The online reservation platform records the number of visitors, the number of valid certificates and the number of motor vehicle license plates and issues identity labels for each visitor.
The park entry management module is used for entering internal traffic data of the designated area and identifying personnel and vehicles entering the designated area: when the person and/or the vehicle entering the designated area are/is identified to belong to the internal traffic data, the vehicle is released; when the person and/or vehicle entering the designated area is identified not to belong to the internal traffic data, the identity tag of each visitor is verified and/or the license plate number of the motor vehicle is verified, if the person and/or vehicle passes the verification, the person and/or vehicle are registered and released at the background, and the corresponding reservation or ticket purchasing information is checked and sold by the reservation platform on line; and if the verification is not passed, the verification is not released.
The office management module comprises a file receiving and sending unit, a process approval unit, an information release unit, a personnel management unit and an administrative management unit.
The circuit planning module comprises a designated node planning unit and an automatic planning unit; the appointed node planning unit plans a shortest travel path according to the inevitable nodes appointed by the visitors; the automatic planning unit acquires the age distribution of each group of visitors and generates a recommended travel path for the group of visitors according to the age distribution condition.
The automatic planning unit presets a plurality of suggested paths by taking each entrance of a designated area as a starting point, wherein the suggested paths comprise a classical path, a parent-child path, a tour path and a leisure path; in this embodiment, taking a college and universities needing a visit as an example:
if the minimum age of the group of visitors is less than 3 years old and the maximum age of the group of visitors is less than 65 years old, the automatic planning unit recommends a classical path;
if the minimum age of the group of visitors is less than 3 years old and the maximum age of the group of visitors is more than 65 years old, the automatic planning unit recommends a leisure path;
if the minimum age of a group of visitors is more than 3 years old and less than 12 years old and the maximum age of the group of visitors is less than 65 years old, the automatic planning unit recommends parent-child paths;
the auto-planning unit recommends a leisure path if the minimum age among the group of visitors is greater than 3 years old and less than 12 years old and the maximum age is greater than 65 years old;
if the minimum age of the group of visitors is more than 12 years old and the maximum age of the group of visitors is less than 65 years old, the automatic planning unit recommends a tour path;
if the minimum age of a group of visitors is more than 12 years old and the maximum age of the group of visitors is more than 65 years old, the automatic planning unit simultaneously provides a classic path and a leisure path for the visitors to select;
example 2:
on the basis of the embodiment 1, the management system further comprises a visitor forbidding module, wherein the visitor forbidding module is arranged at an entrance of an area which is forbidden for visitors to enter in the designated area and used for prompting personnel passing through the entrance.
As shown in fig. 2, the visitor entry prohibition module includes a signal transmitting device 1 and a signal receiving device 2 respectively disposed at two sides of a road at an entrance, wherein the signal transmitting device 1 and the signal receiving device 2 are opposite to each other; the system also comprises a projection device 3 arranged at the rear side of the connection line of the signal transmitting device 1 and the signal receiving device 2, wherein the projection device 3 is used for projecting prompt information to the ground, and the rear side is the side facing the area where visitors are prohibited to enter; when the signal receiving device 2 cannot receive the signal sent by the signal sending device 1, the projection device 3 projects a prompt word to the ground and keeps 5-10 s.
Preferably, in the embodiment, the projection apparatus is as shown in fig. 3, and includes a housing 8, where quartz glass 9 is partially disposed on a surface of the housing 8 for light to pass through, an installation frame 11 for installing a projector 10 is disposed inside the housing 8, the installation frame 11 is movably disposed on a carrying member 12, the carrying member 12 is fixed inside the housing 8, a bottom of the installation frame 11 is hemispherical, an arc-shaped groove matched with the installation frame 11 is disposed at a top of the carrying member 12, a projection direction of the projector 10 faces the quartz glass 9, and one side of the installation frame 11 away from the quartz glass 9 is connected with a first telescopic rod 13 and a second telescopic rod 14 which are distributed up and down, one end of each of the first telescopic rod 13 and the second telescopic rod 14 is fixed to an inner wall of the housing 8, and the other end of each of the first telescopic rod 13; in addition, a brush 15 is arranged on the inner wall of the quartz glass 9, and the brush 15 is driven by a swing motor 16 to swing and is used for cleaning the inner wall of the quartz glass 9. Preferably, an emergency life-saving box 7 is further arranged inside the cabinet body 4, and a box door of the emergency life-saving box 7 is kept locked in a normal state; when the manager confirms unlocking, the manual help module controls the unlocking of the box door of the emergency lifesaving box 7; the inside locking button that still sets up of cabinet body 4, when locking button was triggered, the identity recognition device stop work, cabinet door 5 can't be opened from the outside.

