Further, in order to improve the flexibility of the barrier gate opening control, a second embodiment of the barrier gate opening control device of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the barrier gate opening control device further includes:
the first starting module 30 is configured to start voice intercom with the parking lot control system if a call response of the call request is received within a preset time period;
the determining module 40 is configured to determine a control mode for opening the barrier gate if a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system is received, where the control mode includes a WEB site control mode, an application program control mode, or a voice intercom control mode;
and the first control module 50 is used for controlling the opening of the parking lot barrier gate through a preset control host and a determined control mode.
In this embodiment, if the call response of the call request is received within the preset time period, for example, the administrator of the property service platform connects the call request, at this time, the first starting module 30 starts the voice intercom with the parking lot control system to realize the voice conversation. If a barrier gate opening voice command sent by the parking lot control system is received, the determining module 40 further determines a control mode for opening the barrier gate, and finally the first control module 50 controls the parking lot barrier gate to be opened through a preset control host and the determined control mode. 3) When the control mode of the barrier gate opening is a voice intercom control mode, if a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system is received, the first control module 50 performs voice communication with an administrator of the parking lot control system through voice intercom, and the administrator of the parking lot control system controls the barrier gate to be opened according to a traditional control mode.
In this embodiment, a WEB site control mode and an application program control mode are preferably adopted to control the opening of the parking lot barrier gate.
In this embodiment, when the property service platform receives the call response of the call request within a preset time, the voice intercom with the parking lot control system is directly started, and the parking lot barrier gate is controlled to be opened according to the determined control mode, so that when the property service platform responds to the call request, the barrier gate of the parking lot is directly controlled to be opened without passing through the parking cloud platform, correspondingly, when the property service platform does not receive the call response of the call request, the call request is sent to the parking cloud platform, and the parking cloud platform controls the barrier gate to be opened, thereby improving the flexibility of the barrier gate opening control.
The invention further provides a control device for opening the barrier gate, which is applied to a parking cloud platform.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the apparatus for controlling the gate to open includes:
the second starting module 60 is used for starting voice intercom with the property customer service platform when receiving a call request sent by the property customer service platform based on the parking lot control system;
the second control module 70 is configured to control the parking lot barrier gate to be opened through a control host preset by the property customer service platform if the voice response of the property customer service platform is received;
a third starting module 80, configured to start voice intercom with the parking lot control system if the voice response of the property customer service platform is not received;
and the third control module 90 is configured to control the parking lot barrier gate to be opened through a control host preset by the parking cloud platform when receiving the barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system.
In this embodiment, when receiving a call request sent by a property service platform based on a parking lot control system, the second opening module 60 preferentially opens a voice intercom with the property service platform, and if a voice response of the property service platform is received at this time, the second control module 70 directly controls the parking lot barrier to open through a control host preset by the property service platform, specifically, the parking cloud platform sends a barrier opening voice instruction to the property service platform, which is equivalent to that a manager of the parking cloud platform tells a manager of the property service platform, so that the property service platform controls the parking lot barrier to open according to the preset control host, and if the voice response of the property service platform is not received, the third opening module 80 opens the voice intercom with the parking lot control system, and when receiving the barrier opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system, the third control module 90 controls the parking lot barrier gate to be opened through a control host preset by the parking cloud platform.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the third control module 90 includes:
the determining unit 91 is configured to determine a control mode for opening the barrier when receiving a barrier opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system, where the control mode includes a WEB site control mode, an application program control mode, or a voice intercom control mode;
and the control unit 92 is used for controlling the opening of the parking lot barrier gate through a control host preset by the parking cloud platform and a determined control mode.
In this embodiment, when receiving a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system, the determining unit 91 determines a control manner for opening the barrier gate first, and finally the controlling unit 92 controls the parking lot barrier gate to be opened through a preset control host and the determined control manner, because the control manner includes a WEB site control manner, an application program control manner, or a voice intercom control manner, for better understanding of this embodiment, the following is detailed as follows:
1) when the control mode of the barrier gate opening is a WEB site control mode, if a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system is received, at this time, the control unit 92 controls the parking lot barrier gate to be opened in a WEB site control mode, that is, the control unit 92 sends a barrier gate opening instruction to the parking lot control system through the WEB site to control the parking lot barrier gate to be opened.
