케이싱(11)에 의해 개폐 가능한 구조로 형성되고, 격벽(15)에 의해 상하로 구획되되, 그 형상이 목과 어깨의 주요 발통점(trigger point)들을 포괄하면서 뼈와 부딪히지 않도록 형성하면서 흉곽(胸廓)의 뒷면에 견갑골을 피하여 승모근(僧帽筋) 상단부위에 밀착되면서 도드라진 어깨의 쇄골에 부딪히지 않도록 견정(肩井)부위만을 감싸면서 넘어오도록 형성하고, 목과 어깨에 접촉하는 부위에 자체적으로 음이온과 원적외선 방사율을 높이기 위해 고령토, 맥반석, 옥, 게르마늄, 견운모와 같은 흙 또는 광물질 중 어느 하나를 택일하여 제작된 방사체(17)를 구비하는 동체(10);
