The turnover mechanism comprises a cross rod 102 horizontally arranged on the inner wall of the containing and separating box body 101 and a turnover plate 106 movably arranged on the cross rod 102 and capable of rotating around the vertical direction of the cross rod 102, the upper end surface of the turnover plate 106 positioned on one side of the cross rod 102 is a bearing surface for bearing the barrel body, and the balance state of the turnover plate 106 is horizontal under the condition of no external force; when a slight object falls into one side of the bearing surface of the turnover plate 106, the balance state of the turnover plate 106 can be broken, so that one side of the bearing surface of the turnover plate 106 rotates downwards.
A limiting block 112 is arranged below the turnover plate 106 at the other end of the cross rod 102.
The end part of the bearing surface of the turnover plate 106 is provided with a baffle plate 104 vertical to the bearing surface; the baffle 104 is an arcuate plate. When objects such as barrel food fall into the receiving surface of the turnover plate 106, the turnover plate 106 rotates, the barrel food is blocked by the baffle plate 104 in the downward turnover process, and the sliding angle of the barrel body is adjusted to enable the barrel body to be inclined to rotate by 180 degrees, so that the food residues in the barrel body can be completely poured as far as possible.
And a guide cylinder 103 is arranged on the lower end face of the top plate of the containing and separating box body 101 and is positioned below the input port 105, and the longitudinal section of the guide cylinder 103 is in an inverted cone shape. The size and number of the input ports 105 can be set according to the actual size of the barrel packing box and the consumption of the food.
The barrel body bearing mechanism comprises a plurality of guide rods 107 which are obliquely arranged on two opposite inner walls of the containing and separating box body 101, two adjacent guide rods 107 are parallel and equidistant, and the distance between two adjacent guide rods 107 is smaller than the minimum length of the projection of the barrel body; a barrel outlet is arranged on the side wall of the containing and separating box body 101 near the lower end of the guide rod 107. When the tub-like food falls, the inner food waste is discharged and the food waste falls through a space between the two guide bars 107, and the tub of the tub-like food remains on the guide bars 107 and slides downward along the inclined direction of the guide bars 107.
The solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises a guide plate 108, a solid receiving box 109 and a liquid receiving box 110 which are obliquely arranged, wherein the higher end of the guide plate 108 is arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating separation box body 101, the lower end of the guide plate 108 is provided with the liquid receiving box 110, the liquid receiving box 110 is arranged on the bottom surface of the accommodating separation box body 101, and the solid receiving box 109 is arranged on the upper end surface of the side wall of the solid receiving box 109 in a sliding manner; the guide plate 108 is an arc-shaped plate; the solid receiving box 109 comprises four side walls and a screen 206 arranged on the side walls near the lower end face; a drain pipe 111 is provided at the bottom of the liquid receiving tank 110. Food waste falling from the space between the guide rods 107 falls onto the guide plates 108, and along with the continuous solid-liquid waste flushing and pushing, the food waste falls into the solid receiving box 109 at the lower end of the guide plates 108 along the inclined direction of the guide plates 108, and due to the arrangement of the filter screen 206, the solid waste is left in the solid receiving box 109, while the food waste flows into the liquid receiving box 110.
The lower end faces of two opposite side walls of the solid receiving box 109 are provided with sliding grooves, and the upper end faces of the corresponding side walls of the liquid receiving box are provided with protruding ridges matched with the sliding grooves for use. Facilitating the pick-and-place of the solid receiving tank 109 for the disposal of wet waste.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a waste classification processing apparatus, including a receiving and separating mechanism 1 and a dry waste processing mechanism 3 capable of communicating with the receiving and separating mechanism 1; .
The accommodating and separating mechanism 1 comprises an accommodating and separating box body 101 with an input port 105, and is positioned below the input port 101, and the accommodating and separating box body 101 is internally provided with the following components in sequence from top to bottom: the garbage can comprises a turnover mechanism capable of turning the garbage cans to a dumping state, a can body bearing mechanism capable of bearing the garbage cans and leaking food residues, and a solid-liquid separation bearing mechanism capable of separating solid and liquid of the food residues.
