Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Considering that the existing medical quality control platform can only provide specific and preset medical quality auditing rules for the service platform, if a medical institution wants to set own rules, the steps of requirements, platform evaluation requirements, handover developer development, platform product iteration and the like need to be put forward to the platform, the construction period is long, and the labor consumption is high.
Based on this, in this example, by setting a modification operation inlet on the medical quality control platform, the service platform (such as a medical institution and an insurance company) can modify the medical auditing rule by means of the modification operation inlet according to its actual requirement, and when the rule modification is performed, the modification can be performed on the basis of the original medical auditing rule, or a new auditing rule can be set according to its actual requirement, and then medical auditing is performed according to the new rule. The data processing scheme for medical auditing can effectively solve the problem that the process is complex when the medical quality control platform rule is changed in the prior art, and improves the intelligence of the medical quality control platform for medical auditing.
For this reason, in this embodiment, a data processing method, apparatus, computer device and computer readable storage medium for medical auditing are provided, and the following details of the foregoing embodiments are described below:
example 1
The embodiment provides a data processing method for medical auditing, and the data processing method for medical auditing provided by the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for processing data for medical auditing according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the method may include the following steps S01-S03:
s01, responding to a medical auditing rule modifying operation triggered by a modifying operation inlet, and calling and displaying an auditing logic configuration interface, wherein the modifying operation inlet for modifying the medical auditing rule is preset;
when a service platform (such as a medical institution and an insurance institution) needs to modify the medical auditing rule, triggering the operation of modifying the medical auditing rule at an operation entrance, for example, setting a plurality of functional virtual keys on the operation entrance, clicking the operation of modifying the medical auditing rule, which is triggered by a certain functional virtual key, then calling out and displaying an auditing logic configuration interface, and operating on the displaying auditing logic configuration interface by an operator so as to complete the modification of the medical auditing rule.
S02, when the monitoring and learning auditing logic configuration interface receives a first modification requirement instruction, a first modification window for editing and modifying a preset original medical auditing rule is provided, and when the monitoring and learning auditing logic configuration interface receives a second modification requirement instruction, a second modification window for creating a new medical auditing rule is provided;
the audit logic configuration interface is configured to link different modification windows to address different modification needs of the operator. Wherein, the modification requirement can be divided into the following parts: if fine adjustment and adjustment are needed on the basis of the existing medical rule template, the method is realized by sending a first modification demand instruction, and after monitoring and determining that an operator sends the first modification demand instruction, a first modification window for editing and modifying preset original medical auditing rules is provided; if the medical rule to be created has larger difference from the original rule and is inconvenient to modify on the original rule template, the medical rule can be realized by sending a second modification requirement instruction, and when the second modification requirement instruction is received by the monitoring and determining audit logic configuration interface, a second modification window for creating a new medical audit rule is provided.
The following describes the data processing procedure with different modification requirements for better understanding of the present invention:
case one: when the requirement of the user is adjusted on the existing rule, namely, when the monitoring and knowing that the auditing logic configuration interface receives a first modification requirement instruction, a selection entry for linking to a medical knowledge base is provided in a first modification window, wherein the selection entry is used for selecting a medical field in the medical knowledge base, the medical knowledge base is a pre-constructed database storing medical knowledge, the medical knowledge consists of medical fields, and the medical fields comprise medical item fields, medical target fields and standard relation fields of the medical item fields and the medical target fields.
The medical knowledge base constructed in advance can contain hundreds of fields such as medicine usage, dosage, indication, contraindication crowd (children, old people, pregnant women, lactating women and the like), medicine interaction and the like, so that a user can freely configure and call the fields. The field content is derived from authoritative national formulary, CFDA drug instruction and national formulary, etc. Preferably, the medical fields in the medical knowledge base include a medical item field and a medical target field, wherein the medical item field is a target which corresponds to a keyword in a medical file to be audited and is judged whether to conform to a rule, such as hundreds of fields including age, weight, administration route, weight per body surface area, administration frequency, administration dosage unit per administration, single daily dosage unit, single daily dosage and the like of a patient; the medical goal field is a threshold object for comparison with the medical item field, such as a top of age line, a bottom of age line, a top of weight, a route of administration, a single daily dose of the instruction, and a specific numerical value.
Corresponding original rules are preset in the medical item field, the medical target field and the two fields in the medical field respectively, for example, in the medicine excess (according to weight and single day) auditing rule, the lowest and highest threshold values of the age of the patient, the lowest and highest threshold values of the weight, the administration route rule, the lowest and highest threshold values of the single day dose are preset.
The medical knowledge base may preset tree-shaped medical fields, i.e. all medical fields may be preset in layers, and may be in terms of diseases, field text types, etc. The user selection may also be provided in a tree-like selection manner in a subsequent step.
