Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As an example, the laundry processing apparatus may be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, or a washing and drying machine, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, filling water into a washing tub of a laundry treatment apparatus.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user starts the barrel self-cleaning program through operation, and the clothes treatment device starts the barrel self-cleaning program after responding to the operation of starting the barrel self-cleaning program by the user, and controls the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened so as to fill water into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device.
It should be noted that, a user may operate a barrel self-cleaning button of the control interface of the laundry treatment apparatus to trigger the barrel self-cleaning program, and may also trigger the barrel self-cleaning program by controlling a terminal device of the laundry treatment apparatus, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, and the water level in the washing barrel is monitored by the water level sensor in the process of filling water into the washing barrel until the water level in the washing barrel reaches the preset target water level.
Wherein the preset target water level may be set according to a degree of contamination of the laundry treating apparatus in a positive correlation with the degree of contamination of the laundry treating apparatus. For example, when the degree of contamination of the washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus is severe, it is necessary to fill the washing tub with more water to ensure thorough cleaning of the contamination in the washing tub.
Step 102, electrolysis is performed on the injected water.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the clothes treatment device is filled with water, in order to achieve the effect of completely cleaning the washing barrel, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for filling water can be opened, so that the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the water filled into the washing barrel. Thus, the water in the washing tub is electrolyzed by the electrolysis device to generate active oxygen, chloric acid, hypochlorous acid, or the like, so as to clean and/or sterilize the washing tub.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the time for starting the electrolysis apparatus is not limited, and the electrolysis apparatus may be synchronously started while controlling the water inlet valve to be opened; or after the water injection is finished, the electrolysis device is started; the electrolysis device can also be started in the water injection process. As a possible implementation manner, when the water inlet valve is opened to fill water into the washing tub of the clothes treatment device, the electrolysis device arranged in the clothes treatment device is opened, and the electrolysis device electrolyzes the water filled into the washing tub of the clothes treatment device by using a catalytic electrode electrochemical method, so that active oxygen, chloric acid or hypochlorous acid can be generated. When the water level sensor of the clothes treatment device monitors that the water level in the washing barrel reaches the preset water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, and the process of filling water into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device is stopped.
It should be noted that the electrolysis device may be turned off synchronously when the clothes treatment device stops filling water and closes the water inlet valve, or may be turned off after the barrel self-cleaning process is finished, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 103, controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to drive the washing barrel to operate so as to clean the washing barrel by using the electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the water injection into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device is finished, the motor of the clothes treatment device is controlled to drive the washing barrel to operate, so that the washing barrel is cleaned by electrolyzed water, and the cleaning, washing and sterilizing effects on the washing barrel are realized.
As a possible implementation manner, in order to thoroughly clean and sterilize the washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing. Wherein, the variable speed washing is from low speed to high speedGreater than or equal to 10rpm/s2Acceleration running, or adopting less than or equal to 10rpm/s from high speed to low speed2The acceleration is decelerated. The motor drives the in-process that the washing bucket carried out the variable speed washing, relies on the powerful inertia of water to produce strong scouring force to the washing bucket, can rely on the laundry procedure to wash away except dirty, and electrolytic device still can produce micro-nano bubble simultaneously, and micro-nano bubble can produce a local high-pressure point when contracting to finally destroying, destroys the pressure wave that produces in the twinkling of an eye and can directly get rid of the pollutant in the washing machine, makes its breakage and drops.
As another possible implementation manner, in order to thoroughly clean and sterilize the washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to perform high-speed tub washing. The high-speed rotating barrel washing is that the rotating speed of the washing barrel is at least greater than or equal to a critical rotating speed R, and the critical rotating speed R is the lowest rotating speed which enables the electrolyzed water in the washing barrel to rotate synchronously along with the washing barrel. Therefore, when the high-speed rotary barrel is used for washing, the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel of the washing barrel to rotate at a high speed, so that electrolyzed water in the washing barrel has a large force to wash dirt on the washing barrel, and thorough washing and sterilization of the washing barrel are realized.
As another possible implementation manner, in order to more thoroughly clean and sterilize the washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus, the washing tub may be controlled to be driven by electrolysis to alternately perform variable speed washing and high speed rotation washing. The clothes treatment device provided with the electrolysis device can thoroughly remove dirt in the washing barrel after alternately performing variable-speed washing and high-speed rotary barrel washing.
