10. The control method for the discharging and loading device of the concrete mixing plant according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the transport truck is driven in from the vehicle inlet door (5) of the loading room (1);
the controller (9) controls an electric rotating shaft of a loading plate of the loading platform (3) to rotate, so that the loading plate is connected with the bottom surface of a loading room (1) and the loading platform (3), and a transport truck drives the loading platform (3) from the loading plate;
the controller (9) controls the gate (21) driver to open the gate (21) on the discharge port (2) and enable the gate (21) to reach the maximum opening degree;
monitoring the feeding of the transport truck through the image monitoring device (8), and if the situation that the concrete on the transport truck is piled is monitored, starting the starter (35) by the controller (9) to electrify the electromagnet (34);
the vibrating plate (31) vibrates, the discharging port (2) continues to feed materials to the transport truck, and the weight of concrete carried by the transport truck is ensured not to exceed the maximum load of the transport truck;
when the gravity sensor (7) detects that the transport truck reaches the maximum load, the controller (9) controls the gate (21) driver to enable the gate (21) on the discharge port (2) to be closed;
the controller (9) closes the starter (35) to de-energize the electromagnet (34);
the transport truck is driven out of the loading platform (3) from the truck inlet plate and is driven away from the loading room (1) from the truck outlet door (6).