After the first modification window provides a selection entry for linking to the medical knowledge base, receiving a selection signal for a medical item field required to be changed in the selected medical knowledge base through the selection entry, and displaying an original preset medical auditing rule corresponding to the user selection signal in the first modification window; for example, if a drop-down button is provided at the selection portal, clicking the drop-down button will display all the medical item fields in the linked medical knowledge base, such as the fields of patient age, weight, route of administration, weight/body surface area, frequency of administration, dosage unit per administration, daily dosage unit, daily dosage, etc., which may be ordered according to a certain rule, for example, according to the order of the first letter of pinyin in the fields. After a medical item field is selected, all or part of the medical auditing rules corresponding to the medical item field are displayed, the rules appearing are reduced as the number of selected medical item fields increases, i.e. the screening conditions increase, and finally the operator finds the medical auditing rules to be modified.
Thereafter, in response to the triggered edit-modification instruction, a rule modification entry for modifying the medical audit rule presented by the first modification window is provided, such as a location of a desired modification in the medical audit rule presented by double-clicking, the content of the location becoming editable, and then the user modifying as desired, specifically, a modification of the process may be included: responding to the triggered first editing instruction, and adding a medical item field, a medical target field and a standard relation field of the medical item field and the medical target field in the medical auditing rule; and in response to the triggered second editing instruction, reducing the standard relationship fields of the medical item field, the medical target field and the medical item field and the medical target field in the medical auditing rule, and in response to the triggered third editing instruction, modifying the standard relationship fields of the medical item field, the medical target field and the medical item field and the medical target field in the medical auditing rule.
And a second case: when a user needs to customize or create a new and brand-new medical rule, namely, when the monitoring and knowing that the auditing logic configuration interface receives a second modification requirement instruction, a selection entry for linking to a medical knowledge base is provided in a second modification window, wherein the selection entry is used for selecting a medical field in the medical knowledge base, the medical knowledge base is a pre-built database storing medical knowledge, the medical knowledge consists of medical fields, and the medical fields comprise medical item fields, medical target fields and standard relation fields of the medical item fields and the medical target fields.
Receiving, through a selection portal, a selection signal of a medical item field required to create a new medical audit rule; receiving, through a selection portal, a selection signal of a medical target field required to create a new medical auditing rule; a relationship field of a medical item field and a medical target field required to create a new medical audit rule, wherein the relationship field includes logic for at least one of: the same, different, greater than, less than, equal to, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, not equal to, contained in, not contained in, all contained in, empty, not empty.
Preferably, the new medical audit rule created by the user may include a multi-rule relationship, which refers to a process of judging between a plurality of rule fields created by the user and a plurality of rule groups formed by the rule field relationship. For example, the rule group is used for checking whether the rule group accords with the rule or not according to the result of the previous rule group. For another example, some contraindicated auditing rules require that the type of administration be simultaneously determined as conflicting with other types of medication that violate a incompatibility.
S03, receiving the edited and modified medical auditing rule in a first modification window, or receiving the newly-built medical auditing rule in a second modification window, and taking the received medical auditing rule as a current new medical auditing rule.
After the received medical auditing rule is used as a current new medical auditing rule, acquiring a medical file to be audited, and extracting keywords of the medical file to be audited; auditing the extracted keywords of the medical file to be audited according to the current new medical auditing rule, and judging whether the medical file to be audited passes the authentication; outputting prompt information for representing that the medical file to be checked passes authentication when the keywords of the medical file to be checked all accord with the current new medical checking rule; outputting prompt information for representing that the medical file to be checked does not pass the authentication when the keywords of the medical file to be checked do not all meet the current new medical checking rule, and highlighting the keywords which do not meet the current new medical checking rule.
And obtaining a complete flow of the medical auditing rule through user modification of the steps, and configuring different output results according to the coincidence condition of different rule groups for the results of the medical files to be audited passing the medical auditing rule in practice. Preferably, the violation results may output results including overdose, repeat medication, incompatibility, abuse antibiotics, overtime grade medication, overtorsex medication, and the like.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the foregoing solution is further improved, specifically, before the received medical auditing rule is regarded as the current new medical auditing rule, the received medical auditing rule is compared with the original medical auditing rule of the medical knowledge base, and according to the comparison result, the difference between the new medical auditing rule and the original medical auditing rule of the medical knowledge base is highlighted.
The improvement of the embodiment is equivalent to the pre-auditing and test running stages provided for the user, the original rules can be derived from rules with reference values such as a drug specification, a textbook, an experience practice and the like, through the comparison, the user can know which fields in the created or edited medical auditing rules are defined differently from the original rules, and the judging method of which rule groups are different from the original rules, so that the irrational places of the created or edited medical auditing rules can be known, and further the basis and the reference for adjusting and modifying are provided for the user.
In each implementation manner of this embodiment, by setting a modification operation inlet on the medical quality control platform, the service platform (such as a medical institution and an insurance company) can modify the medical auditing rule according to its actual requirement by using the modification operation inlet, and when the rule modification is performed, the modification can be performed on the basis of the original medical auditing rule, or a new auditing rule can be set according to its actual requirement, and then medical auditing is performed according to the new rule. The data processing scheme for medical auditing can effectively solve the problem that the process is complex when the medical quality control platform rule is changed in the prior art, and improves the intelligence of the medical quality control platform for medical auditing.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment.
