The device has the advantage of rapidly obtaining the specific volume and the three-dimensional appearance of the measured food.

In the current national standards, the contents of specific volume as a main quality judgment and evaluation index are specified in GB/T20571-2006 wheat storage quality judgment rule, GB/T20981-2007 bread, GB/T35991-2018 grain and oil inspection wheat flour steamed bun processing quality evaluation and the like.
The current specific volume determination method is to weigh the mass of steamed bread or bread by a balance and then measure the volume by a steamed bread and bread volume determination instrument, thereby calculating the specific volume. A volume measuring instrument for steamed bread and bread adopts a volume displacement method, and the method comprises the steps of weighing steamed bread or bread to be measured, placing the weighed steamed bread or bread into a volume measuring instrument or a container with a certain volume, adding a small-particle filler (millet or rapeseed) into the container, completely covering a bread sample, fully shaking and filling the steamed bread sample, scraping the filler by using a ruler, taking out the measured steamed bread or bread, pouring the filler into a measuring cylinder to measure the volume, and subtracting the volume of the filler from the volume of the container to obtain the volume of the bread.
The volume measuring instrument is adopted for measurement, and the following defects exist:
the volume measuring instrument used by the volume measuring instrument method is a metal product, and is relatively labor-consuming and time-consuming when the number of samples is large in the actual use process; secondly, the volume measuring instrument is in an opaque state, the situation of uneven filling of particles is easy to occur for steamed bread or bread in an irregular shape, and the measuring result is easy to be inaccurate, so that sufficient shaking is ensured when the volume measuring instrument is used, and the situation of particle leakage filling is reduced to the maximum extent; thirdly, when the volume measurement is finished, the steamed bread or bread to be measured needs to be taken out, because the surface of the steamed bread or bread can inevitably generate moisture or grease, filler particles are easy to adhere to the surface of a sample to be measured, the loss of small particles is caused, and the filler needs to be quantified again when one sample is measured; and fourthly, the use of the filling agent (millet or rapeseed) causes certain grain waste.
In order to solve the above problems, people are always seeking an ideal technical solution.

Compared with the prior art, the method has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly, the method is applied to the field of measuring the specific volume of the fermented flour food by means of a relatively mature three-dimensional scanning technology, obtains the weight data of the fermented flour food by the electronic balance, obtains the volume data of the fermented flour food by scanning of the laser radar, then calculates the specific volume, quickly obtains the specific volume of the food, and avoids a series of problems caused by measurement by the conventional volume measuring instrument.
Furthermore, the precision of the measured volume can be greatly improved by adding a high-precision stepping motor, and the appearance of the measured food can be obtained by adding an image acquisition camera so as to display the current state of the food to the outside in real time.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that the measuring reference is consistent and avoid the damage or the compression deformation of the fermented flour food in the transferring process, the objective table is designed into a transferable structure, so that the food can be prevented from being damaged or deformed by transferring the objective table, and the measuring accuracy is improved.
Furthermore, the fitting of the point cloud data of the laser radar scanning and the image acquisition camera photographing scanning can improve the measurement and display precision, and the point cloud data can be separately used and can serve its own functions.
