The second crushing pick 28 is arranged to perform crushing operation from another direction, so that not only is the working efficiency improved, but also crushing is more sufficient.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, a second extension arm 30 is further fixed on the rotary column 12, a cover cylinder 31 is installed on the upper surface of the second extension arm 30, a movable rod of the cover cylinder 31 downwardly passes through the second extension arm 30, a cover plate 32 is installed on the movable rod of the cover cylinder 31, and the cover plate 32 is used for matching with an upper end opening of the crushing box 1.
When the crushing operation is performed, the rotary column 12 rotates to make the cover plate 32 be positioned right above the crushing box 1, and the movable rod of the cover plate cylinder 31 moves downwards to drive the cover plate 32 to cover the opening of the crushing box 1. This operation may enable a more reliable crushing operation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment, the first end 20 of the material guiding frame 19 is rotatably installed on the outer side wall of the crushing box 1, the construction waste land reclamation apparatus further includes a switching cylinder 33 located below the material guiding frame 19, and a movable rod of the switching cylinder 33 is engaged with the material guiding frame 19 to rotate the second end 21 of the material guiding frame 19 upward, so that the second end 21 is higher than the first end 20. When the movable rod of the switching cylinder 33 moves upwards, the second end 21 of the material guide frame 19 is higher than the first end 20, and at the moment, the material guide frame 19 plays a role in material feeding and guiding, so that construction waste can be conveniently slid into the crushing box 1 through the material guide frame 19 by engineering equipment.
During the actual application, the lower surface of guide frame 19 can have the spacing groove, switches cylinder 33 and is located the below of spacing groove, and the gyro wheel is installed to the tip of switching cylinder 33's movable rod, and the gyro wheel imbeds the spacing groove.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in this embodiment, the bottom wall of the crushing box 1 is a movable bottom plate 34 capable of moving up and down, the construction waste land remediation equipment further includes a lifting mechanism 35, and the lifting mechanism 35 includes:
the lifting frame 36 is positioned between the movable bottom plate 34 and the conveyor belt 10, the lifting frame 36 is fixed with the movable bottom plate 34, and two sides of the lifting frame 36 are provided with extending parts 37 which extend outwards and horizontally;
the two lifting cylinders 38 are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveyor belt 10, the movable rods of the lifting cylinders 38 are connected with the extension parts 37, and when the movable rods of the lifting cylinders 38 extend upwards, the movable bottom plate 34 can be driven to move upwards in the crushing box 1;
as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the construction waste land reclamation equipment further comprises a material blocking mechanism 39, a material pushing mechanism 40 and a third collecting box 41; stock stop 39 sets up in the top of guide frame 19, and stock stop 39 includes:
a material blocking cylinder 42;
the material blocking frame 43 is fixed with a movable rod of the material blocking cylinder 42, the material blocking frame 43 comprises two baffle plates 44 which are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the baffle plates 44 can be driven by the material blocking cylinder 42 to be respectively positioned at two sides of an opening at the upper end of the crushing box 1;
the movable rod of the avoidance cylinder 45 is fixed with the cylinder body of the material blocking cylinder 42;
pushing equipment 40 and stock stop 39 set up respectively in the both sides of broken case 1, and pushing equipment 40 includes:
a pusher cylinder 46;
the material pushing plate 47 is fixed with the movable rod of the material pushing cylinder 46, the material pushing plate 47 can move between the two baffles 44, and the garbage between the two baffles 44 and the raised movable bottom plate 34 is pushed onto the material guide frame 19;
the third collecting box 41 is used for matching with the second end 21 of the material guiding frame 19 and receiving the garbage.
After the crushing operation is completed, small garbage is discharged through the falling hole 3, the reinforcing steel bars are taken away through the electric permanent magnet 17, and a large garbage which cannot fall through the falling hole 3 is still arranged in the crushing box 1. The bottom wall of the crushing box 1 is a movable bottom plate 34 capable of moving up and down, and at the moment, the movable bottom plate 34 can be driven to move upwards in the crushing box 1 through a lifting mechanism 35, so that larger garbage can also leave the crushing box 1; according to the garbage crusher, the material blocking mechanism 39 and the material pushing mechanism 40 are arranged on three sides of the opening end of the crushing box 1 to respectively block three sides, so that large garbage can be discharged from one side of the material guiding frame 19 only, and the material pushing plate 47 can move between the two baffle plates 44 through the matching of the material pushing cylinder 46 and the material pushing plate 47, so that all large garbage is discharged to the material guiding frame 19.
At the beginning, the material guiding frame 19 can rotate upwards (to receive construction waste of engineering equipment), and through the design of the avoiding cylinder 45, the material blocking cylinder 42 and the material blocking frame 43 can be driven to move when the material guiding frame 19 needs to be turned upwards, so that the material blocking cylinder and the material blocking frame are staggered, and the interference with the material guiding frame 19 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment, the material guide device further comprises a translation frame 48 and a driving cylinder 49 for driving the translation frame 48 to reciprocate, the second collecting box 18 and the third collecting box 41 are detachably mounted on the translation frame 48, and the second collecting box 18 or the third collecting box 41 can be selectively matched with the second end 21 of the material guide frame 19 through the operation of the driving cylinder 49.
When the guide frame 19 is used for receiving the reinforcing steel bars, the driving air cylinder 49 controls the second collecting box 18 to be matched with the second end 21 of the guide frame 19; when the guide frame 19 is used for receiving larger pieces of garbage, the driving cylinder 49 controls the third collecting box 41 to be matched with the second end 21 of the guide frame 19.
In this embodiment, the first crushing pick driving element 8 and the first crushing pick driving element 8 are both air cylinders. During the actual use, all kinds of cylinders of this application can change into hydro-cylinder or electric putter as required.

