referring to fig. 1 and 5, a method for cleaning and cooling a chain type tool magazine is substantially the same as that in embodiment 1, further, a sliding rail 805 is disposed on the frame 1, a roller 806 is disposed on a side wall of the rotary plate 802, the roller 806 is matched with the sliding rail 805, and the arrangement of the roller 806 and the sliding rail 805 is convenient for reducing the friction between the rotary plate 802 and the frame 1.
Example 7:
referring to fig. 2, a method for cleaning and cooling a chain type tool magazine is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, and further, a tension pulley 203 is rotatably connected in the frame 1, the tension pulley 203 is engaged with the chain 201, and the tension pulley 203 is arranged to facilitate tensioning of the chain 201.
In the invention, the blade 602 and the refrigerating mechanism are arranged to facilitate cooling of the used knife rest, and the turntable 802 and the brush 803 are arranged to facilitate cleaning of the chain 201.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A cleaning and cooling method for a chain type tool magazine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: fixing the knife rest on a fixed groove of a chain type knife store, starting a driving motor, driving a power gear to rotate by the driving motor through a first rotating shaft, driving a second rotating shaft to rotate by the first rotating shaft through a first belt wheel, a first driving belt and a second belt wheel, driving fan blades to rotate by the second rotating shaft to draw out cold air in a refrigerating mechanism and discharge the cold air into a frame body, cooling the knife rest which is put back into the fixed groove after use,
s2: the third rotating shaft is driven to rotate by a second driving belt through a bevel gear and a driven gear, the fourth rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the third rotating shaft, the brush cleans the chain, and the fan blades blow dust cleaned by the brush;
wherein, the chain type tool magazine in S1 comprises a frame (1), a power gear (2), a chain (201) and a fixing groove (202), the power gear (2) is rotatably connected in the frame (1), the chain (201) is meshed with the power gear (2), the fixing groove (202) is rotatably connected with the chain (201), the chain type tool magazine is characterized by further comprising a box body (3), a driving motor (4) is arranged on the side wall of the box body (3), a first rotating shaft (5) is connected between the output end of the driving motor (4) and the power gear (2), a first belt wheel (501) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (5), an air pipe (6) is arranged in the box body (3), a second rotating shaft (601) is rotatably connected in the air pipe (6), fan blades (602) are arranged on the second rotating shaft (601), a second belt wheel (603) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (601), a first transmission belt (604) is connected between the second belt wheel (603) and the first belt wheel (501), a refrigerating mechanism is arranged in the box body (3), the output end of the refrigerating mechanism is connected with an air pipe (6), a fourth rotating shaft (8) is rotatably connected in the frame (1), one end of the fourth rotating shaft (8) positioned in the frame (1) is fixedly connected with a turntable (802), the lower end of the rotating disc (802) is provided with a brush (803), the brush (803) is attached to the chain (201), a cover body (7) is arranged on the box body (3), a third rotating shaft (701) is rotatably connected in the cover body (7), a bevel gear (703) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (701), a driven gear (801) is arranged at one end of the fourth rotating shaft (8) far away from the rotating disc (802), the bevel gear (703) is meshed with the driven gear (801), and a second transmission belt (605) is connected between the third rotating shaft (701) and the second rotating shaft (601);
the refrigeration mechanism comprises an air chamber (606), wherein an air pipe (607) is arranged on the air chamber (606), a refrigeration box (608) is arranged in the air chamber (606), a refrigerant is arranged in the refrigeration box (608), and a plurality of groups of cooling plates are arranged on the refrigeration box (608);
a crank (502) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (5), an oil pumping barrel (9) is arranged in the box body (3), an oil storage barrel (10) is arranged in the box body (3), a first piston (901) is connected in the oil pumping barrel (9) in a sliding manner, a first push rod (902) is connected to the first piston (901) in a rotating manner, one end, far away from the first piston (901), of the first push rod (902) is connected with the crank (502) in a rotating manner, an oil inlet pipe (903) is connected between the oil storage barrel (10) and the oil pumping barrel (9), an oil outlet pipe (904) is connected between the oil pumping barrel (9) and the frame (1), one end, located in the frame (1), of the oil outlet pipe (904) is matched with the chain (201), and one-way valves are arranged on the oil inlet pipe (903) and the oil outlet pipe;
the oil collecting device is characterized in that an oil collecting tank (12) is arranged at the bottom of the frame (1), a first oil guide pipe (121) is arranged on the oil collecting tank (12), a second oil guide pipe (122) is arranged on the oil storage barrel (10), a filtering device is arranged between the first oil guide pipe (121) and the second oil guide pipe (122), and a pump (123) is arranged on the second oil guide pipe (122).

The chain type tool magazine cleaning and cooling method is characterized in that the filtering device comprises a filtering cap (13), a sealing cap (131) and a filtering block (132), the filtering cap (13) is fixed on the first oil guide pipe (121), the sealing cap (131) is fixed on the second oil guide pipe (122), the filtering block (132) is located in the filtering cap (13), and the filtering cap (13) is in threaded connection with the sealing cap (131).
3. The chain type tool magazine cleaning and cooling method according to claim 1, wherein a motor cover (401) is arranged on the side wall of the box body (3), and the driving motor (4) is located in the motor cover (401).

The method for cleaning and cooling the chain type tool magazine according to claim 1, wherein a cam (503) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (5), an air cylinder (11) is arranged in the box body (3), a second piston (111) is connected in the air cylinder (11) in a sliding manner, a second push rod (112) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the second piston (111), one end far away from the second piston (111) is rotatably connected with the side wall of the cam (503), an air inlet pipe (113) is connected between the air cylinder (11) and the air chamber (606), an exhaust pipe (114) is connected between the air cylinder (11) and the motor cover (401), and one-way valves are arranged on the air inlet pipe (113) and the exhaust pipe (114).
5. The chain magazine tool cleaning and cooling method as claimed in claim 1, wherein an overflow valve (402) is arranged on the motor cover (401).
6. The method for cleaning and cooling the chain type tool magazine according to claim 1, wherein a sliding rail (805) is arranged on the frame (1), a roller (806) is arranged on the side wall of the turntable (802), and the roller (806) is matched with the sliding rail (805).
7. The method for cleaning and cooling the chain type tool magazine according to claim 1, wherein a tension wheel (203) is rotatably connected in the frame (1), and the tension wheel (203) is engaged with the chain (201).
