本申请实施例公开了一种多视频信号预监方法，包括：从多个视频信号源得到多个输入视频信号素材，并对多个输入视频信号素材进行视频处理得到多个输出视频信号素材；根据选定的多视频信号预监模板的布局参数、预监显示器的分辨率、多个输入及多个输出视频信号素材的属性信息计算得到多视频信号预监画面的布局参数；根据多视频信号预监画面的布局参数对多个输入及多个输出视频信号素材进行整合处理得到多视频信号预监画面通过单一监视视频输出接口输出。本申请实施例还公开了一种多视频信号预监***。
