the raw material ex-warehouse data comprises raw material ex-warehouse quantity, and the raw material use data comprises raw material use quantity; the data inventory module 303 is further configured to: obtaining the stock discharge amount of the raw materials; obtaining the raw material loss amount according to the raw material warehouse-out amount and the raw material usage amount, and generating raw material inventory data; obtaining a raw material loss value according to a first raw material value corresponding to the raw material ex-warehouse quantity and a second raw material value corresponding to the raw material usage quantity, and generating raw material inventory data; and if the raw material loss value is greater than a preset second loss value and/or the raw material loss amount is greater than a preset second loss amount, outputting second prompt information.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units related to the food data inventory processing device provided in the embodiment of the present application may refer to the corresponding descriptions in the methods in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and are not described again here.
Based on the above-mentioned methods as shown in fig. 1 to 2, correspondingly, the present application further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the above-mentioned food data inventory processing method as shown in fig. 1 to 2.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the implementation scenarios of the present application.
Based on the above methods shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 3, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, which may specifically be a personal computer, a server, a network device, and the like, where the computer device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the food data inventory processing method as described above with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
Optionally, the computer device may also include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, Radio Frequency (RF) circuitry, sensors, audio circuitry, a WI-FI module, and so forth. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keypad (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., a bluetooth interface, WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present embodiment provides a computer device architecture that is not limiting of the computer device, and that may include more or fewer components, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. An operating system is a program that manages and maintains the hardware and software resources of a computer device, supporting the operation of information handling programs, as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and other hardware and software in the entity device.
Through the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application may be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, or may be implemented by hardware by using raw material usage data and/or finished product manufacturing data obtained by performing data analysis on an electronic recipe, and combining raw material warehouse-out data and/or finished product sales data to implement raw material inventory and/or finished product inventory, and finally determine raw material inventory data and/or finished product inventory data that can be accurately quantified. Compared with the mode that the data of all links of food production and sale are recorded one by one and the food material is checked in the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the data of raw material use data and finished product production data are counted by using the electronic menu, accuracy of the data checking is improved, the data of production and sale of each dish do not need to be recorded one by one, and efficiency of food material checking is improved.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

The above disclosure is only a few specific implementation scenarios of the present application, but the present application is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present application.

Claims (11)

1. A food data inventory processing method, the method comprising:
analyzing the data of the electronic menu to obtain corresponding raw material use data and/or finished product manufacturing data;
acquiring raw material ex-warehouse data and/or finished product sales data;
and obtaining corresponding raw material inventory data according to the raw material use data and the raw material ex-warehouse data, and/or obtaining finished product inventory data according to the finished product manufacturing data and the finished product sales data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the parsing the electronic recipe data to obtain corresponding raw material usage data and/or finished product manufacturing data comprises:
analyzing the electronic menu execution data to obtain at least one target electronic menu corresponding to the electronic menu execution data and raw material use data corresponding to the target electronic menu;
analyzing the target electronic menu respectively to obtain a finished product output ratio corresponding to the target electronic menu;
and obtaining finished product manufacturing data corresponding to the target electronic menu according to the raw material use data corresponding to the target electronic menu and the finished product output ratio.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the product manufacturing data comprises product manufacturing volume, the product sales data comprises product sales, and the product inventory data comprises sales inventory data;
the obtaining of the finished product inventory data according to the finished product manufacturing data and the finished product sales data comprises:
obtaining the residual amount of a finished product;
obtaining a finished product consumption and a finished product consumption value corresponding to the finished product consumption according to the finished product production and the finished product residual;
and obtaining a finished product loss value according to the finished product consumption value and the finished product sales, and generating the sales inventory data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the finished product sales data further comprises finished product sales volume, the finished product inventory data further comprises sales volume inventory data;
after the end product consumption is obtained, the method further comprises the following steps:
and obtaining the finished product loss according to the finished product consumption and the finished product sales volume, and generating the sales volume inventory data.

Method according to claim 4, characterized in that said finished product residual quantity is obtained on the basis of weighing data of a weighing device corresponding to a finished product containing container and/or on the basis of a finished product residual quantity; the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the finished product loss value is greater than a preset first loss value and/or the finished product loss is greater than a preset first loss amount, outputting first prompt information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the raw material out-of-stock data comprises raw material out-of-stock amounts, and the raw material usage data comprises raw material usage amounts;
the obtaining of the corresponding raw material inventory data according to the raw material usage data and the raw material ex-warehouse data comprises:
obtaining the stock discharge amount of the raw materials;
and obtaining the raw material loss amount according to the raw material warehouse-out amount and the raw material usage amount, and generating the raw material inventory data.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after obtaining the stock out quantity, the method further comprises:
and obtaining a raw material loss value according to a first raw material value corresponding to the raw material ex-warehouse quantity and a second raw material value corresponding to the raw material usage quantity, and generating the raw material stock check point data.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and if the raw material loss value is greater than a preset second loss value and/or the raw material loss amount is greater than a preset second loss amount, outputting second prompt information.
9. The method of claim 1,
the analyzing of the data of the electronic menu to obtain the corresponding raw material use data and/or finished product manufacturing data comprises the following steps:
