One existing solution is to install a camera in the vehicle to monitor the passenger seat and its nearby area in real time (or at regular time), and the image captured by the camera is processed by the vehicle end/cloud end to send the relevant alert to the driver or passenger. Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, the passenger leave reminding system 10 for cyber-appointment includes an image acquisition device 12 provided in the cyber-appointment 11 and an application 13a provided on an intelligent mobile terminal 13 held by a passenger P.
The image acquisition device is used for at least acquiring an in-vehicle image and/or an in-vehicle video when a travel service order is finished and/or within a preset time after a passenger gets off the vehicle, and sending the acquired in-vehicle image and/or the acquired in-vehicle video to the intelligent mobile terminal 13 of the passenger P. Specifically, the image acquiring device may acquire the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video when the travel service order is ended, that is, when the driver D triggers collection of money while the passenger P is still in the vehicle. In addition, the image acquiring means may acquire the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video within a predetermined time after the passenger P gets off the vehicle. The predetermined time may be 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 1.5 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, or the like.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the image capture device 12 includes a wireless communication module 12 a. The in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video acquired by the image acquiring device 12 are directly transmitted to the smart mobile terminal 13 of the passenger P through the wireless communication module 12 a. Therefore, the image acquisition device 12 and the intelligent mobile terminal 13 are in direct communication, the risk of information leakage is avoided, and the risk that the privacy of the passenger P is invaded due to the fact that the images and/or videos in the automobile are acquired by a third party is reduced. In one or more embodiments, the communication between the wireless communication module 12a and the intelligent mobile terminal 13 may be implemented by one or more of the following technologies: WiFi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), etc.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the network appointment vehicle 11 includes a wireless communication module 11a, such as a T-Box, smart antenna unit, or the like. The image acquiring device 12 may transmit the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video acquired by the image acquiring device to the smart mobile terminal 13 through the wireless communication module 11a of the networked appointment vehicle 11. Therefore, the existing wireless communication module 11a in the network appointment car 11 is reused, the image acquisition device 12 does not need to be provided with the wireless communication module 12a, and the cost is low. In one or more embodiments, the communication between the wireless communication module 11a and the intelligent mobile terminal 13 may be implemented by one or more of the following technologies: WiFi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), etc. In one or more embodiments, the communication between the image capture device 12 and the wireless communication module 11a may be via one or more of the following communication buses: CAN, LIN, FlexRay, MOST, LVDS, ethernet, etc.
In one or more embodiments, the image capturing device 12 sends the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video to the smart mobile terminal 13 after the smart mobile terminal 13 passes the authentication of the image capturing device 12. In this way, the image obtaining device 12 only sends the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video obtained by the image obtaining device to the smart mobile terminal 13 that passes the authentication, that is, the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video can be obtained only if the smart mobile terminal 13 has the corresponding authority, which further reduces the risk that the privacy of the passenger P is violated. In one or more embodiments, the image acquisition device 12 authenticates the smart mobile terminal 13 by way of a verification key. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the terminal 15 of the driver D, the image acquisition device 12, and the smart mobile terminal 13 may communicate with the order server 14, respectively. In the travel service order generation stage, the passenger P sends a riding demand to the order server 14 through the intelligent mobile terminal 13, the order server 14 sends the riding demand to the terminal 15 of the driver D, when the driver D confirms that the riding service is to be provided on the terminal 15 of the driver D, a travel service order is established, and the order server 14 generates a corresponding travel service order. When the travel service order is established, the order server 14 may transmit a key for authentication to the smart mobile terminal 13 along with the travel service order information. Accordingly, the order server 14 also transmits information for verifying the key to the image acquisition device 12 of the corresponding network appointment car 11. In the travel service providing stage, the passenger P takes the network appointment 11 with his/her smart mobile terminal 13. At this time, the smart mobile terminal 13 may transmit the key it received from the order server 14 to the image acquisition device 12 automatically or in response to the operation of the passenger P. The image obtaining device 12 verifies the key sent by the smart mobile terminal 13 according to the information of the verification key received from the order server 14, and if the verification is passed, the image obtaining device 12 can send the in-vehicle image and/or in-vehicle video to the smart mobile terminal 13 when the travel service order is over and/or within a predetermined time after the passenger gets off the vehicle. It should be noted that the terminal 15 of the driver D may be a mobile terminal or integrated with the net appointment car 11, and a driver-side net appointment car application (App)15a may be provided thereon.
In one or more embodiments, in a trip of a travel service order, the image obtaining device 12 sends the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video to only one intelligent mobile terminal 13. Generally, the smart mobile terminal 13 is a smart mobile terminal for initiating a travel service demand for the passenger P. It is understood that the intelligent mobile terminal 13 may be other intelligent mobile terminals, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In this way, only one intelligent mobile terminal 13 can obtain the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video, which also reduces the risk of invasion of privacy of the passenger P caused by the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video being obtained by a third party.
An application program (App)13a on the smart mobile terminal 13 is configured to receive the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video transmitted by the image acquisition device 12 through the smart mobile terminal 13. Further, the application 13a determines whether there is a potential carry-over and/or a carry-over from the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video it receives, and issues a warning when it determines that there is a potential carry-over and/or a carry-over. In one or more embodiments, the application 13a may be a web appointment application on the passenger side. That is, the network car booking application program of the passenger end is not only used for initiating travel service requirements, but also used for potential remnants and reminding of the remnants. In one or more embodiments, the image recognition model may perform image recognition on different portions of the passenger P before and after the passenger P gets on the vehicle, as determined by multiple frames comprising multiple in-vehicle images or in-vehicle videos of the passenger P before and after getting on the vehicle, to determine whether a potential carry-over and/or a carry-over exists. Of course, the application 13a may also detect potential carryover and carryover by using other image recognition techniques, which is not limited by the invention.
For embodiments where a potential carryover reminder is made at the end of an travel service order, the application 13a may issue a reminder including "do not forget to get xxx off" or the like when the application 13a determines from the in-vehicle image and/or in-vehicle video that a potential carryover exists.
For an embodiment in which the reminder for the belongings is made within a predetermined time after the passenger P gets off the vehicle, when the application 13a determines that there is a belongings based on the in-vehicle image and/or the in-vehicle video, the application 13a may issue a reminder containing "you leave xxx on the online appointment" or the like.
In one or more embodiments, the alerts issued by the application 13a may include one or more of an audible alert, a vibratory alert, a textual alert, an iconic alert, and the like. Specifically, the application 13a may implement the reminder through the operating system of the smart mobile terminal 13.

