The average cumulative dissolution percentage of the measured sample is plotted against the dissolution time, as shown in fig. 2, the results show that the dissolution rate of the mixed powder of American ginseng and maca is increased after the superfine grinding treatment, but the dissolution amount is increased slowly along with the time, and finally the dissolution balance is achieved, so the American ginseng and the maca are subjected to the superfine grinding treatment by selecting the superfine grinding mode.
Experimental example 2 research on ultra-fine pulverizing process parameters of American ginseng and maca
The research of the superfine grinding process of the mixture of American ginseng and maca is carried out by adopting a Beili superfine grinder, the grinding moisture, the grinding time, the feeding amount and the medium filling rate are considered factors, and D50 (the corresponding particle size value when the cumulative distribution percentage reaches 50%) is used as an evaluation index to determine the range of each parameter.
(1) Determination of the grinding moisture: respectively taking about 300g of dry American ginseng and maca coarse powder, 5 parts in total, drying until the water content is 5%, 7%, 9%, 11% and 13%, placing in a high-frequency vibration mill, vibrating for 10 minutes, wherein the crushing temperature is-10 ℃, the amplitude is 5mm, and the medium filling rate is 70%. The results show that: when the grinding moisture is 5-7%, the D50 of the mixed components is 15-17um and changes smoothly, and the higher the moisture is, the poorer the grinding effect is, so the moisture of the medicinal materials is preferably controlled to be 5-7%.
(2) Determination of the filling rate of the medium: taking about 300g of dry American ginseng and maca mixed medicinal material coarse powder, 5 parts in total, drying until the water content is 7%, placing the coarse powder in a high-frequency vibration mill, vibrating for 10 minutes at the crushing temperature of-10 ℃, with the amplitude of 5mm and the medium filling rates of 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80% respectively, and the result shows that when the medium filling rate is 40-80%, the D50 changes smoothly, and 60-70% is selected for saving cost and energy consumption.
(3) Measurement of the charged amount: taking 5 parts of dry coarse powder of American ginseng and maca respectively, drying the coarse powder until the water content is 7%, placing the coarse powder in a high-frequency vibration mill, vibrating for 10 minutes at the crushing temperature of-10 ℃, with the amplitude of 5mm and the medium filling rate of 70%, wherein the crushing temperature is-10 ℃, the crushing rate is 5mm, and the results show that the powder is in the range of 14-16 mu m at D50 along with the change of the feeding amount, the feeding amount range D50 has no obvious difference, so that the feeding amount is 300-500 g.
(4) Measurement of pulverization time: taking about 300g of dry American ginseng and maca coarse powder respectively, 5 parts in total, drying until the water content is 7%, placing the coarse powder in a high-frequency vibration mill, vibrating for 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 7 minutes, 9 minutes, 10 minutes and 12 minutes respectively, wherein the crushing temperature is-10 ℃, the amplitude is 5mm, and the medium filling rate is 70% respectively, and the result shows that the particle size of the particles is only slightly changed after being crushed for 6 minutes, which indicates that the superfine crushing tends to be balanced, so that the crushing time is selected to be 7 minutes.
Experimental example 3 superfine pulverizing homogenization experiment of American ginseng and maca
(1) The cloud military design table was designed using moisture (SF), pulverization time (FSSJ), pulverization temperature (FSWD), and medium filling rate (JZTCL) as factors, and the results are shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 even design test arrangement chart
Figure BDA0002725269930000061
(2) Data processing: the data in the above table were subjected to multiple linear regression analysis of variance using SPSS15.0 software, with the results shown in tables 4 and 5:
TABLE 4 ANOVA TABLE

b.Dependent Variable:D50
TABLE 5 correlation coefficient Table
Coefficientsa
Figure BDA0002725269930000071
3.Dependent Variable:D50
As can be seen from the above table, the standard regression coefficients of the independent variables X2 and X4 are-3.618 and 3.498, respectively, the absolute values are relatively large, which indicates that the particle size is closely related to the pulverization time and the medium filling rate, and is not significantly related to other factors, and when the maximum level of the factors is taken within the test range, that is, X2 is 12 and X4 is 90, the regression variance is substituted, the predicted value Y is 15.74 um. The stronger the adsorptivity among the particles is, the lower the crushing efficiency is, and the larger the influence on the equipment loss is. Referring to the crushing process parameters and the production practice, the pre-selection preferred conditions are that the crushing time is 7min, the temperature is-10 ℃, the moisture is 5-7%, the medium filling rate is 60-70%, X2 is 4, X4 is 60, the regression equation is substituted, and the predicted value Y is 15.85 um.
(3) And (3) verification test: weighing about 300g of dry coarse powder of the mixed medicinal material of the American ginseng and the maca, carrying out superfine grinding according to the optimized test conditions, carrying out parallel three parts, and determining that the average value of D50 is 15.39um and the RSD is 1.28 percent, thereby showing that the process parameters are stable and the predicted regression equation has better practical guiding significance.
Experimental example 4 particle size measurement of ultrafine powder after ultrafine pulverization
The laser diffraction method is used for detection, and the winner-3001 dry laser particle size analyzer is used for automatically measuring the particle size of the mixed superfine powder, and the result shows that the particle size distribution of the mixed superfine powder is 0.94-100.64um, and the accumulation of the particles with the D50 being less than or equal to 20um is more than 98%.
Experimental example 5 study of high temperature drying Process conditions
In order to reduce the loss of effective components and ensure the flavor of the tea bags, proper high-temperature drying temperature is adopted to prolong the drying time, and the drying time and the drying temperature are taken as investigation factors to optimize the high-temperature drying process of the granulated health-care tea.

Numbering Drying temperature/. degree.C Sense organ Shape of the content
1 60 Fragrance The contents are slightly moist
2 70 Rich tea fragrance Drying
3 80 Rich tea fragrance Completely drying
4 90 Burnt fragrance Slightly scorched green
As can be seen from the above table, the temperature higher than 80 ℃ can cause the finished product to be scorched, the product contains fruit medicinal materials such as medlar, dogwood and the like, the fruit medicinal materials are oily and juicy, the finished product can be moisturized and deteriorated if the temperature is too low, the drying time is too long, and the temperature for high-temperature drying is finally determined to be 70 ℃ and the drying time is 5 hours in view of energy conservation.