Tests show that after the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device and the common clothes treatment device respectively carry out the barrel self-cleaning process, the turbidity in the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device reaches 258, and the sterilization rate reaches 99%. The turbidity in the washing barrel of the common clothes treatment device is only about 143, and the bacteria removal rate is only about 32%. Wherein, turbidity refers to the degree of obstruction of suspended matters in water to light transmission, and the higher the turbidity is, the more turbid the water in the washing barrel is. Therefore, the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device can not only clean more dirt in the self-cleaning process of the barrel, but also thoroughly sterilize the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device.
And 104, draining the washing tub.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the motor of the clothes treatment device is controlled to drive the washing barrel to operate for the preset time, for example, 30 minutes, the drainage valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened so as to drain the washing water in the washing barrel.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the washing water in the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device is determined to be drained, the water inlet valve can be controlled to open to feed water into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device again so as to clean the washing barrel. That is, the process of filling water into the washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus, electrolyzing the filled water, and controlling the motor of the laundry treating apparatus to drive the washing tub to operate, so as to wash the washing tub with the electrolyzed water, and draining the washing tub is performed at least once in a cycle, thereby ensuring that the washing tub is completely washed, and completely sterilizing bacteria in the washing tub.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, water is injected into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device, the injected water is electrolyzed, the motor of the clothes treatment device is controlled to drive the washing barrel to operate, so that the electrolyzed water is used for cleaning the washing barrel, and water is drained from the washing barrel. Therefore, the washing and/or sterilizing effect of the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device is realized through the electrolyzed water generated by the electrolysis device, and the technical problems that the washing and/or sterilizing of the washing barrel is incomplete when the washing barrel is washed and/or sterilized by adopting high-temperature water and the risk of burning is caused by overhigh temperature in the washing barrel after the cleaning and/or sterilizing is finished in the prior art are solved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a first possible implementation manner, the electrolysis device may be turned on when water is injected into the washing tub of the laundry treatment device, and when the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is turned off, the electrolysis device is kept turned on, until the electrolysis is controlled to drive the washing tub to operate for a preset time, the laundry treatment device is controlled to drain water, and when the water drainage is completed, the electrolysis device is turned off, so that the sterilization time can be automatically adjusted according to the user requirements, and a long-term bacteriostatic effect on the washing tub is realized. Next, the above processes will be described in detail with reference to the second embodiment, and fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method may further include the steps of:
step 201, filling water into a washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 201 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
Step 202, opening the electrolysis device and a water inlet valve for water injection to electrolyze the injected water by using the electrolysis device.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the self-cleaning program of the barrel of the clothes treatment device is started, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to supply water to the washing barrel, and the electrolysis device is started to electrolyze the injected water. Optionally, the electrolysis device electrolyzes the injected water, and the generated hydroxyl radicals and active chlorine have significant sterilization and long-term bacteriostasis effects on bacteria in the washing water, so that the clothes sterilization effect is realized, and the sterilization and cleaning effects on the washing tub are realized.
Step 203, the water is injected to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, and the electrolytic device is kept open.
The target water level may be preset by a user on a control panel of the laundry treatment apparatus, may be set by a built-in program of the laundry treatment apparatus, may be set by a terminal device controlling the laundry treatment apparatus, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, the water level sensor arranged in the clothes treatment device is used for monitoring the change of the water level in the washing barrel in real time in the process of injecting water into the washing barrel, and when the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed and the electrolytic device is kept to be opened. Therefore, the washing barrel is cleaned and/or sterilized by using the electrolyzed water, and the problem that the washing barrel can be cleaned and/or sterilized only by heating the washing water to high temperature in the prior art is solved.
And step 204, controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to execute variable-speed washing.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the water in the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device reaches the target water level and the water inlet valve is closed, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to alternately execute variable-speed washing.
As a possible implementation manner, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing within a set rotating speed range for a preset duration, for example, for 3 minutes, so as to beat the washing water in the washing tub, so that the electrolyzed water can be washed to all corners of the washing tub. Therefore, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to alternately execute variable-speed washing within a preset time, and thorough washing and sterilization of the washing barrel are realized.
