After the climbing device 1 drives the electric pole fixing device 3 to move to the high place of the electric pole, the climbing device 1 is wholly descended from the electric pole independently due to the need, and the two electric pole fixing mechanisms 31 are clamped on the electric pole through the clamping nut seat 32 and the adjusting fastener 33 to be kept immovable.
Further, the pole fixing device 3 is provided with a clamping adjusting assembly up and down for fixing two pole fixing mechanisms 31 on the pole more stably.
In this embodiment, in order to fix the pole fixing mechanism 31 to the pole, the pole fixing mechanism 31 includes a bearing seat 311, a side bracket 312, a guide roller 313, a friction block 314, a first elastic member 315, and a fixing housing 317. The bearing seat 311, the side bracket 312, the guide roller 313, the friction block 314 and the first elastic member 315 are all arranged in a fixed housing 317; the side bracket 312 is rotatably disposed on the carrying seat 311; the guide roller 313 is movably arranged at one end of the side bracket 312, the friction block 314 is rotatably arranged at the other end of the side bracket 312, and the guide roller 313 and the friction block 314 can be abutted with the outer wall of the electric pole; the first elastic member 315 has one end connected to the bearing seat 311 and the other end connected to the side bracket 312 for resetting the rotation of the side bracket 312.
In addition, the fixing housing 317 can prevent the internal structure of the pole fixing mechanism 31 from being damaged by the external environment.
In order to achieve that the guide rollers 313 and friction blocks 314 can abut against the pole, the side brackets 312 are v-21274h-shaped.
Optionally, the side that guide roller 313 and pole contacted is the arc of indent to the area of contact of increase guide roller 313 and pole, the frictional force of production is stronger, further avoids guide roller 313 because of the effect of gravity landing on the pole.

Specifically, the two bearing seats 311 are fixed with the clamping nut seats 32, the external threads of the adjusting fasteners 33 are in threaded connection with the internal threads of the clamping nut seats 32, the two ends of the adjusting fasteners 33 are in threaded connection with the two clamping nut seats 32 respectively, and the worker adjusts the distance between the two clamping nut seats 32 by rotating the adjusting fasteners 33, namely, the distance between the two bearing seats 311 is adjusted until the guide roller 313 and the friction block 314 can be abutted to the electric pole.
Illustratively, the adjustment fastener 33 is a bolt or screw.
In order to enlarge the adjustment distance between the two electric pole fixing mechanisms 31, as shown in fig. 4, the end face of the fixing housing 317 of one electric pole fixing mechanism 31 of the two electric pole fixing mechanisms 31 is provided with a clamping groove 3171, and the size of the end face of the other fixing housing 317 is the same as that of the clamping groove 3171, i.e. the end of the fixing housing 317 of the other electric pole fixing mechanism 31 can be inserted into the clamping groove 3171, so that the other fixing housing 317 can be partially sleeved in the fixing housing 317 provided with the clamping groove 3171, and the distance between the two guide rollers 313 is further reduced so that the two electric pole fixing mechanisms 31 are matched and clamped on the electric pole.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 in combination with fig. 3, the pole fixing mechanism 31 further includes a guide roller locking assembly 316 for further fixing the guide roller 313 to the pole.
Wherein the guide roller locking assembly 316 includes a partition 3161, a bearing housing, a second elastic member 3162, and a blocking rod 3163. The guide roller 313 is provided with a rotation shaft 3131, and the guide roller 313 drives the rotation shaft 3131 to rotate relative to the side bracket 312. After the bearing seat 311 of adjusting fastener 33 and making both sides laminate to the pole when screwing up, because interaction force's relation, side support 312 can rotate until clutch blocks 314 and pole butt, and one side of guide roller 313 can receive frictional force and rotate because of contacting with the pole this moment, and the another side can drive pivot 3131 and remove to baffle 3161 because of receiving the pole and bearing the relative extrusion of seat 311 to make the bearing frame pass through the bearing and be driven by pivot 3131 and then move to baffle 3161 on the spout. Since the guide roller 313 drives the rotation shaft 3131 to rotate and move, the blocking rod 3163 rotates and moves toward the partition 3161, and the second elastic member 3162 is compressed until the blocking rod 3163 abuts against the partition 3161, so that the rotation shaft 3131 does not rotate any more, and the guide roller 313 is locked to the pole.