1. The comprehensive management system based on the text and travel integration comprises a designated area with text and travel resources, and is characterized by further comprising:
the online reservation platform is used for online booking or ticket buying in a designated area;
the park entering management module is used for releasing and registering the personnel and vehicles entering the designated area;
the route planning module is used for making a route suggestion in the specified area;
the personnel distribution module is used for generating a thermodynamic diagram of the personnel distribution condition in the designated area;
the video monitoring module is used for acquiring video images of key areas in the designated area in real time;
the office management module is used for managing the designated area by a manager;
and the visitor interaction terminals are distributed in the designated area and used for performing man-machine interaction with visitors.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the online reservation platform records the number of visitors, the number of valid certificates, the number of license plates of motor vehicles, and issues an identity tag for each visitor.
3. The integrated management system based on travel fusion of claim 2, wherein the park management module is used for entering internal traffic data of a designated area and identifying personnel and vehicles entering the designated area:
when the person and/or the vehicle entering the designated area are/is identified to belong to the internal traffic data, the vehicle is released;
when the person and/or vehicle entering the designated area is identified not to belong to the internal traffic data, the identity tag of each visitor is verified and/or the license plate number of the motor vehicle is verified, if the person and/or vehicle passes the verification, the person and/or vehicle are registered and released at the background, and the corresponding reservation or ticket purchasing information is checked and sold by the reservation platform on line; and if the verification is not passed, the verification is not released.
4. The integrated travel integration-based management system according to claim 1, wherein the route planning module comprises a designated node planning unit, an automatic planning unit; the appointed node planning unit plans a shortest travel path according to the inevitable nodes appointed by the visitors; the automatic planning unit acquires the age distribution of each group of visitors and generates a recommended travel path for the group of visitors according to the age distribution condition.
5. The integrated management system based on travel fusion of claim 4, wherein a plurality of suggested paths are preset with each entrance of a designated area as a starting point, and the suggested paths include a classical path, a parent-child path, a travel path, a leisure path;
if the minimum age of the group of visitors is smaller than A and the maximum age of the group of visitors is smaller than B, the automatic planning unit recommends a classical path;
if the minimum age of the group of visitors is smaller than A and the maximum age of the group of visitors is larger than B, the automatic planning unit recommends a leisure path;
if the minimum age of a group of visitors is larger than A and smaller than C and the maximum age of the group of visitors is smaller than B, the automatic planning unit recommends parent-child paths;
if the minimum age of a group of visitors is larger than A and smaller than C and the maximum age of the group of visitors is larger than B, the automatic planning unit recommends a leisure path;
if the minimum age of a group of visitors is larger than C and the maximum age of the group of visitors is smaller than B, the automatic planning unit recommends a tour path;
if the minimum age of a group of visitors is larger than C and the maximum age of the group of visitors is larger than B, the automatic planning unit simultaneously provides a classic path and a leisure path for the visitors to select;
wherein A is more than C and less than B.
6. The integrated management system based on travel integration according to claim 1, wherein the office management module comprises a document receiving and sending unit, a process approval unit, an information issuing unit, a personnel management unit and an administrative management unit.

The system for integrated management based on text and travel fusion of claim 1, further comprising a visitor entry prohibition module, wherein the visitor entry prohibition module is disposed at an entrance of an area where visitors are prohibited from entering the designated area, and is used for prompting people passing through the entrance.

The system for integrated management based on travel fusion of claim 7, wherein the visitor entry prohibition module includes a signal transmitting device and a signal receiving device respectively disposed at two sides of a road at an entrance, and the signal transmitting device and the signal receiving device are opposite to each other; the system also comprises a projection device arranged at the rear side of the connection line of the signal transmitting device and the signal receiving device, wherein the projection device is used for projecting prompt information to the ground, and the rear side is the side facing the area where visitors are prohibited to enter; when the signal receiving device can not receive the signal sent by the signal transmitting device, the projecting device projects a prompt word to the ground and keeps for a period of time.

The integrated management system based on the text-travel fusion of claim 2, wherein the visitor interaction terminal comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door; the cabinet door is kept locked in a normal state; an identity recognition device and identity tags for recognizing visitors and managers are arranged on the outer side of the cabinet body, and when the identity tags pass through recognition, the cabinet door is unlocked; the intelligent tour guide cabinet is characterized in that an interactive touch screen is arranged inside the cabinet body and comprises a tour guide module, an automatic frequently asked question answering module and a manual help seeking module, and the manual help seeking module is communicated with a manager.

The integrated management system based on the text-travel fusion as claimed in claim 9, wherein an emergency life-saving box is further arranged inside the cabinet body, and a box door of the emergency life-saving box is kept locked in a normal state; when the manager confirms unlocking, the manual help module controls the unlocking of the box door of the emergency lifesaving box; the cabinet body is characterized in that a locking button is further arranged inside the cabinet body, and when the locking button is triggered, the identity recognition device stops working and the cabinet door cannot be opened from the outside.
