The warning terminal of the warning information broadcasting device can also comprise three types of loud speakers 2 divided into a construction site, a construction site manager terminal and a large screen of a monitoring command center. The public address loudspeaker 2 on the construction site can prompt attention to safety; the construction site manager terminal can be intelligent equipment such as a mobile phone, and the construction site manager can take corresponding risk precautionary measures according to the received safety alarm information; the large screen of the monitoring command center can see a plurality of real-time videos and alarm information of a construction site, and command scheduling decisions can be made according to actual conditions of the site.