As shown in fig. 3, the two pole fixing mechanisms 31 are each provided with a fixed slider 34, in order to realize that the fixed sliders 34 can slide on the supporting seats 35, the supporting seats 35 are provided with rail plates 351, one end of each fixed slider 34 is mounted on the fixed housing 317, and the other end of each fixed slider 34 can move on the rail plate 351, that is, the fixed sliders 34 on the two pole fixing mechanisms 31 are each slidably disposed on the rail plates 351. When the distance between the two bearing seats 311 is adjusted by rotating the adjustment fastener 33, the fixed slider 34 can be correspondingly moved on the track plate 351.
In order to prevent the support base 35 from moving relative to the fixed slider 34 after the distance between the two bearing bases 311 is fixed, the fixed slider 34 is provided with a through hole through which a positioning fastener is inserted and abuts against the rail plate 351.
Illustratively, the positioning fastener may be a screw or bolt, or the like.
Further, still be provided with connecting block 352 and two elastic rope 353 on the supporting seat 35, the one end of two elastic rope 353 is fixed respectively on the both sides of connecting block 352, the other end respectively with two fixed slide 34 fixed connection on the pole fixed establishment 31, and elastic rope 353 is in the extension state all the time, after fixing two distances of bearing between the seat 311, the resilience ability that elastic rope 353 provided can further make pole fixing device 3 fix on the pole.
Because the number of cables 100 required for each power transmission is different, in order to facilitate the work of workers, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of cable supporting devices 4 can be arranged on the supporting seat 35 according to the work requirement.
As shown in fig. 6, the cable supporting device 4 includes a supporting plate 41, a buffer base 42, a loose-prevention fastener 43, a connecting base 44, a cable adjusting mechanism 45, and a cable fixing mechanism 46 for fixing the cable 100. Specifically, the support plate 41 is clamped on the support seat 35; the cushion seat 42 is placed on the support plate 41; the check fastener 43 fixes the cushion seat 42 to the support plate 41; the connecting seat 44 is arranged on the buffer seat 42; one end of the cable adjusting mechanism 45 is mounted on the connecting base 44, and the other end thereof is connected to the cable fixing mechanism 46.
Illustratively, the anti-loose fastener 43 is a screw or a bolt.
In addition, the buffer seat 42 is made of rubber to play a role of buffering, and since the cable 100 is easily shaken due to the external environment, the pressure generated by the shaking of the cable 100 is transmitted to the support seat 35, so that the electric pole fixing device 3 is easily stressed unstably or even deformed.
In order to make the cable support device 4 more stable, the connecting base 44 has a trapezoidal structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom.
In addition, the cable adjusting mechanism 45 is used for adjusting the installation position of the cable 100, so as to avoid unsafe power transmission caused by winding of adjacent cables 100 together due to loosening of the cable 100 caused by long-time use or external force when a plurality of cables 100 are arranged.
As shown in fig. 7, the cable adjusting mechanism 45 includes a rocking handle 451, a first gear 452, a second gear 453, a cable support assembly 454, and a cable locking assembly 455.
Specifically, a first gear 452 and a second gear 453 are both rotatably disposed in the connection seat 44, and the first gear 452 and the second gear 453 are in meshed connection with each other; one end of the rocking handle 451 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the first gear 452, that is, when the worker rotates the rocking handle 451, the first gear 452 can be rotated, and then the second gear 453 drives the cable support assembly 454 to swing; the first end of the cable support assembly 454 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the second gear 453, and the second end thereof is connected with the cable fixing mechanism 46; the cable locking assembly 455 is provided on the link base 44 to prevent the second gear 453 from being automatically rotated by the external force and the gravity of the cable support assembly 454, thereby fixing the cable support assembly 454 without adjusting the position of the cable 100 and after adjusting the position of the cable 100.
To enable adjustment of the installation position of the cable 100, the cable support assembly 454 includes a lower support frame 4541, an upper support frame 4542, a first drive roller 4543, a second drive roller 4544, and a flexible drive 4545.
Specifically, one end of the lower support 4541 is fixedly connected to the second gear 453; the upper supporting frame 4542 is rotatably connected with the other end of the lower supporting frame 4541; the first transmission roller 4543 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the second gear 453; the second driving roller 4544 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the upper support frame 4542; the flexible transmission member 4545, the flexible transmission member 4545 is wound with a first transmission roller 4543 at one end and a second transmission roller 4544 at the other end.
When the position of the cable 100 needs to be adjusted, a worker holds the rocking handle 451 to enable the first gear 452 to rotate counterclockwise or clockwise, so as to drive the second gear 453 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, and meanwhile, the lower support 4541 rotates downwards or upwards; since the first driving roller 4543 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise along with the second gear 453, the end of the flexible transmission member 4545 connected to the first driving roller 4543 is rolled or loosened, thereby driving the second driving roller 4544 connected to the other end of the flexible transmission member 4545 to rotate counterclockwise or clockwise, and further driving the upper supporting frame 4542 to rotate upward or downward.