The turnover mechanism comprises a cross rod 102 horizontally arranged on the inner wall of the containing and separating box body 101 and a turnover plate 106 movably arranged on the cross rod 102 and capable of rotating around the vertical direction of the cross rod 102, the upper end surface of the turnover plate 106 positioned on one side of the cross rod 102 is a bearing surface for bearing the barrel body, and the balance state of the turnover plate 106 is horizontal under the condition of no external force; when a slight object falls into one side of the bearing surface of the turnover plate 106, the balance state of the turnover plate 106 can be broken, so that one side of the bearing surface of the turnover plate 106 rotates downwards.
A limiting block 112 is arranged below the turnover plate 106 at the other end of the cross rod 102.
The end part of the bearing surface of the turnover plate 106 is provided with a baffle plate 104 vertical to the bearing surface; the baffle 104 is an arcuate plate. When objects such as barrel food fall into the receiving surface of the turnover plate 106, the turnover plate 106 rotates, the barrel food is blocked by the baffle plate 104 in the downward turnover process, and the sliding angle of the barrel body is adjusted to enable the barrel body to be inclined to rotate by 180 degrees, so that the food residues in the barrel body can be completely poured as far as possible.
And a guide cylinder 103 is arranged on the lower end face of the top plate of the containing and separating box body 101 and is positioned below the input port 105, and the longitudinal section of the guide cylinder 103 is in an inverted cone shape. The size and number of the input ports 105 can be set according to the actual size of the barrel packing box and the consumption of the food.
The barrel body bearing mechanism comprises a plurality of guide rods 107 which are obliquely arranged on two opposite inner walls of the containing and separating box body 101, two adjacent guide rods 107 are parallel and equidistant, and the distance between two adjacent guide rods 107 is smaller than the minimum length of the projection of the barrel body; a barrel outlet is arranged on the side wall of the containing and separating box body 101 near the lower end of the guide rod 107. When the tub-like food falls, the inner food waste is discharged and the food waste falls through a space between the two guide bars 107, and the tub of the tub-like food remains on the guide bars 107 and slides downward along the inclined direction of the guide bars 107.
The solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises a guide plate 108, a solid receiving box 109 and a liquid receiving box 110 which are obliquely arranged, wherein the higher end of the guide plate 108 is arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating separation box body 101, the lower end of the guide plate 108 is provided with the liquid receiving box 110, the liquid receiving box 110 is arranged on the bottom surface of the accommodating separation box body 101, and the solid receiving box 109 is arranged on the upper end surface of the side wall of the solid receiving box 109 in a sliding manner; the guide plate 108 is an arc-shaped plate; the solid receiving box 109 comprises four side walls and a screen 206 arranged on the side walls near the lower end face; a drain pipe 111 is provided at the bottom of the liquid receiving tank 110. Food waste falling from the space between the guide rods 107 falls onto the guide plates 108, and along with the continuous solid-liquid waste flushing and pushing, the food waste falls into the solid receiving box 109 at the lower end of the guide plates 108 along the inclined direction of the guide plates 108, and due to the arrangement of the filter screen 206, the solid waste is left in the solid receiving box 109, while the food waste flows into the liquid receiving box 110.
The lower end faces of two opposite side walls of the solid receiving box 109 are provided with sliding grooves, and the upper end faces of the corresponding side walls of the liquid receiving box are provided with protruding ridges matched with the sliding grooves for use. Facilitating the pick-and-place of the solid receiving tank 109 for the disposal of wet waste.
Dry waste treatment mechanism 3 includes dry waste treatment box 311, the terminal surface is provided with intermeshing's driving gear 304 and driven gear 303 under the dry waste treatment box 311 roof, the pivot of driving gear 304 upwards stretches out dry waste treatment box 311 roof is provided with handle 302, the coaxial lead screw 306 that is provided with of driving gear 304, lead screw 306 lower extreme passes through the bearing setting and is in dry waste treatment box 311 bottom, still be provided with in the dry waste treatment box 311 with lead screw 306 threaded connection's clamp plate 307.
An upper plate 305 is arranged on the dry waste disposal tank 311 above the pressing plate 307 and below the driving gear 304, and a lower plate 310 is arranged on the dry waste disposal tank 311 below the pressing plate 307.
