When a purulent secretion and blood-water mixture is extracted, the necking structure 410 at the bottom end of the third sliding barrel 41 extends into the liquid, then the drawing rod 42 is pulled upwards to drive the rubber plunger 43 to slide upwards, so that negative pressure is formed inside the third sliding barrel 41 (between the rubber plunger 43 and the necking structure 410), the purulent secretion and blood-water mixture is sucked, after the liquid is sucked into the third sliding barrel 41, the third sliding barrel 41 is drawn out from the top end of the grabbing component 3, then the necking structure 410 is aligned with a medical tray, the drawing rod 42 is pushed to discharge the purulent secretion and blood-water mixture, and then the third sliding barrel 41 is penetrated into the grabbing component 3 again, so that the operation is simple, labor-saving and high in efficiency.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 5, the top end of the third sliding barrel 41 protrudes upward out of the grabbing component 3, and the top end is provided with a second protruding edge 411; the top end of the pulling rod 42 is provided with a third convex edge 421. The operation is convenient and labor-saving, and the operation efficiency is improved.

the grabbing component penetrates through the wire cutting component in a sliding mode along the axial direction of the outer barrel, and can be pulled out from the top end of the wire cutting component;
the liquid suction component is slidably arranged in the grabbing component along the axial direction of the outer barrel in a penetrating mode, and the liquid suction component can be pulled out from the top end of the grabbing component;
wherein, the wire cutting assembly includes:
the first sliding barrel is slidably arranged in the outer barrel in a penetrating mode and is rotatably connected with the outer barrel, and the top end of the first sliding barrel penetrates through the top end of the outer barrel and is in threaded connection with an adjusting screw;
the two swing rods are symmetrically hinged to the bottom end of the first sliding barrel by taking the axis of the first sliding barrel as a center, a first torsion spring is sleeved on a hinged shaft of each swing rod, and the first torsion spring provides elastic force for the swing rods to swing towards the outer side of the first sliding barrel;
the two ends of the tangent line are respectively connected with the two swing rods;
the grasping assembly includes:
the second sliding cylinder is slidably arranged in the linear cutting assembly in a penetrating manner, the top end of the second sliding cylinder penetrates out of the linear cutting assembly upwards, and the top end of the second sliding cylinder is provided with a first convex edge;

the drawing rod penetrates through the third sliding barrel, the top end of the drawing rod upwards penetrates through the third sliding barrel, the bottom end of the drawing rod is provided with a rubber plunger, and the outer peripheral wall of the rubber plunger is in up-and-down sliding contact with the inner wall of the third sliding barrel;
