Abstract

背景技术
在运动鞋的情况下,尝试通过鞋底的几何设计给予鞋底一定的和期望的弹性性能。这意味着,当受到鞋的穿着者的重量时,鞋底在竖直方向上表现出期望的变形性能,特别是在竖直方向上施加的力和应变之间的特定特征曲线。

通过本发明的这个目的的解决方案的特征在于,存在凹部的第一组,在鞋底上没有外力的情况下,该凹部的第一组在竖直方向上比在纵向方向上更大,并且存在凹部的第二组,在鞋底上没有外力的情况下,该凹部的第二组在竖直方向上比在纵向方向上更小,其中至少在部段中的凹部中的至少一排在纵向方向上彼此相邻地布置,其中第二组的凹部被布置在第一组的两个凹部之间。

至少部分的凹部优选地在横向方向上完全穿透鞋底。

鞋底的材料优选地具有在0.20g/cm3和0.50g/cm3之间的密度。鞋底的材料优选地具有30Asker C和50Asker C之间的硬度。
鞋底可以设计为鞋底中层。因此,鞋底外层可以放置在鞋底中层下方。
在纵向方向上,凹部优选地被布置成式鞋底的总纵向延伸部的至少33%以上。它们优选地至少被布置在鞋底的中脚区域和后脚区域中。
鞋底的所提出的设计使得可以以简单的方式影响鞋底的弹性性能和缓冲性能或硬度的控制。通过凹部的设计,当鞋底加载装备有鞋底的鞋的穿着者的重量时,可以实现期望的弹性偏转。
本发明是基于所谓的“机械金属材料”的使用,其中旨在将不同尺寸的不同排的凹部(在横截面中已知的主要是圆形的或椭圆形的凹部)引入或将引入鞋底中以便实现鞋底的特定的弹性性能或缓冲性能。这实现了“工程减震”,其中弹性特性或减震特性遵循期望的特征曲线。
当施加由鞋的穿着者的重量引起的变形力时,产生的单元以特定的方式塌陷,使得可以实现特定的弹性特征或减震特征。

Claims (19)

在所述鞋底(1)上没有外力的情况下,凹部的第一组(2‘)在所述竖直方向(V)上比在所述纵向方向(L)上更大,并且
在所述鞋底(1)上没有外力的情况下,凹部的第二组(2“)在所述竖直方向(V)上比在所述纵向方向(L)上更小,
其中,至少在部段中的凹部(2‘,2“)的至少一排(3,4)在所述纵向方向(L)上被布置成彼此相邻,其中所述第二组中的凹部(2“)被布置在所述第一组中的两个凹部(2‘)之间。
