Claims (8)

An intelligent disinfection and sterilization robot comprises a movable chassis (1), and is characterized in that an upper base (2) is fixedly connected to the upper side wall of the movable chassis, a disinfection box body (3) is fixedly connected to the upper side wall of the upper base (2), two ultraviolet disinfection lamps (4) are symmetrically installed on the outer side wall of the disinfection box body (3), and a spraying mechanism for achieving external disinfection is fixedly connected to the side wall of the disinfection box body (3);
a disinfectant replenishing box (5) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the upper side of the disinfecting box body (3), a disinfectant storing box (6) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the lower side of the disinfecting box body (3), and a sealing mechanism is arranged in the disinfectant storing box (6);
a liquid pump (7) is fixedly installed at the joint of a liquid passing pipe of a spraying mechanism in the disinfection box body (3) and the disinfection liquid storage box, a liquid rotating wheel (8) is arranged in the liquid passing pipe of the spraying mechanism, a top contact mechanism is arranged on the left side wall of the liquid rotating wheel (8), and the quantitative addition function of the disinfection liquid is realized through the mutual matching of the top contact mechanism and the sealing mechanism;
the rear side wall of the disinfection box body (3) is fixedly provided with heat dissipation holes (9), and the right side wall of the water liquid rotating wheel (8) is fixedly connected with a cleaning mechanism capable of cleaning the inner side walls of the heat dissipation holes (9).

The intelligent disinfection and sterilization robot of claim 1, wherein the sealing mechanism comprises an elastic baffle (10) rotatably connected to the connection between the disinfectant solution supply tank (5) and the disinfectant solution storage tank (6), the top contact mechanism comprises a rotating rod (11) fixedly connected to the side wall of the water rotating wheel (8), and the rotating rod (11) penetrates through the left side wall of the pipeline in the spraying mechanism and is fixedly connected with a top contact wheel (12).

The intelligent disinfection and sterilization robot of claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a first bevel gear (13) fixedly connected with a side wall of a rotating rod (11), the rotating rod (11) penetrates through a right side wall of an inner pipeline of the spraying mechanism and is rotatably connected with a right side wall of the disinfection box body (3), a fixed stay rod (14) is fixedly connected with a right side inner wall of the disinfection box body (3), a second bevel gear (15) is rotatably connected with a side wall of the fixed stay rod (14), the second bevel gear (15) is engaged with the first bevel gear (13), a rotating wheel (16) is fixedly connected with a side wall of the second bevel gear (15), a connecting rod (17) is rotatably connected with a side wall of the rotating wheel (16), a sliding rod (18) is fixedly connected with the other end of the connecting rod (17), and a sliding rod (19) is slidably connected with a right side inner wall of the disinfection box body (3), the inner side wall of the sliding rod (19) is in sliding connection with the outer side wall of the sliding rod (18), and a first limiting block (20) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the sliding rod (18).
4. The intelligent disinfection and sterilization robot of claim 1, wherein the three disinfection and sterilization nozzles are equidistantly distributed, and the replenishment tank valve is disposed at the upper end of the disinfection solution replenishment tank (5).
5. An intelligent disinfection and sterilization robot as claimed in claim 3, wherein said elastic return of said elastic baffle (10) is directed to counter-clockwise direction, and said elastic baffle (10) is made of anti-rust material.

An intelligent disinfection and sterilization robot as claimed in claim 3, wherein said top contact wheel (12) is arranged in a cam structure, the short end of said top contact wheel (12) will not collide with the upper side wall of said elastic baffle (10), and the long end of said top contact wheel (12) will collide with the upper side wall of said elastic baffle (10).
