The invention discloses an automatic packaging bag for flour production, when in use, a flour bin 2 is arranged above the conveying end of a conveying belt 1, a feed opening 21 is arranged at the bottom end of the flour bin 2, a bag filling barrel 3 is fixed on the conveying end surface of the conveying belt 1 at uniform intervals, a partition plate 31 is fixed on one side of the bag filling barrel 3, a bag filling bin 4 is vertically arranged in the bag filling barrel 3, sliding chutes 5 are arranged on two sides of the top end of the bag filling bin 4, electric elastic telescopic rods 6 are fixed in the sliding chutes 5, sliding plates 7 are fixed at the movable ends of the electric elastic telescopic rods 6, a heating plate 8 is fixed at the bottom end of the sliding plates 7, sucking discs 9 are arranged on the inner side walls on two sides of the bag filling bin 4 and are connected with the sucking discs 9 through a vacuum generator 10 so as to adsorb and unfold flour packaging bags, the top end surface of the bag filling barrel 3 is driven to be attached to the bottom end surface of the feed opening 21 through the conveying belt 1 for conveying, and when the flour bags are conveyed to the bag filling bin 4, the conveying belt 1 is triggered to stop conveying by triggering the proximity switch 12 to cut off the conveying belt, so as to feed materials into the flour packaging bag through the feed opening 21, when the bearing of the flour packaging bag reaches a preset value, the sucking disc 9 is separated from the sucking disc and the weighing sensor 11 is triggered to trigger the electric elastic telescopic rod 6 to extend out to push the sliding plate 7 to slide and seal the bagging bin 4, meanwhile, the heating plate 8 is driven to close and seal, and simultaneously, the proximity switch 12 is triggered to open to trigger the conveying belt 1 to continue conveying, so as to complete the circulating operation of automatic packaging, wherein the conveying belt 1 comprises a support 101, a carrier roller 102, a belt body 103 and a motor 104, the carrier roller 102 at one end is driven by the motor 104 to rotate so as to drive the belt body 103 to rotate and convey, the proximity switch 12 is electrically connected with the motor 104, the feed opening 21 is provided with a screen 22, on one hand, the impurity particles are automatically filtered, on the other hand, stable and uniform-speed feeding is utilized, sucking disc 9 is equipped with along even interval on the inside wall in bagging-off storehouse 4 and is no less than three to do benefit to firm high-efficient absorption bagging-off, 1 bottom of conveyer belt is equipped with ejection of compact conveyer belt 13, in order to do benefit to automatic high-efficient ejection of compact.

the bagging drums are fixed on the conveying end face of the conveying belt at uniform intervals, a partition plate is fixed on one side of each bagging drum, the top end faces of the partition plates are flush with the top end faces of the bagging drums, the partition plates are attached to and abutted against the outer side walls of the adjacent bagging drums, and a bagging bin is vertically arranged in each bagging drum;
the sliding chutes are arranged on two sides of the top end of the bagging bin;
the electric elastic telescopic rod is fixed in the chute, a sliding plate is fixed at the movable end of the electric elastic telescopic rod, and the top end surface of the sliding plate is flush with the top end surface of the bagging cylinder;
the heating plate is fixed at the bottom end of the sliding plate;
the suckers are arranged on the inner side walls of the two sides of the bagging bin;
the vacuum generator is arranged on the bagging cylinder and connected with the sucker so as to generate negative pressure in the sucker and be used for adsorbing the front surface and the back surface of the flour packaging bag so as to open the flour packaging bag;
the weighing sensor is arranged at the bottom end of the bagging bin and is electrically connected with the electric elastic telescopic rod and the heating plate, and when the bearing of the flour packaging bag reaches a preset value, the flour packaging bag can be separated from the sucker to fall onto the weighing sensor to trigger the electric elastic telescopic rod to extend out, so that the sliding plate is pushed to transversely slide to seal the bagging bin, and meanwhile, the heating plate is driven to close and seal the opening;
the proximity switch is arranged on one side outside the feed opening, is electrically connected with the conveyor belt and is used for detecting the end face of the top end of the bagging cylinder, the top end face of the bagging cylinder can be driven to be attached to the bottom end face of the feed opening through the conveyor belt for conveying, and when the conveying is carried out through the bagging bin, the proximity switch can be triggered to be turned off so as to trigger the conveyor belt to stop conveying, so that the flour packaging bag is fed through the feed opening; and a discharging conveying belt is arranged at the bottom end of the conveying belt.
