Abstract

一种水泥基泡沫保温板,包括中心层和位于中心层上下两侧的表面层,所述中心层为厚度3‑5厘米的发泡水泥,所述表面层为建筑废料打粉后与水泥、水按照体积比1:0.5‑2:1‑3的比例混合而成,所述表面层厚度为3‑10毫米,且至少一个表面层内嵌有钢丝网或玻纤网。采用本发明所述水泥基泡沫保温板,利用钢丝网加固表面层,提高了表面层牢固程度,即使表面层出现裂纹,也容易被钢丝网牵连而不易破碎,易于保持坡道表面覆盖完整性。本发明采用建筑废料作为填料骨料,废料循环利用的同时增强了产品的强度,中间采用发泡水泥降低了产品重量,便于运输和施工。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,涉及一种建筑板材,具体涉及一种水泥基泡沫保温板。
背景技术
人行道、堤坝坡道等建筑物表面通常需要覆盖盖板,避免水土流失并方便行走,通常不会像路面一样采用水泥或沥青铺设施工,现有技术中采用块状水泥砖作为主要材料,是以水泥和集料为主要原材料,经加压、振动加压或其他成型工艺制成的,用于铺设人行道、车行道、广场、仓库等的混凝土路面及地铁工程的块、板等。
但是由于人行道可能被汽车碾压撞击,堤坝坡道在洪水来临时也会被洪水携带的卵石、垃圾等撞击造成覆盖砖破碎,破碎的小块砖使人行道不易平整,造成行走不便,覆盖砖破碎的堤坝内部土层从破碎处流失,危及防洪安全。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明公开了一种水泥基泡沫保温板。
本发明所述水泥基泡沫保温板,包括中心层和位于中心层上下两侧的表面层,所述中心层为厚度3-5厘米的发泡水泥,所述表面层为建筑废料打粉后与水泥、水按照体积比1:0.5-2:1-3的比例混合而成,所述表面层厚度为3-10毫米,且至少一个表面层内嵌有钢丝网或玻纤网。
优选的,所述建筑废料为混凝土、水泥块、碎砖等。
优选的,所述表面层中还掺有纤维素,纤维素在表面层各个原料中的质量比为1-4%。
优选的,所述钢丝的直径不大于1毫米。
优选的,所述水泥为425水泥。
采用本发明所述水泥基泡沫保温板,利用钢丝网加固表面层,提高了表面层牢固程度,即使表面层出现裂纹,也容易被钢丝网牵连而不易破碎,易于保持坡道表面覆盖完整性。本发明采用建筑废料作为填料骨料,废料循环利用的同时增强了产品的强度,中间采用发泡水泥降低了产品重量,便于运输和施工。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
本发明所述水泥基泡沫保温板,如图1所示,包括中心层和位于中心层上下两侧的表面层,所述中心层为厚度3-5厘米的发泡水泥,所述表面层为建筑废料打粉后与水泥、水按照体积比1:0.5-2:1-3的比例混合而成,所述表面层厚度为3-10毫米,且至少一个表面层内嵌有钢丝网或玻纤网。
实施生产时,先安放模具于平整地面上,然后在模具内铺设网状细钢丝或玻纤网格布;
加工砂浆,以建筑废料打碎至最大粒径1厘米以下,并按照1:0.5-2:1-3体积比与水泥、水混合形成砂浆;
将砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝或玻纤网格布的模具内,形成高度为0.3-1厘米的上表面层,抹平并等待至凝固;
等待凝固的同时可以制备发泡水泥,将发泡剂和425水泥按照0.2-0.8:100的质量混合并搅拌均匀后平铺在凝固的表面层表面,再加入30-60质量份的水,缓慢搅拌均匀。
发泡完成并等待发泡水泥凝固后,再将砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝或玻纤网格布的模具内,形成高度为0.3-1厘米的下表面层,抹平并等待至凝固。下表面层也可以不安放钢丝或玻纤网格布。
其中,所述建筑废料可以选择混凝土、水泥块、碎砖等易于粉碎的物料。
