When the washing machine is used, textile fabric enters the washing chamber 2 and is immersed in the washing tank 6, the washing roller 7 rotates and washes the textile fabric, and preliminary washing of the textile fabric is achieved; the scrubbed textile fabric enters the spray chamber 3, the liquid conveying pipe 12 conveys cleaning water to the liquid collecting pipe 10, the liquid collecting pipe 10 disperses the cleaning water into the two liquid distributing pipes 8, and the spray header 9 sprays the cleaning water to two sides of the textile fabric to wash off dirty liquid on the textile fabric, so that secondary cleaning of the textile fabric is realized, and the cleaning effect is obviously improved; the fabric which is cleaned for the second time is prevented from entering the water squeezing chamber 4, the water absorption sponge layer 16 absorbs the water solution on the textile fabric, the spring 21 is in a compressed state and exerts upward thrust on the moving part 18, the squeezing roller 17 squeezes the water absorption sponge layer 16 to squeeze the water solution absorbed by the water absorption sponge layer so that the water absorption sponge layer 16 can absorb water continuously, the water removal effect is obviously improved, and the subsequent drying operation is facilitated; the textile fabric after the wringing operation enters the drying chamber 5, and the heating device 28 converts the electric energy into heat energy to improve the temperature in the drying chamber 5; electric heating pipe 24 turns into heat energy with the electric energy, and stoving roller 22 is tentatively dried to textile fabric, and air-blower 34 blows air, and in the air admission each dispersion pipe 32, exhaust hood 33 evenly blows the air to textile fabric both sides to carry out fast drying to textile fabric, the stoving effect is splendid, and drying efficiency is high, helps the use.

a cleaning chamber (2), a spray chamber (3), a water squeezing chamber (4) and a drying chamber (5) are arranged in the cleaning box (1), and the cleaning chamber (2), the spray chamber (3), the water squeezing chamber (4) and the drying chamber (5) are sequentially arranged from an input side to an output side; a cleaning pool (6) and first guide rollers (41) are arranged in the cleaning chamber (2), and the number of the first guide rollers (41) is two and the first guide rollers are positioned at two sides of the cleaning pool (6); a brushing roller (7) is arranged in the cleaning pool (6), and the height of the brushing roller (7) is lower than that of the first guide roller (41); two groups of second guide rollers (42) and two groups of third guide rollers (43) are arranged in the spray chamber (3), the number of the liquid distribution pipes (8) is two, the liquid distribution pipes are vertically arranged in the spray chamber (3), and the fabric penetrates through the space between the two liquid distribution pipes (8); the spray head (9) is arranged on the liquid separating pipe (8), and the liquid spraying direction of the spray head (9) faces the fabric; a liquid collecting pipe (10) is arranged in the spray chamber (3), the liquid collecting pipe (10) is communicated with the two liquid distributing pipes (8), and a liquid conveying pipe (12) is arranged on the liquid collecting pipe (10);
two groups of fourth guide rollers (44) are vertically arranged in the water squeezing chamber (4), and the bearing roller (15) is longitudinally arranged in the water squeezing chamber (4) and is positioned between the two fourth guide rollers (44); a water absorption sponge layer (16) is arranged on the peripheral surface of the bearing roller (15), and the height of the bearing roller (15) is higher than that of the fourth guide roller (44); two groups of moving parts (18) are vertically arranged in the water squeezing chamber (4), the squeezing rollers (17) are longitudinally arranged and rotationally connected with the two moving parts (18), the squeezing rollers (17) are positioned right below the bearing rollers (15), and the squeezing rollers (17) are propped against the water absorption sponge layer (16); two groups of limiting cylinders (14) are correspondingly arranged in the water squeezing chamber (4), and the movable pieces (18) are downwards inserted into the limiting cylinders (14); a fixed rod (19) is vertically arranged in the limiting cylinder (14), a slot with a downward opening is vertically arranged on the movable piece (18), and the fixed rod (19) is inserted into the slot; the spring (21) is sleeved on the fixed rod (19) and connected with the moving piece (18) and the limiting cylinder (14), and the limiting ring (20) is arranged on the moving piece (18) and located in the limiting cylinder (14);
a heating device (28) and a fixed shaft (23) are arranged in the drying chamber (5), the drying roller (22) is longitudinally arranged and is rotationally connected with the fixed shaft (23), and an electric heating pipe (24) is arranged on the fixed shaft (23) and is positioned in the drying roller (22); a heat absorbing layer (25) is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the drying roller (22), a heat radiating layer (27) is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the drying roller (22), and a heat conducting layer (26) is arranged between the heat absorbing layer (25) and the heat radiating layer (27); a plurality of groups of fifth guide rollers (45) and sixth guide rollers (46) are arranged in the drying chamber (5), and the fifth guide rollers (45) are positioned above the sixth guide rollers (46); a first connecting piece (29) is arranged at the top end inside the drying chamber (5), a second connecting piece (30) is arranged at the bottom end inside the drying chamber (5), and gas conveying pipes (31) are respectively arranged on the first connecting piece (29) and the second connecting piece (30); a blast pipe (36) is arranged on the blower (34), and the other end of the blast pipe (36) is connected with the air conveying pipe (31); the first connecting piece (29) and the second connecting piece (30) are respectively vertically provided with a dispersion pipe (32), and two sides of the dispersion pipe (32) are provided with exhaust hoods (33).