The dry waste disposal container 311 is provided with a can inlet 308 corresponding to the can outlet position, and the dry waste disposal container is provided with a dry waste outlet 309.
The barrel body with emptied food residues slides downwards along the guide rod and enters the dry garbage treatment box body 311 through the barrel body outlet 308 of the containing separation box body and/or the barrel body inlet 308 of the dry garbage treatment box body 311, the barrel body is positioned between the upper plate 305 and the lower plate 310, when a certain amount of noodle soaking barrel or other barrel type garbage is accumulated at intervals, the handle is manually rotated, the driving gear 304 drives the driven gear 303 to rotate and drives the screw rod 306 to rotate, the pressing plate 307 can move upwards or downwards along the screw rod 306, when the barrel body is positioned on the lower plate 310, the pressing plate 307 moves downwards to be close to the lower plate 310 by rotating the handle, the barrel body is continuously rotated and extruded to the lowest position, and one-time extrusion collection is completed; when the barrel body is located at the upper end face of the pressing plate 307, which is also the beginning of the second squeezing and collecting work, the handle is rotated manually to enable the pressing plate 307 to move upwards to be close to the upper plate 305, the barrel body is continuously rotated and squeezed to the highest position, the second squeezing and collecting is completed, at the moment, the dry garbage squeezed once is collected and taken out through the dry garbage removing opening, and the operation is repeated in a circulating mode.
A cover plate 301 for covering the handle 302 is arranged above the dry garbage disposal box 311; the cover plate 301 protects the handle and prevents an irrelevant person from squeezing.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of embodiment 2 or embodiment 3, the apparatus further comprises a sewage collecting barrel 4 buried underground (ground 5), and the outlet end of the drain pipe 111 of the liquid receiving tank 110 is communicated with the sewage collecting barrel 4; the upper end of the sewage collecting barrel 4 is provided with a liquid pumping port and a liquid pumping pipe 401 connected with the liquid pumping port; a cover plate 402 corresponding to the position of the liquid drawing port is arranged on the ground. The solid receiving box 203 and the solid receiving box 109 are identical in structure; when the solid receiving box 109 receives wet garbage of about 2/3, the solid receiving box 109 is taken out, the fermentation inoculum is taken out from the fermentation inoculum receiving box 201 and put into the solid receiving box 109 according to a certain proportion, the empty solid receiving box 203 or the fermented solid receiving box 203 is taken out from the drawer-type frame body 205, the fermented fertilizer is poured out, then the solid receiving box 109 mixed with the fermentation inoculum is pushed into the drawer-type frame body 205, and the empty solid receiving box 203 is pushed into the storage separation box.
Sealing plates for sealing the solid receiving box 203 are arranged in the frame body 205 above and below the solid receiving box 203, and sealing strips are arranged on the sealing plates; so as to ensure that the fermentation strains in the solid receiving box 109 are in an anaerobic environment and promote the fermentation.
A liquid discharge transparent hose 204 with a switch valve is arranged on the sealing plate below the solid receiving box 203, and the outlet of the liquid discharge transparent hose 204 is connected with the sewage collecting barrel 4; and discharging the fermentation liquor periodically according to the fermentation time, and judging the fermentation degree according to the color of the fermentation liquor.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wet waste fermentation mechanism, including: a drawer-type frame body 205, a plurality of solid receiving boxes 203 and a fermentation strain containing box 201 which are movably arranged in the drawer-type frame body 205. The solid receiving box 203 and the solid receiving box 109 are identical in structure; when the solid receiving box 109 receives wet garbage of about 2/3, the solid receiving box 109 is taken out, the fermentation inoculum is taken out from the fermentation inoculum receiving box 201 and put into the solid receiving box 109 according to a certain proportion, the empty solid receiving box 203 or the fermented solid receiving box 203 is taken out from the drawer-type frame body 205, the fermented fertilizer is poured out, then the solid receiving box 109 mixed with the fermentation inoculum is pushed into the drawer-type frame body 205, and the empty solid receiving box 203 is pushed into the storage separation box.
Sealing plates for sealing the solid receiving box 203 are arranged in the frame body 205 above and below the solid receiving box 203, and sealing strips are arranged on the sealing plates; so as to ensure that the fermentation strains in the solid receiving box 109 are in an anaerobic environment and promote the fermentation.