To ensure that the flexible drive 4545 is able to always transmit power from the first drive roller 4543 to the second drive roller 4544, the flexible drive 4545 may be a chain or the like.
Specifically, cable locking assembly 455 includes a pull rod 4551, a locking spring 4552, and a latch block 4553. The latch block 4553 is arranged in the connecting seat 44 and can be clamped with the teeth of the first gear 452, and one end of the pull rod 4551 penetrates into the connecting seat 44; one end of a locking elastic piece 4552 is fixed on the pull rod 4551, and the other end is connected with a latch block 4553; pressing the lever 4551 can engage the latch block 4553 with the teeth of the first gear 452.
When the cable support assembly 454 needs to be fixed, the pull rod 4551 is pressed down, the pull rod 4551 moves towards the direction close to the first gear 452, at this time, the locking elastic member 4552 compresses and generates resilience force, and the latch block 4553 is engaged with the teeth of the first gear 452 under the action of the resilience force, so that the rotation of the first gear 452 is avoided. When the position of the cable 100 needs to be adjusted, the pull rod 4551 is pulled out in a direction away from the first gear 452, the locking elastic member 4552 returns to the free length, and the latch block 4553 is away from the first gear 452, so that the worker rotates the first gear 452 by rotating the rocking handle 451 to adjust the position of the cable support assembly 454.
In this embodiment, to further adjust the position of the cable 100, the cable fixing mechanism 46 is mounted on the cable support assembly 454 in an adjustable position, as shown in fig. 6.
Specifically, the cable fixing mechanism 46 includes a telescopic support frame 461, a slide is disposed on the upper support frame 4542, the telescopic support frame 461 is fixed in the slide in a penetrating manner, and an installation position of the telescopic support frame 461 in the slide is adjustable along the slide.
As shown in fig. 8, to fix the cable 100, the cable fixing mechanism 46 further includes a cable catch 462, a cover plate 463, a rubber top block 464, and a threaded fastener 465.
Specifically, the cable clamp 462 is fixed at one end of the telescopic support frame 461 far away from the upper support frame 4542; one end of the cover plate 463 is hinged with one end of the cable clamping piece 462, the other end of the cover plate 463 is detachably and fixedly connected with the other end of the cable clamping piece 462 through a threaded fastener 465, and the cable clamping piece 462 and the cover plate 463 are enclosed to form an accommodating space for fixing the cable 100 so as to adapt to cables 100 with different diameters and facilitate the fixing and releasing of the cable 100 by workers; the cable joint piece 462 all is provided with rubber kicking block 464 with the relative one side of apron 463, and the outer wall and the rubber kicking block 464 butt of cable 100 for the outer wall of protection cable 100 is not impaired.
For realizing that apron 463 and cable joint spare 462 detachably are connected, the tip of apron 463 is provided with the regulation through-hole, and cable joint spare 462 is provided with corresponding regulation screw hole, and threaded fastener 465 wears to establish through regulation through-hole and regulation screw hole threaded connection.
Illustratively, the threaded fasteners 465 are bolts or screws.
When the cable 100 needs to be fixed, the threaded fastener 465 is taken down, the cable 100 is placed between the cable clamping piece 462 and the cover plate 463 until the outer wall of the cable 100 is abutted to the rubber top block 464, and the cable clamping piece 462 and the cover plate 463 are fixed by screwing the threaded fastener 465, so that the cable 100 is fixed.
When using the power support device, the operator first inserts the same number of cable support devices 4 on the support base 35 according to the number of cables 100 to be transported. Because the cable is heavier, the bottom of a rope is connected with one end of the cable 100, the rope is placed between the driving rope pulling roller 25 and the driven rope pulling roller 27, and the rope is respectively abutted against the driving rope pulling roller 25 and the driven rope pulling roller 27 through the adjusting screw rod 22 and the fixing clamping piece 215. Two climbing mechanisms 11 are placed on two sides of an electric pole, a climbing screw 13 is screwed to fix the climbing device 1 on the electric pole, a driving force generated by a driving piece 111 is transmitted to a climbing roller 113 by a transmission component 112, and the climbing roller 113 drives the climbing device 1 to move upwards along the electric pole through friction force caused by rotation. When the climbing device 1 is moved to the position where the cable 100 is to be fixed, it is stopped, and the staff tightens the adjustment fastener 33 until the blocking rod 3163 abuts against the partition 3161, at which point the pole fixing device 3 is locked onto the pole. Because the diameter of the rope is the same as the outer diameter of the cable 100, the staff need only pull the rope to pull the cable 100 to the top of the pole, and then the staff puts the cable 100 into the cable clamp 462 and fixes the cable 100 in the cable fixing mechanism 46 through the threaded fastener 465. After all the cables 100 are fixed in the respective cable fixing mechanisms 46, the pull rod 4551 is loosened and the rocking handle 451 is rotated to adjust the position of the cable support assembly 454 as required, and after the adjustment is completed, the position of the cable support assembly 454 is fixed again through the cable locking assembly 455; the distance between the cables 100 can also be adjusted by adjusting the installation position of the telescopic support frames 461 at the upper support frame 4542 so as to prevent the cables 100 from being entangled with each other. After all the cables 100 have been fixed and adjusted, the pushing block 14 is detached from the fixed casing 317, so that the climbing device 1 slides up the pole to the ground, i.e. fixing the cables 100 on the top of the pole can be completed.
