The invention adopts the scheme of carrying out the ultra-high temperature ironing for a plurality of times, namely more than 5 times, shortening the single ironing time and arranging the heat-resistant layer and the ultra-high temperature product to realize the safe ironing treatment; the method is characterized in that: the overtemperature product is provided with a product temperature point and precision which exceed the specific hyperthermia ironing modes and programming disclosed previously, and comprises an overtemperature product formed by the existing hyperthermia and massage equipment which is improved into overtemperature setting and programming; the single body ironing time is shortened by adopting a body ironing type mode divided into a plurality of times, namely, the device is provided with a plurality of body ironing operations or a plurality of body ironing mechanical actions or a plurality of times of alternate transformation of the super-temperature house warm ironing body, and the device is provided with a super-temperature product which is heated for a plurality of times in a frequency division or intermittent manner or is set by programming; the heat-resistant layer is arranged on the surface of the overtemperature product contacting the human body in a coating and pasting composite interlayer arrangement mode, and the like, and is provided with the heat-resistant layer or a heat-resistant component or an external heat-resistant layer body.
