Abstract
The invention discloses a weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric which sequentially comprises an upper fabric layer, an upper connecting yarn layer, a middle fabric layer, a lower connecting yarn layer and a lower fabric layer from top to bottom; the upper connecting wire layer is connected with the upper fabric layer and the middle fabric layer through connecting wires, and the lower connecting wire layer is connected with the middle fabric layer and the lower fabric layer through connecting wires; the upper, middle and lower fabric layers are made of one or any two of blended yarns of cotton, terylene, modified terylene and chinlon, and the connecting yarns adopted by the upper and lower connecting yarn layers are the combined twisted yarns of low-melting point terylene and terylene. The fabric provided by the invention has three fabric layers and two connecting filament layers, so that spandex elastic filaments are not needed, but elastic filaments which are slightly poor in elasticity and good in elastic fatigue resistance are used as the fabric layers, the problem of bulging is solved, and the excellent resilience of the fabric is ensured. The fabric of the invention adopts the low-melting point terylene and the terylene twisted yarn as the connecting yarn, and the low-melting point terylene is melted in the process of presetting, thus thoroughly solving the problem of 'reverse yarn'.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile weaving, and particularly relates to a weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric and a production method thereof.
Background
In recent years, sandwich fabrics in the popular market are popular with consumers due to their thick hand feeling and good touch feeling.
However, as is known, the existing sandwich fabric can achieve the effects of four-side elasticity, thickness and drooping after being interwoven with elastic spandex yarns in a certain proportion, and the elastic spandex yarns have the defects of weak elasticity and even loss after aging due to the problems of intolerance to strong acid, strong alkali, chlorine bleaching and the like, so that the made sandwich fabric is easy to bulge at the elbow joint or the knee joint, and the attractiveness is seriously affected.
In addition, the connecting wire as the intermediate level in the sandwich fabric needs to have certain rigidity to strut the surface course and the bottom of surface fabric, just can guarantee the abundance of feeling, but, the rigidity of connecting wire then can pierce through surface course and bottom easily too strongly, forms "anti silk", influences the cloth cover neatly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of bulging and reverse silk of the existing sandwich fabric, and provides a weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric which has a thick hand feeling and excellent rebound resilience and does not have the problems of bulging and reverse silk, and a production method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric comprises an upper fabric layer, an upper connecting yarn layer, a middle fabric layer, a lower connecting yarn layer and a lower fabric layer from top to bottom in sequence; the upper connecting wire layer is connected with the upper fabric layer and the middle fabric layer through connecting wires, and the lower connecting wire layer is connected with the middle fabric layer and the lower fabric layer through connecting wires.
The raw material of the upper fabric layer is one or any two of cotton, common terylene, modified terylene and chinlon, preferably one of terylene low stretch yarn (terylene DTY), chinlon 6 stretch yarn, terylene-cotton blended yarn, terylene-polyamide blended yarn and polyamide-cotton blended yarn, and more preferably the terylene low stretch yarn.
The raw material of the middle fabric layer is one or any two of blended yarns of cotton, common terylene, modified terylene and chinlon, preferably one of terylene low stretch yarn, chinlon 6 stretch yarn, terylene-cotton blended yarn, terylene-nylon blended yarn and nylon-cotton blended yarn, and more preferably the terylene low stretch yarn.
The raw material of the lower fabric layer is one or any two of blended yarns of cotton, common terylene, modified terylene and chinlon, preferably one of terylene low stretch yarn, chinlon 6 stretch yarn, terylene-cotton blended yarn, terylene-nylon blended yarn and nylon-cotton blended yarn, and more preferably the terylene low stretch yarn.
The upper connecting yarn layer and the lower connecting yarn layer are made of the same connecting yarns, and are co-twisted yarns of low-melting-point polyester (the melting point is usually below 150 ℃, commonly called 4080 fiber) and (common) polyester (the melting point is usually 255-265 ℃), and the co-twisting ratio is 25% to 75% to 25%, preferably 50% to 50%.
The production method of the weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric comprises the steps of weaving, presetting, dyeing and shaping of a finished product.
The presetting temperature is 150-180 ℃, and the time is 1-2 min.
The presetting temperature can melt the low-melting point terylene in the connecting yarn, so that the connecting yarn can be firmly bonded with the upper and lower fabric layers, thereby thoroughly solving the problem of yarn reversing.
The dyeing is carried out by selecting reactive dye, disperse dye, acid dye and the like according to the fiber material;
the setting temperature of the finished product is 130-150 ℃.
The invention has the following positive effects:
(1) the fabric provided by the invention has three fabric layers and two connecting yarn layers, so that the wumingzhi fabric is formed, and elastic yarns (such as polyester low stretch yarns) which are slightly poor in elasticity but superior in elastic fatigue resistance to spandex elastic yarns can be selected as the fabric layers by adopting the special structure, so that the problem of bulging is solved, and the excellent resilience of the fabric is ensured.
(2) The fabric adopts the low-melting-point polyester and (common) polyester twisted yarns as the connecting yarns, and the low-melting-point polyester is melted in the pre-setting process, so that the connecting yarns can be firmly bonded with the fabric layers above and below the connecting yarns, thereby thoroughly solving the problem of 'reverse yarns', having more obvious supporting effect and enabling the fabric body to be thicker.

The weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric of the embodiment sequentially comprises an upper fabric layer, an upper connecting yarn layer, a middle fabric layer, a lower connecting yarn layer and a lower fabric layer from top to bottom.
The upper connecting wire layer is connected with the upper fabric layer and the middle fabric layer through connecting wires, and the lower connecting wire layer is connected with the middle fabric layer and the lower fabric layer through connecting wires.
The raw materials of the upper fabric layer, the middle fabric layer and the lower fabric layer of the embodiment are all 40S polyester low stretch yarns.
The connecting yarns adopted by the upper connecting yarn layer and the lower connecting yarn layer of the embodiment are the twisted yarns of 30D/12F low-melting-point polyester and polyester (50/50).
The production method of the weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric comprises the following steps:

40S terylene low stretch yarn, 30D/12F terylene with low melting point and terylene (50/50) twisted yarn are selected to weave a full terylene weft-knitted Wumingzhi structural fabric on a weft-knitted double-faced machine.
A, B two needle arrangements are used. The pin arrangement mode is as follows: A. and B, two sections are a cycle. Each section forms a cycle by 6 paths, wherein the 1 st, 2 nd, 4 th and 6 th paths are 40S terylene low stretch yarns, and the 3 rd and 5 th paths are 30D/12F low melting point terylene and terylene (50/50) twisted yarns.

A weft-knitted Wumingzhi fabric is characterized in that: the upper fabric layer, the upper connecting filament layer, the middle fabric layer, the lower connecting filament layer and the lower fabric layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the upper connecting wire layer is connected with the upper fabric layer and the middle fabric layer through connecting wires, and the lower connecting wire layer is connected with the middle fabric layer and the lower fabric layer through connecting wires.

4. The weft-knitted wumingzhi fabric according to claim 3, characterized in that: the raw materials of the upper fabric layer, the middle fabric layer and the lower fabric layer are all polyester low stretch yarns.