A textile fabric cleaning device for textile equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a dehumidifying box (37) is arranged on the cleaning box (1), an air inlet pipe (35) and a circulating air pipe (38) are arranged on the dehumidifying box (37), the air inlet pipe (35) and the circulating air pipe (38) are positioned at two sides of the dehumidifying box (37), the other end of the air inlet pipe (35) is connected with an air inlet end of the air blower (34), and the other end of the circulating air pipe (38) is communicated with the drying chamber (5).

A textile fabric cleaning device for textile equipment according to claim 2, characterized in that dehumidifying grid plates (39) are arranged on two sides of the inside of the dehumidifying box (37), and a water-absorbing particle layer (40) is arranged between the dehumidifying grid plates (39).
4. A textile fabric cleaning device for textile equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a drain pipe is arranged in the spray chamber (3) and the wringing chamber (4), respectively, the drain pipe extends out of the cleaning box (1), and a valve is arranged on the drain pipe.
5. A textile fabric cleaning device for textile equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning tank (6) is provided with a liquid feeding pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, and the liquid feeding pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are respectively provided with a valve.

A textile fabric cleaning device for textile equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning box (1) is provided with a water pump (11), the liquid inlet end of the water pump (11) is provided with a liquid inlet pipe (13), and the liquid outlet end of the water pump (11) is connected with a liquid conveying pipe (12).

A textile fabric cleaning apparatus for textile equipment according to claim 1, further comprising a dust suction device and a dust box; the dust collection device is arranged on the cleaning box (1), and is provided with a dust collection pipe and a connecting pipe; the other end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the dust removal box, two groups of dust collection heads are arranged on the dust collection pipe, and the two groups of dust collection heads are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the fabric.
8. A textile fabric cleaning device for textile equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the shower heads (9) are provided with a plurality of groups in the longitudinal direction, and each group of shower heads (9) is arranged equidistantly in the vertical direction.

s1, enabling the textile fabric to enter the cleaning chamber (2) and to be immersed in the cleaning pool (6), enabling the textile fabric to penetrate through the lower portion of the brushing roller (7), enabling the brushing roller (7) to rotate and brushing the textile fabric;
s2, enabling the brushed textile fabric to enter a spray chamber (3), conveying cleaning water to a liquid collecting pipe (10) through a liquid conveying pipe (12), dispersing the cleaning water into two liquid distributing pipes (8) through the liquid collecting pipe (10), and spraying the cleaning water to two sides of the textile fabric through a spray head (9) so as to perform secondary cleaning on the textile fabric;
s3, after secondary cleaning, the fabric is prevented from entering the water squeezing chamber (4) and pressing the upper end of the carrier roller (15), and the water absorption sponge layer (16) absorbs the water solution on the textile fabric; the spring (21) is in a compressed state and applies upward thrust to the movable piece (18), and the squeezing roller (17) squeezes the water absorption sponge layer (16) to squeeze out the water solution absorbed by the water absorption sponge layer;
s4, the textile fabric after the water squeezing operation enters a drying chamber (5), and a heating device (28) converts electric energy into heat energy to increase the temperature in the drying chamber (5); the electric heating pipe (24) converts electric energy into heat energy, and the drying roller (22) performs primary drying on the textile fabric; the air blower (34) blows air, the air enters the dispersing pipes (32), and the exhaust hood (33) blows the air to the two sides of the textile fabric uniformly so as to dry the textile fabric quickly.
