Embodiment 3 is a method for performing a mold-proof treatment on the bamboo using the above-disclosed mold-proof treatment apparatus for bamboo, which comprises the following main steps:

secondly, pushing the bamboo rod placing rack 7 with the small bamboos placed in the sealing box body 1 along the sliding groove 401, closing the sealing box door 2, locking the sealing box door by the locking assembly 3, starting a vacuum pump connected with a vacuumizing tube 14, vacuumizing the sealing box body to the pressure of 5kPa, connecting the sealing box body with an external ammonia water source through an ammonia water injection tube 10, wherein the mass concentration of the ammonia water in the ammonia water source is 14%, and opening a sealing valve 15-phase ammonia water injection groove 8 to inject 30% of ammonia water in the volume of the ammonia water injection groove 8;
3) starting the resistance heating sheet 9, heating ammonia water, decomposing the ammonia water into ammonia gas and water vapor, carrying out low-pressure treatment on the bamboos for 15min, and opening the high-pressure steam valve 13 to discharge the internal gas of the sealed box body 1;
4) closing the high-pressure steam valve 13, increasing the pressure inside the sealed box body 1 to 0.3MPa by reversely rotating the vacuum pump, closing the sealing air valve 15, starting the high-pressure steam generator to inject high-pressure steam into the sealed box body 1 until the internal pressure is 0.5MPa, treating the small bamboos for 8min, discharging internal gas, taking out the small bamboos, and drying the small bamboos under hot air at 60 ℃.
The bamboos treated in examples 1, 2 and 3 were stored in an environment with an air humidity of 80% and a temperature of 35 ℃ for a long time, and it was found that the bamboos treated in example 1 were mildewed for 18 months, the bamboos treated in example 2 were mildewed for 20 months, and the bamboos treated in example 3 were mildewed for 26 months.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A mildew-proof treatment method of a mildew-proof treatment device for small bamboos is characterized in that the mildew-proof treatment device comprises: the sealing box comprises a sealing box body (1) and a sealing box door (2), wherein the sealing box door (2) is rotatably arranged on the sealing box body (1) through a hinge, a rectangular sealing convex strip (201) is arranged on the inner side surface of the sealing box door (2), a rectangular ring groove (101) matched with the rectangular sealing convex strip (201) is formed in the left end opening of the sealing box body (1), a locking assembly (3) is arranged between the sealing box body (1) and the sealing box door (2), long blocks (4) are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom wall of the sealing box body (1), a sliding groove (401) is formed in the upper surface of each long block (4), a groove (402) is formed in the right end of each sliding groove (401), a spring (403) is connected to the bottom wall of each groove (402), a trapezoidal stop block (404) is connected to the upper end of the spring (403), and the trapezoidal stop block (404) extends out of the upper surface of each groove (402) when the spring (403) is in natural length, a high-pressure steam main pipe (5) is arranged on the bottom wall of a sealing box body (1) between the two long bar blocks (4), the right end of the high-pressure steam main pipe (5) penetrates through the right side face of the sealing box body (1) to be connected with a high-pressure steam generator, a plurality of high-pressure steam branch pipes (6) are connected onto the high-pressure steam main pipe (5), steam outlets (601) are formed in the upper surfaces of the high-pressure steam branch pipes (6), a bamboo rod placing frame (7) is arranged in the sealing box body (1) in a pulling mode, the bamboo rod placing frame (7) comprises a frame body (701) and rolling wheels (702), the rolling wheels (702) are arranged at four corners of the lower end of the frame body (701), the rolling wheels (702) are arranged in sliding grooves (401) in the upper surface of the long bar blocks (4), a plurality of frame rod groups (703) are arranged on the frame body (701), and the frame rod groups (703) are composed of a plurality of frame rods (7031) which are evenly distributed on the frame body (701), each rack bar (7031) is rotatably arranged on the rack body (701), and the left end face of the rack body (701) is provided with a pull rod (704);

1) cutting off the small bamboos according to the length of 0.5-1.2 m, and then uniformly placing the small bamboos on a bamboo pole placing rack;
2) then pushing the bamboo rod placing frame with the small bamboos placed into the sealing box body along the sliding groove, closing the sealing box door, locking the sealing box door through the locking assembly, starting a vacuum pumping pump connected with a vacuum pumping pipe, pumping the sealing box body to a pressure of 5-20 kPa, connecting an external ammonia water source through an ammonia water injection pipe, and opening the sealing valve to inject ammonia water;
3) starting a resistance heating sheet, heating ammonia water, decomposing the ammonia water into ammonia gas and water vapor, carrying out low-pressure treatment on the bamboos for 10-15 min, and opening a high-pressure steam valve to discharge internal gas;
4) and closing the high-pressure steam valve, increasing the internal air pressure of the sealed box body to 0.2-0.3 MPa by reversely rotating the vacuum pump, closing the sealing air valve, starting the high-pressure steam generator to inject high-pressure steam into the sealed box body until the internal pressure is 0.45-0.5 MPa, treating the bamboos for 5-8 min, discharging internal air, taking out the bamboos and drying the bamboos.
2. The mold-proof treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the mass concentration of the ammonia water is 8 to 15%.
3. The mildew-proof treatment method according to claim 2, wherein the drying manner of the bamboos is drying by hot air at 40-60 ℃.
4. A mould proof treatment method according to claim 3, characterized in that the outer side of the sealing box door (2) is provided with a handle (18), the handle (18) being made of a heat insulating material.

The mould proof treatment method according to claim 4, characterized in that the locking assembly (3) comprises a fixed block (301) and a rotating block (302), the fixed block (301) and the rotating block (302) are both provided with through holes, and the through holes of the fixed block (301) and the rotating block (302) are inserted with limiting bolts (303).
