The invention discloses a positioning fixture for drilling a hole in the upper end surface of a valve body, which comprises a base, a back plate vertically fixed on the base, and a drilling template fixed at the upper end of the back plate along the horizontal direction, wherein a drilling sleeve is detachably arranged on the drilling template, a workpiece positioned below the drilling template is arranged on the base, and clamping mechanisms positioned at two sides of the workpiece are respectively arranged on the base; the clamping mechanism comprises a push block which is arranged on the base in a sliding manner, the push block is connected with a rack through a connecting rod, a rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the base, a gear is coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft and positioned between the two racks, the gears are respectively meshed with the two racks, and the rotating shaft can drive the two push blocks to move oppositely so as to clamp the workpiece. Background
Valves are devices used to control the direction, pressure, and flow of fluid in a fluid transmission system. The valve body is an important part of the integral valve device, supports the central part, and bears partial static load and certain oil pulse impact force. The valve body part has high technical requirements on geometric shape, dimensional accuracy, position accuracy and the like, the main surface machining surface of the part is a hole with high accuracy requirement and a plane thereof, and the part comprises an inner hole, an outer circle, an end surface and the like. The valve body has two groups of processing surfaces with certain position requirements: the processing surfaces of the upper end surface and the left end surface and the processing surfaces of the lifting lug and the step surface. For the drilling process of the upper end face of the valve body, the relative position between the cutter and the workpiece can be accurately determined by guiding the cutter to process through the drill bushing, so that the method is favorable for batch production and saves labor.
Therefore, the invention provides a positioning fixture convenient for drilling on the upper end face of a valve body, which is a problem to be solved urgently.

Preferably, a dovetail groove is formed in the base, a dovetail slide block is arranged at the bottom of the push block, and the dovetail slide block is slidably clamped in the dovetail groove.
Preferably, a rubber abutting head is fixed on one surface of the push block, which is close to the workpiece.
Preferably, a limiting sleeve is fixed on the base, and the rack is at least partially slidably located in the limiting sleeve.
Preferably, a first belt wheel is coaxially fixed at the upper end of the rotating shaft, a driving motor is further fixed on the base, a second belt wheel is coaxially fixed on an output shaft of the driving motor, and the first belt wheel is connected with the second belt wheel through a belt.

When the positioning fixture is used, a workpiece to be machined is placed on the base, the rotating shaft is rotated to drive the two racks to move in opposite directions, the connecting rod drives the two push blocks to move in opposite directions, so that the workpiece is clamped below the drill bushing, one end of the workpiece is abutted against the back plate, and the two side faces of the workpiece are limited by the push blocks, so that the workpiece cannot deviate in the machining process.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to allow the push block to stably slide in a predetermined direction, a dovetail groove 92 is provided in the base 1, a dovetail slider 91 is provided at the bottom of the push block 9, and the dovetail slider 91 is slidably engaged in the dovetail groove 92.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a rubber contact 93 is fixed to a surface of the push block 9 close to the workpiece 8, in order to effectively clamp the workpiece.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the workpiece to be effectively abutted against the back plate 2, an abutting plate 5 is detachably provided on one side of the back plate 2 close to the workpiece 8.