Claims (10)

1. A construction waste land reclamation apparatus, comprising:
the crushing box is rectangular and provided with an opening at the upper end, one side wall of the crushing box is provided with a crushing opening, and the bottom wall of the crushing box is provided with a plurality of dropping holes arranged at intervals;
a first crushing pick having a crushing member including a rectangular mounting plate and a plurality of crushing heads secured to the rectangular mounting plate, the rectangular mounting plate being aligned with the crushing opening;
the first crushing pick driving element is used for driving the first crushing pick to move, so that a crushing piece enters the crushing box through the crushing opening, and the construction waste in the crushing box is crushed;
a conveyor belt assembly having a conveyor belt located below the crushing bin for receiving small pieces of garbage falling from the drop holes;
the first collecting box is matched with the output end of the conveying belt and used for receiving the small garbage;
the rotating column can rotate, a first extension arm is fixed on the rotating column, and the first extension arm is positioned above the crushing box;
the winding wheel is mounted on the upper surface of the first extension arm, a pull rope is wound on the winding wheel, and one end of the pull rope penetrates through the first extension arm to extend downwards;
the winding motor is used for driving the winding wheel to rotate in a reciprocating manner;
the electric permanent magnet is positioned below the first extension arm and connected with the inhaul cable, and the electric permanent magnet is used for falling into the crushing box and adsorbing the steel bars;
and the second collecting box is used for receiving the reinforcing steel bars brought out by the electro-permanent magnet.
2. The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a guide frame, a first end of which is located at one side of the opening of the crushing box, and a second end of which extends obliquely downward;
the lower surface of the first extension arm is fixed with a shifting cylinder, the end part of a movable rod of the shifting cylinder is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the inhaul cable, and the shifting cylinder is used for enabling the electro-permanent magnet to move right above the first end of the material guide frame after the electro-permanent magnet adsorbs the steel bars and moves upwards.

The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein a rectangular push plate is further mounted on the rectangular mounting plate of the first crushing pick, the rectangular push plate is adapted to the crushing port, the rectangular push plate is connected with the rectangular mounting plate through an elastic component, and the rectangular push plate can move to one side of the rectangular mounting plate after being stressed; the rectangular push plate is provided with a plurality of first through holes, and each first through hole is matched with each crushing head of the first crushing pick in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
4. The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 3, wherein the side wall of the crushing box corresponding to the crushing port has a plurality of second through holes; the construction waste land remediation equipment further comprises:
the second crushing pick is positioned on the outer side of the crushing box and provided with a crushing piece, the crushing piece comprises a rectangular mounting plate and a plurality of crushing heads fixed on the rectangular mounting plate, and each second through hole is matched with each crushing head of the second crushing pick in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
and the second crushing pick driving element is used for driving the first crushing pick to move, so that the crushing piece enters the crushing box through the second through hole to crush the building garbage in the crushing box.

The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein a second extension arm is further fixed on the rotary column, a cover plate cylinder is installed on the upper surface of the second extension arm, a movable rod of the cover plate cylinder downwardly passes through the second extension arm, and a cover plate is installed on the movable rod of the cover plate cylinder and is used for being matched with the upper end opening of the crushing box.

The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein the first end of the guide frame is rotatably installed on the outer sidewall of the crushing box, and the construction waste land reclamation apparatus further comprises a switching cylinder located below the guide frame, and a movable rod of the switching cylinder is engaged with the guide frame for rotating the second end of the guide frame upward so that the second end is higher than the first end.

The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 6, wherein the lower surface of the guide frame is provided with a limiting groove, the switching cylinder is positioned below the limiting groove, and a roller is mounted at the end of a movable rod of the switching cylinder and is embedded in the limiting groove.

The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 6, wherein the bottom wall of the crushing box is a movable bottom plate which can move up and down, and the construction waste land reclamation apparatus further comprises a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism comprises:
the lifting frame is positioned between the movable bottom plate and the conveying belt, is fixed with the movable bottom plate, and is provided with extending parts extending outwards and horizontally at two sides;
the two lifting cylinders are respectively positioned at two sides of the conveying belt, movable rods of the lifting cylinders are connected with the extending parts, and when the movable rods of the lifting cylinders extend upwards, the movable bottom plate can be driven to move upwards in the crushing box;
the construction waste land restoration equipment further comprises a material blocking mechanism, a material pushing mechanism and a third collecting box;
stock stop sets up in the top of guide frame, stock stop includes:
a material blocking cylinder;
the material blocking frame is fixed with the movable rod of the material blocking cylinder and comprises two parallel baffles which are arranged at intervals, and the baffles can be driven by the material blocking cylinder to be respectively positioned on two sides of the opening at the upper end of the crushing box;
the movable rod of the avoidance cylinder is fixed with the cylinder body of the material blocking cylinder;
pushing equipment and stock stop set up respectively in the both sides of broken case, pushing equipment includes:
a material pushing cylinder;
the pushing plate is fixed with the movable rod of the pushing cylinder and can move between the two baffles to push the garbage between the two baffles and the lifted movable bottom plate to the material guide frame;
the third collecting box is used for being matched with the second end of the material guide frame to receive the garbage.

The construction waste land reclamation apparatus as recited in claim 8, further comprising a translational frame and a driving cylinder for driving the translational frame to reciprocate, wherein the second collection container and the third collection container are detachably mountable to the translational frame, and the second collection container or the third collection container can be selected to be engaged with the second end of the guide frame by operation of the driving cylinder.
10. The construction waste land reclamation apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first breaking pick drive element and the first breaking pick drive element are both air cylinders.
