Abstract
本发明提供一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,它包括由外链板(6)、内链板(5)、滚子(4)以及销轴(3)构成的双排滚子链,其特征在于:在双排滚子链的滚子(4)上方均分布有折弯板(2),所述折弯板(2)的两端分别位于滚子(4)两端的内链板(5)的外侧并穿套在销轴(3)上,在折弯板(2)上设有摩擦层(1)。本发明结构简单,使用方便,在传送A型架和水平架时传送平稳,受力均匀,清洁,同时又不破坏链条传动原有的特性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种滚子链,具体地说就是一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链。
背景技术:
TFT-LCD玻璃基板成品包装架入库时,载有玻璃基板的包装架由AGV小车自动运送至立体库,并将包装架准确的放置在立库传送机传动装置上,然后由输送机经过链条传动机构把包装架输送到堆垛机位置,再经由堆垛机把包装架放置在立体仓库各个空的库位上。
现有输送机的传动机构是由电机、减速机、链轮、链条组成。传动效率高,扭矩输出大,传送平稳,易保证包装架的平稳运行。
但由于链条本身的结构,各链节之间需要添加润滑油,这样润滑油会污染包装架底部,从而会将整个立体库污染,另外还会造成成品玻璃基板包装架污染,产生较大的直接经济损失。
发明内容:
本发明就是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链。
本申请提供以下技术方案:
一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,它包括由外链板、内链板、滚子以及销轴构成的双排滚子链,其特征在于:在双排滚子链的滚子上方均分布有折弯板,所述折弯板的两端分别位于滚子两端的内链板的外侧并穿套在销轴上,在折弯板上设有摩擦层。
在上述技术方案的基础上,还可以有以下进一步的技术方案:
所述的折弯板为倒扣的通槽状结构,其槽底面为水平分布,在其两侧槽壁上均设有与销轴对应配合的通孔。
所述的摩擦层为橡胶制成。
在所述每个外链板一侧均分布有一个对应分布的折弯板。
发明优点:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,在传送A型架和水平架时传送平稳,受力均匀,清洁,同时又不破坏链条传动原有的特性。

具体实施方式:
如图1和2所示,一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,它包括由若干外链板6若干内链板5、若干滚子4以及若干销轴3构成的双排滚子链。由于双排滚子链整体结构属于现有技术,所以这里就不再对组成双排滚子链的外链板6、内链板5、滚子4、销轴3的具体连接方式进行赘叙。
在每块外链板6一侧的两个先后分布的两个滚子4上方均分布有一个折弯板2。所述的折弯板2为倒扣的通槽状结构,其槽底面为水平分布,在其两侧槽壁上均设有与销轴3对应配合的通孔,且所述折弯板2的长度要小于外链板6的长度,使得前后相邻的折弯板2之间留有一定间隙。所述折弯板2两侧槽壁分别位于滚子4两端的内链板5的外侧并穿套在销轴3上。
在弯板2槽底底面上覆盖有摩擦层1,所述的摩擦层1为橡胶垫块,在橡胶垫块的厚度端面上还设有一组水平贯穿橡胶垫块的通孔1a,通过通孔1a增加橡胶垫块的缓冲和回弹的效果。
工作原理:
由于在原有的双排滚子链上方加装了带有橡胶垫块的折弯板,使A型架和水平架在放置时接触面与作为摩擦层的橡胶垫块接触,由于橡胶垫块缓冲、回弹的效果起到了降噪的作用,同时在橡胶垫块受压变形后,其与A型架和水平架的接触面增大,使得运输更加平稳,受力均匀。此外,由于折弯板和橡胶垫块的隔绝使得A型架和水平架底部不会再被润滑油污染,有效的确保了A型架和水平架整体的清洁,避免了立体库污染的问题,同时又不破坏链条传动原有的特性。

1.一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,它包括由外链板(6)、内链板(5)、滚子(4)以及销轴(3)构成的双排滚子链,其特征在于:在双排滚子链的滚子(4)上方均分布有折弯板(2),所述折弯板(2)的两端分别位于滚子(4)两端的内链板(5)的外侧并穿套在销轴(3)上,在折弯板(2)上设有摩擦层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,其特征在于:所述的折弯板(2)为倒扣的通槽状结构,其槽底面为水平分布,在其两侧槽壁上均设有与销轴(3)对应配合的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,其特征在于:所述的摩擦层(1)为橡胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于立库传送机的双排滚子链,其特征在于:在所述每个外链板(6)一侧均分布有一个对应分布的折弯板(2)。