A liquid discharge transparent hose 204 with a switch valve is arranged on the sealing plate below the solid receiving box 203, and the outlet of the liquid discharge transparent hose 204 is connected with the sewage collecting barrel 4; and discharging the fermentation liquor periodically according to the fermentation time, and judging the fermentation degree according to the color of the fermentation liquor.

Claims (10)
1. A garbage classification processing device is characterized by comprising a receiving and separating mechanism and a dry garbage processing mechanism which can be communicated with the receiving and separating mechanism; accomodate separating mechanism is located including the accomodate separator box that has the input mouth below accomodate the separator box and has set gradually from the top down: the garbage can comprises a turnover mechanism capable of turning the garbage cans to a dumping state, a can body bearing mechanism capable of bearing the garbage cans and leaking food residues, and a solid-liquid separation bearing mechanism capable of separating solid and liquid of the food residues.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism comprises a cross bar horizontally arranged on the inner wall of the storage separation box body and a turnover plate movably arranged on the cross bar and capable of rotating around the vertical direction of the cross bar, the upper end surface of the turnover plate positioned on one side of the cross bar is a bearing surface for bearing the barrel body, and the balance state of the turnover plate is horizontal without the action of external force.
3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the solid-liquid separation mechanism comprises a guide plate, a solid receiving box and a liquid receiving box which are obliquely arranged, the higher end of the guide plate is arranged on the inner wall of the accommodating and separating box body, the liquid receiving box is arranged at the lower end of the guide plate, the liquid receiving box is arranged on the bottom surface of the accommodating and separating box body, and the solid receiving box is arranged on the upper end surface of the side wall of the solid receiving box in a sliding manner; the guide plate is an arc-shaped plate.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the solids receiving tank comprises four side walls and a screen disposed on the side walls proximate the lower end face; and a liquid discharge pipe is arranged at the bottom of the liquid receiving tank.
5. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the dry garbage disposal mechanism comprises a dry garbage disposal box body, a driving gear and a driven gear which are meshed with each other are arranged on the lower end face of a top plate of the dry garbage disposal box body, a handle is arranged on a rotating shaft of the driving gear, which extends upwards from the top plate of the dry garbage disposal box body, a screw rod is coaxially arranged on the driving gear, the lower end of the screw rod is arranged at the bottom of the dry garbage disposal box body through a bearing, and a pressing plate which is in threaded connection with the screw rod is further arranged in the dry garbage disposal box body.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein an upper plate is disposed on the dry waste disposal bin above the pressure plate below the drive gear, and a lower plate is disposed on the dry waste disposal bin below the pressure plate.
7. An apparatus according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the dry waste disposal bin is provided with a bin inlet corresponding to the bin outlet position, the dry waste disposal bin being provided with a dry waste removal outlet.

The apparatus of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a wet waste fermentation mechanism; the wet garbage fermentation mechanism comprises: the solid receiving box and the fermentation strain containing box are movably arranged in the drawer type frame body; when a solid receiving box in the solid-liquid separation mechanism receives wet garbage of about 2/3 degrees, taking out the solid receiving box in the solid-liquid separation mechanism, taking out a zymophyte material from the zymophyte receiving box, putting the zymophyte material into the solid receiving box according to the proportion, taking out an empty solid receiving box or a zymotic solid receiving box from the drawer type frame body, pouring fermented fertilizer out, pushing the solid receiving box mixed with the zymophyte material into the drawer type frame body, and pushing the empty solid receiving box into a receiving and separating box;
and sealing plates for sealing the solid receiving box are arranged in the frame body above and below the solid receiving box, and sealing strips are arranged on the sealing plates.
9. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a wastewater collection tank buried underground, an outlet end of the drain pipe of the liquid receiving tank communicating with the wastewater collection tank; the upper end of the sewage collecting barrel is provided with a liquid pumping port and a liquid pumping pipe connected with the liquid pumping port; and a cover plate corresponding to the liquid pumping port is arranged on the ground.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein a transparent drain hose with an on-off valve is provided on the sealing plate below the solid receiving box, and an outlet of the transparent drain hose is connected to the wastewater collection tank.