Claims (10)

1. A passenger carryover reminder system for a networked car appointment, comprising:
the image acquisition device is arranged in the networked appointment car and is suitable for at least acquiring an in-car image and/or an in-car video at the end of a travel service order and/or within a preset time after a passenger gets off the car and sending the in-car image and/or the in-car video to the intelligent mobile terminal held by the passenger; and
and the application program is arranged on the intelligent mobile terminal and is suitable for receiving the in-car image and/or the in-car video through the intelligent mobile terminal, determining whether a potential carry-over object and/or a carry-over object exists according to the in-car image and/or the in-car video, and sending out a prompt when the potential carry-over object and/or the carry-over object exists.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the image capturing device comprises a wireless communication module, and the in-car image and/or the in-car video is directly transmitted to the smart mobile terminal through the wireless communication module.

The system for reminding passengers of leaving on a networked car as claimed in claim 1, wherein the networked car comprises a wireless communication module, and the image obtaining device sends the in-car image and/or the in-car video to the intelligent mobile terminal through the wireless communication module.

The system for reminding passengers of online booking of cars according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the image obtaining device sends the in-car image and/or in-car video to the intelligent mobile terminal after the intelligent mobile terminal passes the authentication of the image obtaining device.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the image capturing device authenticates the smart mobile terminal by means of a verification key.

The passenger carry-over reminder system for network appointment of claim 5, further comprising an order server, wherein the key is transmitted to the smart mobile terminal by the order server when the travel service order is established, and the order server transmits information for verifying the key to the image acquisition device.