As another possible implementation manner, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to operate at a rotation speed at least greater than or equal to the critical rotation speed R, so that the electrolyzed water rotates synchronously with the washing tub to flush the washing tub.
As still another possible implementation manner, the electrolysis may be controlled to drive the washing tub to alternately perform the variable speed washing and the high speed rotation tub washing. Specifically, the motor can be controlled to drive the washing barrel to carry out variable speed washing within a set rotating speed range for a preset time, and then the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to run at a rotating speed at least greater than or equal to a critical rotating speed R, so that electrolyzed water synchronously rotates along with the washing barrel to flush the washing barrel.
And step 205, closing the electrolysis device after cleaning.
As a possible situation, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to carry out variable-speed washing, so that after the washing barrel is cleaned, the drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain the water in the washing barrel, and the electrolysis device is controlled to be closed. After the washing water in the washing barrel of the clothes processing device is determined to be drained, the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate so as to execute the dehydration process.
It should be noted that the motor is controlled to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing, so that the electrolysis device can be synchronously turned off during dewatering after the washing tub is cleaned, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, after the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate to execute the dehydration process, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened again to inject water into the washing barrel, and the electrolysis device is started to electrolyze the injected water by adopting the electrolysis device. When the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolytic device is kept opened, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to carry out variable-speed washing, and after the washing barrel is cleaned, the drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain the water in the washing barrel, and the electrolytic device is synchronously closed. For a specific implementation process, refer to the above steps, which are not described herein again. Therefore, the washing process of the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device is performed at least twice through the water generated by the electrolysis of the electrolysis device, and the effect of thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing the washing barrel is realized.
As another possible case, the motor is controlled to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing, so that after the washing tub is cleaned, the drain valve of the laundry treatment device is controlled to open to drain the water in the washing tub. After the washing water in the washing barrel of the clothes processing device is determined to be drained, the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate so as to execute the dehydration process, and the electrolytic device is kept open.
Further, after the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate to execute the dehydration process, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened at least once in a circulating mode to inject water into the washing barrel, when the water injection reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to execute variable-speed washing, and after the washing barrel is cleaned, the water discharge valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain the water in the washing barrel. During the last water drainage and/or dehydration, the electrolysis device is synchronously closed. Therefore, the motor for controlling the clothes treatment device can drive the washing barrel to operate, the electrolytic device is controlled to be started in the whole process of cleaning the washing barrel, and the washing barrel is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized by using the electrolyzed water.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, water is injected into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for water injection are opened, the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the injected water, the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolysis device is kept open, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to carry out variable-speed washing, and the electrolysis device is closed after the washing is finished. Therefore, the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device is cleaned by water generated by electrolysis of the electrolysis device, and the effects of thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing the washing barrel are achieved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a second possible implementation manner, the electrolyzing device may be turned on when water is first injected into the washing tub of the laundry treatment device, the water inlet valve and the electrolyzing device may be turned off when the injected water reaches the target water level, the electrolyzing device may be turned on when water is next injected into the washing tub of the laundry treatment device, the water inlet valve may be turned off when the injected water reaches the target water level, the electrolyzing device may be kept turned on until the washing tub is controlled to operate for a preset time, the laundry treatment device may be controlled to drain water, and the electrolyzing device may be turned off when the water is drained. The above process will be described in detail with reference to the third embodiment, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method may further include the steps of:
step 301, filling water into a washing tub of the laundry treatment apparatus.
Step 302, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for water injection are opened, so that the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the injected water.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation processes of step 301 and step 302 may refer to the implementation processes of step 201 and step 202 in the foregoing embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Step 303, the water is injected to reach the target water level, and the water inlet valve and the electrolysis device are closed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, the water level sensor arranged in the clothes treatment device is used for monitoring the change of the water level in the washing barrel in real time in the process of injecting water into the washing barrel, and the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed and the electrolysis device is closed when the injected water reaches the target water level. Therefore, the washing barrel is cleaned and/or sterilized by using the electrolyzed water, and the problem that the washing barrel can be cleaned and/or sterilized only by heating the washing water to high temperature in the prior art is solved.
