Abstract
本发明公开了一种超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其特征在于:包括基材层、离型层和胶黏剂层,所述离型层和胶黏剂层分别贴合在基材层的两侧,所述离型层由离型剂涂覆在基材层上烘干获得,此离型剂有以下重量份组分组成:丙烯酸‑2‑乙基己酯、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、1‑甲基‑1‑苯基乙基过氧化氢、乙烯基端基有机硅树脂、二叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯、氟硅氧烷、乙酸乙酯、乙二醇二甲醚、增韧剂、聚硅氧烷‑聚醚共聚物、硅酮和蜡粉。本发明降低了剥离强度,保证了冷裱膜的离型力不受外界环境影响,稳定性好,同时提高了离型层的残余接着力,可以保证胶黏剂层在与离型层长时间贴合后,不会影响胶黏剂层的粘着力。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种超静音无底纸冷裱膜。
背景技术
冷裱膜是用手工或自动冷裱机裱覆在照片、画面的保护材料。传统冷裱膜会带有一层离型纸,在收卷的过程中,会由于底纸不平整出现压痕、褶皱、气泡等问题,且底纸会消耗树木自然资源,会对环境造成负荷,同时还增加了工厂的制造成本和清理负担。因此,无底纸的冷裱膜受到推广,同时无底纸的冷裱膜手感好、有一定的延伸性,使用范围更加广泛。但是无底纸的冷裱膜依旧存在如下缺陷:剥离强度过大,裱膜过程中易出现气泡。因此,如何开发一种剥离强度小且剥离力稳定的冷裱膜成为本领域技术人员的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种超静音无底纸冷裱膜,该超静音无底纸冷裱膜降低了剥离强度,保证了冷裱膜的离型力不受外界环境影响,稳定性好,使裱膜过程中不会出现气泡。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种超静音无底纸冷裱膜,包括基材层、离型层和胶黏剂层,所述离型层和胶黏剂层分别贴合在基材层的两侧,所述离型层由离型剂涂覆在基材层上烘干获得,此离型剂有以下重量份组分组成:
丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯 50~75份,
乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷 10~30份,
1-甲基-1-苯基乙基过氧化氢 0.5~1.5份,
乙烯基端基有机硅树脂 20~30份,
二叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯 2~5份,
氟硅氧烷 1~3份,
乙酸乙酯 30~50份,
乙二醇二甲醚 50~80份,
增韧剂 2~8份,
聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物 1-3份,
硅酮 0.2-0.5份,
蜡粉 1-3份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述增韧剂为聚丁二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶或丁苯橡胶中的一种。
2. 上述方案中,所述基材层为BOPP基材、PET基材或CPP基材。
3. 上述方案中,所述基材层为CPP基材。
4. 上述方案中,所述基材层的厚度为25~100μm。
5. 上述方案中,所述离型层的厚度为1~5μm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其通过在丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、1-甲基-1-苯基乙基过氧化氢和乙烯基端基有机硅树脂中添加二叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯和氟硅氧烷,降低了剥离强度,保证了冷裱膜的离型力不受外界环境影响,稳定性好,同时提高了离型层的残余接着力,可以保证胶黏剂层在与离型层长时间贴合后,不会影响胶黏剂层的粘着力。

实施例2中增韧剂为丁苯橡胶,上述基材层为PET基材,上述基材层的厚度为50μm,上述离型层的厚度为2μm。
实施例3中增韧剂为丁腈橡胶,上述基材层为CPP基材,上述基材层的厚度为100μm,上述离型层的厚度为3μm。
实施例4中增韧剂为聚丁二烯橡胶,上述基材层为CPP基材,上述基材层的厚度为80μm,上述离型层的厚度为5μm。
上述超静音无底纸冷裱膜的制备方法如下:
将丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯50~75份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10~30份、1-甲基-1-苯基乙基过氧化氢0.5~1.5份和乙酸乙酯30~50份加入反应器中,反应器搅拌并加热2~4h;
在反应器中加入乙烯基端基有机硅树脂20~30份、二叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯2~5份、氟硅氧烷1~3份、乙二醇二甲醚50~80份和硅酮0.2-0.5份,搅拌1~3h;
反应器冷却至室温,加入聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物1-3份、增韧剂2~8份和蜡粉1-3份,搅拌0.5h,出料得到离型剂;
将离型剂均匀涂覆于基材层1上,烘干得到离型层2。
对比例1~2:一种超静音无底纸冷裱膜,包括基材层1、离型层2和胶黏剂层3,所述离型层2和胶黏剂层3分别贴合在基材层1的两侧,所述离型层2由离型剂涂覆在基材层1上烘干获得,此离型剂有以下重量份组分组成,如表2所示:

上述实施例1~4和对比例1~2制得的保无底纸冷裱膜的性能如表3所示:

测试方法:
离型力测试方法:取25mm宽、200mm长的TESA7475胶带贴于膜的测试面,即离型面,并用标准碾压辊往复滚压3次(注意:贴合胶带是要一边贴一边辊压,避免胶带与离型之间有气泡而影响测试准确性);贴好胶带后静置20分钟,实验室的温湿度分别控制在25±3℃及50±10RH%;然后用双面胶贴于样片的非测试面并固定在标准钢板上,待测试。将材料安装上夹具,用拉力机以180度角拉伸测试胶带的方法测试,拉力机电脑显示的数据即为试片的离型力(g/in),取5个数值的平均值为测试结果;
残余接着率测试方法:将TESA7475胶带与离型膜的离型面贴合一定时间后,将TESA7475胶带从离型膜的离型面剥离下来,再去测试TESA7475胶带的粘力值,设为B;而TESA7475胶带未经过与离型膜的离型面贴合,直接测试其粘力值,设为A,则残余接着率=(B/A)*100%。
如表3的评价结果所示,实施例中超静音无底纸冷裱膜离型力低且稳定,在环境影响下变化较小,不影响剥离效果,同时,残余接着力高,在与胶黏剂层长时间贴合后,不会影响胶黏剂的粘度。

1.一种超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其特征在于:包括基材层(1)、离型层(2)和胶黏剂层(3),所述离型层(2)和胶黏剂层(3)分别贴合在基材层(1)的两侧,所述离型层(2)由离型剂涂覆在基材层(1)上烘干获得,此离型剂有以下重量份组分组成:
丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯 50~75份,
乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷 10~30份,
1-甲基-1-苯基乙基过氧化氢 0.5~1.5份,
乙烯基端基有机硅树脂 20~30份,
二叔丁基过氧化异丙基苯 2~5份,
氟硅氧烷 1~3份,
乙酸乙酯 30~50份,
乙二醇二甲醚 50~80份,
增韧剂 2~8份,
聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物 1-3份,
硅酮 0.2-0.5份,
蜡粉 1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为聚丁二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶或丁苯橡胶中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)为BOPP基材、PET基材或CPP基材。
4.根据权利要求3所述的超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)为CPP基材。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超静音无底纸冷裱膜,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)的厚度为25~100μm。