网状细钢丝的直径一般在0.2-0.4毫米,可以选择304不锈钢钢丝绳,采用电锯切割时便于即时切断,这样可以预制大尺寸保温板,在工地现场根据要求切割成需要的较小尺寸;网状细钢丝可以以直角交叉的形式布置。基板上可以设置穿透基板的螺孔,浇注各个砂浆层时预留与螺孔位置相同的孔,方便在安装时将钢钉穿过孔钉入建筑外立面。
具体实施例1
先安放模具于平整地面上,然后在模具内铺设0.6厘米直径的网状细钢丝;
加工砂浆,以建筑废料打碎至最大粒径1厘米以下,并按照1: 2:1体积比与水泥、水混合形成砂浆;
将砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝的模具内,形成高度为0.5厘米的上表面层,抹平并等待至凝固;
等待凝固的同时制备发泡水泥,将发泡剂和425水泥按照0.5:100的质量混合并搅拌均匀后平铺在凝固的表面层表面,再加入50质量份的水,缓慢搅拌均匀。
发泡完成并等待发泡水泥凝固后,再将0.6厘米直径的网状细钢丝铺设在中间层表面,将之前制得的砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝的模具内,形成高度为0.4厘米的下表面层,抹平并等待至凝固。
具体实施例2
先安放模具于平整地面上,然后在模具内铺设1厘米直径的玻纤网格布;
加工砂浆,以建筑废料打碎至最大粒径1厘米以下,并按照1:0.5:3体积比与水泥、水混合形成砂浆;
将砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝的模具内,形成高度为0.5厘米的上表面层,抹平并等待至凝固;
等待凝固的同时制备发泡水泥,将发泡剂和425水泥按照0.5:100的质量混合并搅拌均匀后平铺在凝固的表面层表面,再加入40质量份的水,缓慢搅拌均匀。
发泡完成并等待发泡水泥凝固后,再将1厘米直径的玻纤网格布铺设在中间层表面,将之前制得的砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝的模具内,形成高度为0.4厘米的下表面层,抹平并等待至凝固。
具体实施例3
先安放模具于平整地面上,然后在模具内铺设1厘米直径的玻纤网格布;
加工砂浆,以建筑废料打碎至最大粒径1厘米以下,并按照1:0.5:3体积比与水泥、水混合形成砂浆;
将砂浆倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝的模具内,形成高度为0.5厘米的上表面层,抹平并等待至凝固;
等待凝固的同时制备发泡水泥,将发泡剂和425水泥按照0.5:100的质量混合并搅拌均匀后平铺在凝固的表面层表面,再加入40质量份的水,缓慢搅拌均匀。
发泡完成并等待发泡水泥凝固后,将之前制得的砂浆掺入2%质量比的纤维素,倒入粘贴有网状细钢丝的模具内,形成高度为0.5厘米的下表面层,抹平并等待至凝固。
采用本发明所述水泥基泡沫保温板,利用钢丝网加固表面层,提高了表面层牢固程度,即使表面层出现裂纹,也容易被钢丝网牵连而不易破碎,易于保持坡道表面覆盖完整性。本发明采用建筑废料作为填料骨料,废料循环利用的同时增强了产品的强度,中间采用发泡水泥降低了产品重量,便于运输和施工。

Claims (5)

1.一种水泥基泡沫保温板,其特征在于,包括中心层和位于中心层上下两侧的表面层,所述中心层为厚度3-5厘米的发泡水泥,所述表面层为建筑废料打粉后与水泥、水按照体积比1:0.5-2:1-3的比例混合而成,所述表面层厚度为3-10毫米,且至少一个表面层内嵌有钢丝网或玻纤网。
2.如权利要求1所述的水泥基泡沫保温板,其特征在于,所述建筑废料为混凝土、水泥块、碎砖等。
3.如权利要求1所述的水泥基泡沫保温板,其特征在于,所述表面层中还掺有纤维素,纤维素在表面层各个原料中的质量比为1-4%。
4.如权利要求1所述的水泥基泡沫保温板,其特征在于,所述钢丝的直径不大于1毫米。
5.如权利要求1所述的水泥基泡沫保温板,其特征在于,所述水泥为425水泥。
