establishment scheme.
Further, the system automatically records a detection log of the report, wherein the detection log comprises: bar code, post, time, audit results (report exception/report no exception), execution reason (one to three above), handler, report modification content (how much the result of what item changed to, what interpretation was added, what profile changed to what). By recording the detection log, the staff can conveniently review, so that the content of the revision can be known in detail.
Compared with the prior art, the rule adjustment method of the automatic auditing system disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly, responding to an automatic auditing instruction, and performing automatic auditing operation on detection items in a report according to auditing rules preset by a detection system; then, when the current detection item has the manual modification operation in the automatic auditing operation, acquiring the historical times of the auditing rule hit by the current detection item and acquiring the times of the manual modification operation after the current detection item hits the auditing rule; and finally, adjusting the auditing rule according to the ratio of the times of manual modification operation in the historical times. Because the manual modification operation is considered, the automatic auditing compliance can be improved quickly in a laboratory, namely, the processing result of the computer is consistent with the human as much as possible, the rule can be automatically and flexibly adjusted, and the automatic auditing efficiency is improved effectively.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a block diagram of a rule adjustment device 10 of an automatic auditing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the rule adjustment device 10 of the automatic auditing system includes:
the automatic auditing module 11 is used for responding to the automatic auditing instruction and carrying out automatic auditing operation on the detection items in the report according to auditing rules preset by the detection system;
An audit rule hit number calculation module 12, configured to obtain, when a manual modification operation exists in the automatic audit operation for a current detection item, a historical number of times that an audit rule hit by the current detection item is hit, and a number of times that the manual modification operation exists after the audit rule hit by the current detection item is obtained;
and the auditing rule adjusting module 13 is used for adjusting the auditing rule according to the occupation ratio of the times of manual modification operation in the historical times.
It should be noted that, the rule adjusting device of the automatic auditing system in the embodiment of the invention is an automatic auditing system, and the automatic auditing system is a medical inspection system, and the medical inspection system can be specifically used for physicochemical mass spectrometry inspection, genome inspection, pathological diagnosis, biochemical luminescence inspection, immunological inspection, other comprehensive inspection, and the like.
Specifically, the automatic auditing module 11 responds to the automatic auditing instruction to perform automatic auditing operation on the detection items in the report according to the auditing rules preset by the detection system.
Specifically, when there is a manual modification operation of the current detection item in the automatic audit operation, the audit rule hit number calculation module 12 obtains the historical number of times the audit rule hit by the current detection item was hit, and the number of times there is a manual modification operation after the audit rule hit by the current detection item was obtained.
Specifically, the audit rule adjustment module 13 is specifically configured to:
when the duty ratio is larger than or equal to a preset positive rate threshold value, calculating the mean value and standard deviation of other abnormal detection values of the detection item; when the detection item hits the corresponding auditing rule, the detection value of the current detection item is an abnormal detection value, and the other abnormal detection values are other abnormal detection values except the abnormal detection value of the current detection item with the artificial modification operation;
Calculating the sum of the mean value and the standard deviation multiplied by the coefficient as an judgment value;
if the trial value is smaller than the intervention result value, an adjustment suggestion for adjusting the judgment threshold value of the auditing rule to be the trial value is given; the intervention result value is an abnormal detection value of a current detection item with manual modification operation;
if the trial value is greater than or equal to the intervention result value, a suggestion for reserving a judgment threshold value of the auditing rule is given;
and when the duty ratio is smaller than the positive rate threshold, giving a suggestion for deleting the auditing rule.
Further, the rule adjusting apparatus 10 of the automatic auditing system further includes:
