本发明涉及一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片及其制备方法,其特征在于:柠檬酸10%‑20%,碳酸氢钠20%‑30%、过碳酸钠15%‑35%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%‑15%、十二烷基硫酸钠10%‑15%,无水硫酸钠5%‑15%,碱性蛋白酶1%‑3%、脂肪酶1%‑2%,交联聚维酮1%‑3%,三氯生0.15%‑0.2%,香精0.1%‑0.3%,着色酶粒子0.5%;(1)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠、过碳酸钠混合,拌匀,加碱性蛋白酶、交联聚维酮,混合得混合物A;(2)在干燥的常混反应器中加入碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,混匀后加混合物A、香精和着色酶粒子,混匀得混合物B;(3)混合物B经高压压片。本发明优点:工艺简单,成本低;可生产出不同形状、颜色和香味的产品;使用量精准可控,不浪费,携带方便;溶解速度快,洗涤、抑菌效果好。

技术领域
本发明属日用洗涤制品技术领域,涉及一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着洗衣机的使用和节约水资源意识的提高,人们越来越倾向于使用环境友好型,低泡,易漂洗,洗后无残留的,健康环保型洗衣用品。为了满足消费者需求,使企业产品在激烈的市场竞争中处于有利地位,开发新的洗涤用品种类,是本发明的目的之一。
随着经济快速发展,商务、旅行、会务等出行活动日渐增多,同时人们生活节奏加快,一种携带方便,使用方便,用量容易控制的洗涤用品开始为人们所需要。近年来,国内外研究人员在洗衣片产品领域做了大量工作,欧美洗衣片市场已经初步成型,国内也已有数款洗衣片产品投入市场。在多种新型洗涤产品中,由于洗衣泡腾溶胀片活性物含量高,不加水稀释,在生产、运输和存储过程中可节约大量能源,同时还具有使用方便、使用量少、对皮肤温和等优势,是一类具有市场潜力的新产品。
目前大多已发表的关于洗衣泡腾片的制备工艺的专利中,大多包含湿法制粒这一工艺过程,在湿法制粒的过程中,需用到有机溶剂作为溶液,例如乙醇和丙酮,这些有机溶剂极易挥发且易燃易爆,多数对人体有毒性,污染环境的同时,也给生产过程中带来了极强的安全隐患,增加了生产成本和管理风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,包括酸性泡腾剂、碱性泡腾剂、表面活性剂、填充剂、复合酶制剂、崩解剂;其特征在于还含有混合物总重量0.15%-0.2%的抑菌剂三氯生,其中碱性泡腾剂为碳酸氢钠和过碳酸钠的混合物。
进一步,所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片还含有混合物总重量0.1%-0.3%的香精。
进一步,所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片还含有混合物总重量0.5%-1.0%的着色酶粒子。
进一步,所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料制成:酸性泡腾剂(柠檬酸)10%-20%,碱性泡腾剂(碳酸氢钠、过碳酸钠)25%-40%,表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠)15%-25%,填充剂(无水硫酸钠)5%-15%,复合酶制剂1%-5%,崩解剂(交联聚维酮)1%-3%,抑菌剂(三氯生)0.15%-0.2%。
进一步,所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料制成:柠檬酸10%-20%,碳酸氢钠20%-30%、过碳酸钠15%-35%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%-15%、十二烷基硫酸钠10%-15%,无水硫酸钠5%-15%,碱性蛋白酶1%-3%、脂肪酶1%-2%,交联聚维酮1%-3%,三氯生0.15%-0.2%,香精0.1%-0.3%,着色酶粒子0.5%。

进一步,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠和过碳酸钠的粒度均大于60目。(若原料粒度小于60目,则原料过细,压片时容易粘结、不成型)
一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片的制备方法,其特征子在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量百分比称量各原料,先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠、过碳酸钠进行混合,搅拌均匀(30-60min)后过60目筛,随后加入复合酶制剂、交联聚维酮,混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)在干燥的常混反应器中加入碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,混合均匀后加入混合物A、香精和着色酶粒子,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B经高压(0.6 MPa)压片,即得所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片。
本发明采用三氯生作为抑菌剂,其在溶液中溶解,对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,病原性革兰氏阳性菌,等具有普遍的杀菌,抑菌作用,且三氯生热稳定性极强,在压片的过程中保持稳定,工艺要求简单适用范围广。
本发明使用原料易得的固体表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠)易于压片,压片过程不粘结;同时采用柠檬酸和碳酸氢钠、过碳酸钠作为缓冲溶液体系和泡腾体系,泡腾结束后,溶液整体酸碱度为中性,不伤衣不伤手;
本发明中过碳酸钠在溶解的过程中会释放出微量的过氧离子,过氧离子对病毒,微生物,细菌也具有普遍的杀菌、抑菌作用,和抑菌剂三氯生产生协同作用,增强了抑菌效果,此外过碳酸钠完全溶解后的产物为碳酸钠和水,碳酸钠和体系中的柠檬酸又组成缓冲溶液体系,使溶液状态整体保持稳定,安全,环保;同时本发明中加入溶胀剂交联聚维酮,加速片剂的溶解过程,使其适合各种条件下的洗衣模式,同时产品为低泡配方,保证洗涤效果的同时易漂洗。
本发明的优点:
1.本发明工艺简单,无湿法制粒过程,现有的泡腾溶胀片加工工厂都可以达到生产要求,从而降低生产成本;降低生产过程中的安全隐患
2.本发明所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片可根据不同消费者需求,分别生产不同形状的产品,也可根据需要配置各种颜色和各种香味;
3.本发明所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片使用方便,每次洗涤按照洗涤公斤数放入相应片数(15g/片),每8kg衣物只需用一片即可,精确的控制使用量,避免浪费,外出根据需要携带,不占用太多空间和重量;
4. 本发明所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片采用外部泡腾和内部崩解协同的溶解方式,可以快速溶解,泡腾过程中释放的活性氧气体和抑菌剂三氯生产生协同作用,对多种细菌具有很好的抑菌效果。
具体实施方式
一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片的制备方法,具体实施步骤如下:
下列各实施中十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠、过碳酸钠的目数均大于60目。
实施例
(1)按下表1中重量百分比称量各原料备用,先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠、过碳酸钠进行混合,搅拌均匀(30-60min)后过60目筛,随后加入碱性蛋白酶、交联聚维酮,混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)在干燥的常混反应器中加入碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,混合均匀后加入混合物A、香精和着色粒子,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物B经高压(0.6 MPa)压片,即得所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片;
(4)将抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片进行塑封或装密封袋处理。

Claims (7)

1.一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,包括酸性泡腾剂、碱性泡腾剂、表面活性剂、填充剂、复合酶制剂、崩解剂;其特征在于还含有混合物总重量0.15%-0.2%的抑菌剂三氯生,其中碱性泡腾剂为碳酸氢钠和过碳酸钠的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,其特征在于:所述抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片还含有混合物总重量0.1%-0.3%的香精和/或0.5%-1.0%的着色酶粒子。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料制成:酸性泡腾剂10%-20%,碱性泡腾剂25%-40%,表面活性剂15%-25%,填充剂5%-15%,复合酶制剂1%-5%,崩解剂1%-3%,三氯生0.15%-0.2%;其中碱性泡腾剂为碳酸氢钠和过碳酸钠的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料制成:柠檬酸10%-20%,碳酸氢钠20%-30%、过碳酸钠15%-35%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%-15%、十二烷基硫酸钠10%-15%,无水硫酸钠5%-15%,碱性蛋白酶1%-3%、脂肪酶1%-2%,交联聚维酮1%-3%,三氯生0.15%-0.2%,香精0.1%-0.3%,着色酶粒子0.5%。

7.根据权利要求4或5所述一种抑菌洗衣泡腾溶胀片的制备方法,其特征子在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量百分比称量各原料,先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠、过碳酸钠进行混合,搅拌均匀后过60目筛,随后加入复合酶制剂、交联聚维酮,混合均匀,得混合物A;