This electric power supporting equipment can not only be applicable to the cable 100 that various external diameters are different, weight is different, also need not outside lifting device and hang cable 100 to the pole on, can also adjust distance and position between the cable 100, even if also conveniently adjust and change cable 100 when overhauing, improved staff's work efficiency.
The climbing device 1, the cable rope pulling device 2, the electric pole fixing device 3 and the cable supporting device 4 can be in modular design, any one of the devices can be applied to other electric power supporting equipment as a module, and can be flexibly combined with each other according to actual needs, so that the application range is wide.

two centrosymmetric's pole fixed establishment for with the pole butt, pole fixed establishment includes:
a stationary housing (317);
a load bearing seat (311), the load bearing seat (311) disposed within the stationary housing (317);
the side bracket (312) is in a shape of a wing, a back, a front and a back, the side bracket (312) is rotatably arranged on the bearing seat (311), and a sliding groove is formed in the side bracket (312);
the guide roller (313) is movably arranged at one end of the side bracket (312), and a rotating shaft (3131) is arranged on the guide roller (313);
a friction block (314), wherein the friction block (314) is rotatably arranged at the other end of the side bracket (312);
one end of the first elastic member (315) is connected with the bearing seat (311), and the other end of the first elastic member (315) is connected with the side bracket (312);
the clamping adjusting assembly comprises clamping nut seats and adjusting fasteners, and the two electric pole fixing mechanisms are provided with the clamping nut seats; one end of the adjusting fastener is in threaded connection with the clamping nut seat on one electric pole fixing mechanism, the other end of the adjusting fastener is in threaded connection with the clamping nut seat on the other electric pole fixing mechanism, and the two electric pole fixing mechanisms are clamped on the electric pole or far away from the electric pole by rotating the adjusting fastener;
a guide roller locking assembly (316) for preventing the electric pole fixing mechanism from slipping off; the guide roller lock assembly (316) includes:
a partition (3161) mounted on the side bracket (312);
the bearing seat is slidably arranged on the sliding groove, and the rotating shaft (3131) is rotationally connected with the bearing seat;
one end of the second elastic member (3162) is fixed on the partition plate (3161), and the other end of the second elastic member (3162) is fixed on the bearing seat;
a blocking lever (3163) mounted on the rotation shaft (3131).

The pole fixing device as recited in claim 1, wherein one of said two pole fixing mechanisms has a snap groove (3171) provided on an end surface of said fixing housing (317) of said pole fixing mechanism, and the other end portion of said fixing housing (317) of said pole fixing mechanism is insertable into said snap groove (3171).
3. The pole fixing device as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the side of said guiding roller (313) in contact with said pole is concavely curved.
4. The pole fixing device as recited in claim 1, characterized in that said friction block (314) is provided with anti-slip protrusions on the side in contact with said pole.
5. The pole fixing device as recited in claim 1, wherein said pole fixing device (3) further comprises:
the two electric pole fixing mechanisms are respectively provided with the fixing sliding seats;
the supporting seat is provided with a track plate (351), and the two fixing sliders on the electric pole fixing mechanisms are slidably arranged on the track plate (351).

The pole fixing device as recited in claim 5, wherein said supporting base is provided with a connecting block (352) and two elastic cords (353), one end of each of said two elastic cords (353) is fixed to each side of said connecting block (352), and the other end of each of said two elastic cords (353) is fixedly connected to said fixing sliders of said pole fixing mechanisms.
7. Electric support equipment, characterized in that it comprises a climbing device (1) and a pole fixing device (3) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, said pole fixing device (3) being arranged on said climbing device (1), said climbing device (1) being intended to move on said pole.
