The shell body 101 is divided into a shell rear panel 101a, a shell upper cover plate 101b, a shell front panel 101c, a shell front door 101d and a shell rear door 101e, the shell rear panel 101a is integrally arc-shaped, two ends of the shell rear panel 101a are covered on two sides of the shell front panel 101c, two ends of the shell rear panel 101a are provided with grooves 101a-1, and the ultraviolet lamp 202a is installed in the grooves 101 a-1; the front door 101d of the shell is positioned in the middle of the front panel 101c of the shell and corresponds to the radar L in the shell in position, so that the front door is convenient to maintain and replace; the shell rear door 101e is positioned in the middle of the shell rear panel 101a and corresponds to the internal power supply 202b in position, so that the power supply 202b is convenient to charge, replace and maintain; the touch screen 101b-1 and the electric quantity display 101b-2 are mounted on the upper end face of the upper cover plate 101b of the shell, so that better man-machine interaction can be performed, and related alarm information can be displayed in time and stored as an operation log; the binocular camera 101b-3 is further installed at the front end of the upper cover plate 101b of the shell, and the spatial position can be mastered and more accurate positioning can be carried out by adopting the binocular camera 101b-3 as the human eyes, so that the operation route is more reasonable.
The invention combines the functions of autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, unmanned charging and the like of the unmanned cleaning robot, is also provided with high-pressure disinfectant spraying operation, has large coverage area and high speed, can perform multipoint fixed-point sterilization work, has good atomization effect and strong corrosion resistance, has uniform and stable flow, effectively eliminates bacteria in the air, replaces manpower to finish automatic disinfectant spraying in an integral place, and avoids the injury of disinfectant to operators; in addition, the ultraviolet disinfection and cleaning device has an ultraviolet disinfection function and a cleaning function, and can realize site-specific ultraviolet disinfection and cleaning under the condition that no person is in motion at night.
It is important to note that the construction and arrangement of the present application as shown in the various exemplary embodiments is illustrative only. the shell (100) is of a hollow structure with an opening on one side, and comprises an external shell body (101) and a bracket (102) arranged in the shell body (101), wherein the bracket (102) is respectively provided with a bottom plate (102a), a side frame (102b) connected to the bottom plate (102a) and a water tank supporting plate (102c) arranged on the side frame (102b) from bottom to top; and a sterilizing mechanism (200) and a washing mechanism (300) mounted on the housing (100),
a disinfection mechanism (200), wherein the disinfection mechanism (200) comprises a spray disinfection unit (201) and an ultraviolet disinfection unit (202).
A washing mechanism (300) comprising a washing unit (301) and a lifting unit (302).

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 1, wherein: the spray disinfection unit (201) comprises a clean water tank (201a), a booster pump (201b) and an atomizing nozzle (201c), wherein the clean water tank (201a) is installed on a water tank supporting plate (102c), and a first handle (201a-1), a water inlet (201a-2) and a first exhaust hole (201a-3) are respectively arranged on the clean water tank (201 a); a pump support frame (201b-1) is also vertically arranged on the water tank support plate (102c), and the booster pump (201b) is arranged on the side surface of the pump support frame (201b-1) far away from the clear water tank (201 a); the atomizing nozzle (201c) is arranged on the lower end face of the chassis (102 a); atomizing nozzle (201c), booster pump (201b) are located same one side, just all there is the pipeline to link to each other between clear water tank (201a) and booster pump (201b), booster pump (201b) and atomizing nozzle (201 c).

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 2, wherein: the ultraviolet disinfection unit (202) comprises an ultraviolet lamp (202a), a power supply (202b) and an inverter (202c), wherein the ultraviolet lamp (202a) is installed on the outer side of the shell body (101); the power supply (202b) is arranged on the upper end face of the chassis (102a), and the power supply (202b) and the atomizing nozzle (201c) are positioned on the same side; the inverter (202c) is mounted on the outer side of the side frame (102 b); the ultraviolet lamp (202a), the power supply (202b) and the inverter (202c) are all connected through circuits.

An epidemic prevention robot as claimed in claims 1-3, wherein: the clean water tank (201a) supplies water to the spray disinfection unit (201) and the cleaning unit (301) at the same time; the cleaning device is characterized in that a push rod support (102a-1) is further mounted in the middle of the upper end face of the chassis (102a), an electric push rod (M-1) is vertically mounted on the push rod support (102a-1), a structural part (102a-2) is mounted outside the electric push rod (M-1), the structural part (102a-2) is connected with the cleaning unit (301), and the push rod support (102a-1), the electric push rod (M-1) and the structural part (102a-2) form a lifting unit (302).

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 4, wherein: the cleaning unit (301) further comprises a sewage tank (301a), a brush disc assembly (301b) and a water sucking rake (301c), the sewage tank (301a) is mounted on a water tank supporting plate (102c) in a manner of abutting against the clean water tank (201a), and a second handle (301a-1) and a plurality of second exhaust holes (301a-2) are formed in the sewage tank (301 a); the brush disc assembly (301b) comprises a brush disc (301b-1) and a brush disc motor (M-2) axially connected with the brush disc (301b-1), and the brush disc (301b-1) and the brush disc motor (M-2) are both arranged on the structural component (102 a-2).

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 5, wherein: the water absorption rake (301c) is integrally installed in an arc shape and is installed on one side, close to the atomizing nozzle (201c), of the brush disc assembly (301c), the water absorption rake (301c) is connected to the horizontal part of a structural part (102a-1), meanwhile, the water absorption rake (301c) is connected with the brush disc assembly (301b), and the installation height of the water absorption rake (301c) is consistent with that of the brush disc (301 b-1).

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 6, wherein: an air draft motor (M-3) is further mounted on the side frame (102b) close to the outer side, the air draft motor (M-3) and the water suction rake (301c) are connected with the sewage tank (301a) through pipelines respectively, and the brush disc assembly (301b) is connected with the clean water tank (201a) through a pipeline.

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 7, wherein: hub motors (M-4) are further mounted on two side edges of the chassis (102a), universal wheels (O-1) are mounted on the hub motors (M-4), and the hub motors (M-4) and the universal wheels (O-1) are located between the atomizing nozzles (201c) and the water absorption rakes (301 c); and a fixed wheel (O-2) is arranged at the other end of the chassis (102a) far away from the atomizing nozzle (201 c).
9. The epidemic prevention robot of claim 8, wherein: radar (L) is still installed to the one end that is close to on side frame (102b) fixed wheel (O-2), industrial computer (K) and terminal row (P) that are used for the IO distribution are still installed on side frame (102b) of radar (L) top.

The epidemic prevention robot of claim 9, wherein: the shell body (101) is divided into a shell rear panel (101a), a shell upper cover plate (101b), a shell front panel (101c), a shell front door (101d) and a shell rear door (101e), the shell rear panel (101a) is integrally arc-shaped, two ends of the shell rear panel (101a) are coated on two sides of the shell front panel (101c), grooves (101a-1) are formed in two ends of the shell rear panel (101a), and the ultraviolet lamp (202a) is installed in the grooves (101 a-1); the front door (101d) of the shell is positioned in the middle of the front panel (101c) of the shell, and the position of the front door corresponds to the radar (L) in the shell; the shell rear door (101e) is positioned in the middle of the shell rear panel (101a) and corresponds to the internal power supply (202 b); the intelligent household flashlight is characterized in that a touch screen (101b-1) and an electric quantity display (101b-2) are installed on the upper end face of the upper cover plate (101b) of the shell, and a binocular camera (101b-3) is further installed at the front end of the upper cover plate (101b) of the shell.