2) When the control mode of the barrier gate opening is an application program control mode, if a barrier gate opening voice command sent by the parking lot control system is received, at this time, the control unit 92 controls the parking lot barrier gate to be opened in the application program, that is, the control unit 92 sends a barrier gate opening command to the parking lot control system in an interface of the application program to control the parking lot barrier gate to be opened.
3) When the control mode of the barrier gate opening is a voice intercom control mode, if a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system is received, the control unit 92 performs voice communication with an administrator of the parking lot control system through voice intercom, and the administrator of the parking lot control system controls the barrier gate to be opened according to a traditional control mode.
In this embodiment, a WEB site control mode and an application program control mode are preferably adopted to control the opening of the parking lot barrier gate.
Further, in order to speed up the efficiency of opening the barrier gate, the control device for opening the barrier gate further comprises:
the recording module is used for recording the number of times of non-response of the property customer service platform within a preset time interval while the third starting module starts the voice intercom with the parking lot control system when the third starting module does not receive the voice response of the property customer service platform;
the third starting module 80 is further configured to, when the number of times of non-response of the property service platform within the preset time interval reaches a preset number of times, directly start voice intercom with the parking lot control system if a call request sent by the property service platform based on the parking lot control system is received.
That is to say, the recording module may record the number of times of non-response of the property service platform in a preset time interval in real time, and when the number of times of non-response of the property service platform in the preset time interval reaches the preset number of times, if a call request sent by the property service platform based on the parking lot control system is received, the third opening module 80 directly opens the voice intercom with the parking lot control system, and does not need to wait for the voice response of the property service platform, so that long-time waiting is avoided, and the barrier gate is opened more quickly.
According to the control device for opening the barrier gate, when the parking cloud platform receives a call request sent by the property customer service platform based on the parking lot control system, the voice intercom with the property customer service platform is opened, if the voice response of the property customer service platform is received, the parking lot barrier gate is controlled to be opened through the control host preset by the property customer service platform, if the voice response of the property customer service platform is not received, the voice intercom with the parking lot control system is opened, and when a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system is received, the parking lot barrier gate is controlled to be opened through the control host preset by the parking cloud platform, so that when the parking lot control system cannot control the barrier gate to be opened, the parking cloud platform can be informed through triggering a call button, and the parking lot barrier gate is controlled to be opened by the parking cloud platform, the condition that the barrier gate cannot be controlled to be opened when a control system of the parking lot breaks down is avoided, and the flexibility of opening the barrier gate is improved.
Further, in order to improve the flexibility of the gate opening control, a fourth embodiment of the gate opening control device of the present invention is proposed based on the above embodiments, and in this embodiment,
the third starting module 80 is further configured to directly start voice intercom with the parking lot control system when receiving a call request triggered by the parking lot control system based on the call button;
and the third control module 90 is further configured to control the parking lot barrier gate to be opened through a control host preset by the parking cloud platform when receiving the barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system.
In this embodiment, it is equivalent to that the call request of the parking lot control system is directly sent to the parking cloud platform, and the third control module 90 directly controls the opening of the barrier gate without passing through the property customer service platform, so that not only the flexibility of the barrier gate opening control is improved, but also the efficiency of the barrier gate opening is improved.

when a barrier gate opening voice instruction sent by the parking lot control system is received, the parking cloud platform determines a control mode for opening the barrier gate, wherein the control mode comprises a WEB website control mode, an application program control mode or a voice talkback control mode, and a control host preset by the parking cloud platform controls the parking lot barrier gate to be opened.

the parking cloud platform records the number of times of non-response of the property customer service platform in a preset time interval;