It should be noted that when the water level sensor in the laundry treatment apparatus monitors that the water level in the washing tub reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve may be controlled to be closed and the electrolysis apparatus may be closed, and after the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, the electrolysis apparatus may be controlled to continue to electrolyze the water in the washing tub for a preset time period and then the electrolysis apparatus may be closed.
And step 304, controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to execute variable-speed washing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 304 may refer to the implementation process of step 204 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
And step 305, controlling the clothes treatment device to perform drainage and dehydration processes after the washing is finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to alternately execute variable-speed washing and high-speed barrel-rotating washing, so that after the washing barrel is cleaned, the drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain water in the washing barrel. After the washing water in the washing barrel of the clothes processing device is determined to be drained, the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate so as to execute the dehydration process.
And step 306, opening the electrolysis device and a water inlet valve for water injection to electrolyze the injected water by adopting the electrolysis device.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first dehydration process of the clothes treatment device is finished, the water inlet opening of the clothes treatment device is controlled again to inject water into the washing barrel, and the electrolysis device is opened to electrolyze the injected water by adopting the electrolysis device.
Step 307, the water is injected to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, and the electrolytic device is kept open.
And 308, controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to execute variable-speed washing.
Step 309, after the cleaning is finished, the electrolysis device is closed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 306 to step 309 may refer to the implementation process of step 202 to step 205 in the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, when water is injected into a washing barrel of the clothes treatment device for the first time, the electrolysis device is started, when the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve and the electrolysis device are synchronously closed, when the water is injected into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device for the next time, the electrolysis device is started, when the injected water reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolysis device is kept opened, until the washing barrel is controlled to be driven to run for a preset time period by electrolysis, the clothes treatment device is controlled to drain water, and when the water drainage is finished, the electrolysis device is closed. Therefore, the washing barrel is cleaned and sterilized by water generated by electrolysis of the electrolysis device, and in addition, the user can control the sterilization time of the clothes treatment device by controlling the opening of the electrolysis device.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a third possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the laundry processing device to perform washing of the washing tub twice, the electrolysis device may not be turned on in the first washing process, in the second washing process, when water is injected into the washing tub of the laundry processing device, the electrolysis device is turned on, when the water is injected to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolysis device is kept turned on, until the electrolysis is controlled to drive the washing tub to operate for the preset time duration, the laundry processing device is controlled to drain water, and when the water drainage is finished, the electrolysis device is turned off. The above process will be described in detail with reference to the fourth embodiment, and fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the control method may further include the steps of:
step 401, filling water into a washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 401 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 402, controlling a motor to drive a washing tub to perform variable speed washing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the process of controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing can be referred to as the implementation process of step 204 in the second embodiment. It should be noted that, in the process of controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing, the washing water is water that is not electrolyzed by the electrolysis device.
And step 403, controlling the clothes treatment device to perform drainage and dehydration processes after the washing is finished.
Step 404, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for water injection are opened to electrolyze the injected water by using the electrolysis device.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first dehydration process of the clothes treatment device is finished, the water inlet opening of the clothes treatment device is controlled again to inject water into the washing barrel, and the electrolysis device is opened to electrolyze the injected water by adopting the electrolysis device.
Step 405, the water is injected to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, and the electrolysis device is kept open.
Step 406, controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to perform variable speed washing.
Step 407, after the cleaning, the electrolysis device is closed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 404 to step 407 may refer to the implementation process of step 202 to step 205 in the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In the method for controlling the clothes treatment device, in the process of controlling the clothes treatment device to clean the washing barrel twice, the electrolysis device is not started in the first cleaning process, in the second cleaning process, the electrolysis device is started when water is injected into the washing barrel of the clothes treatment device, when the water injection reaches the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolysis device is kept opened until the washing barrel is driven to operate by controlling electrolysis for a preset time, the clothes treatment device is controlled to drain water, and when the water drainage is finished, the electrolysis device is closed. Therefore, the washing barrel is cleaned and sterilized by water generated by electrolysis of the electrolysis device, and in addition, the user can control the sterilization time of the clothes treatment device by controlling the opening of the electrolysis device.
