When medical staff wear the isolation clothes, once feeling sultry and sweating with the warning sign of heatstroke, the disposable medical ice bag 4 arranged in the isolation clothes body 1 can be pressed or kneaded by hands of human body, so that the disposable medical ice bag 4 absorbs a large amount of heat, and the purpose of cooling is achieved.
Further, the disposable medical ice bag 4 comprises a bag body, wherein inorganic salt 5 and a water bag 6 filled with water are arranged in the bag body, and the water and the inorganic salt 5 are separated through the water bag 6. When in use, the water bag 6 is broken through kneading or squeezing, so that the inorganic salt 5 is dissolved in water, and a large amount of heat is absorbed, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.
Specifically, the inorganic salt 5 in this application is ammonium chloride or ammonium nitrate.
Further, an interlayer 7 is arranged between the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3, and a plurality of disposable medical ice bags 4 are distributed on two sides of the interlayer 7. Through the setting of intermediate layer 7, and set up disposable medical ice bag 4 on intermediate layer 7 as far as, the situation of sultriness and a large amount of sweating that arouse when coming better reduction medical staff to wear the barrier gown reduces the incidence of medical staff's heatstroke, increases the comfort of wearing, effectively improves medical staff's work efficiency.
Further, a temperature sensor (not shown in the figures) is arranged between the inner layer 2 and the interlayer 7, and one side of the temperature sensor is electrically connected with a temperature reminding device (not shown in the figures). It should be noted that: the temperature reminding device can be a sound reminding device, a vibration reminding device and the like, and is specifically a buzzer or a vibrator; in addition, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the isolation clothes body 1 reaches a set value, the temperature reminding device is driven to remind. The above structure and connection method are prior art, and are not described in detail herein. Specifically, chinese patent publication No. CN203053578U discloses a temperature reminder.
Further, the temperature sensor is preferably arranged at the position of the isolation clothes body 1 corresponding to the corner of the sternum of the human body. The sternum angle is usually used as the locating mark of the thoracic vertebra plane, and the temperature sensor is arranged on the isolation clothes body 1 at the position corresponding to the position, so that the sense of existence of the temperature sensor when medical staff wear the isolation clothes is reduced, and the normal work of the medical staff is not influenced.
Further, the isolation clothes body 1 comprises a head cover 8, a coat 9 and trousers 10 which are integrally connected, the coat 9 is composed of a front left garment piece, a front right garment piece, a rear garment piece and two sleeves, and a zipper (not shown in the drawing) is arranged between the front left garment piece and the front right garment piece and is detachably connected through the zipper.
Further, one side of the front left garment piece is provided with a front fly 11, and the front fly 11 is detachably connected with the front right garment piece through a magic tape. The fly 11 is positioned to correspond to the zipper to cover the zipper.
Because the zip fastener has the gap for the isolation effect of barrier gown can receive the influence, and this application is through addding door front of a garment 11, with corresponding zip fastener department, thereby strengthens the isolation effect of barrier gown in zip fastener department.

This screw thread cuff can use with the cooperation of medical shell gloves, and this screw thread bottom of a trouser leg can use with the cooperation of protection podotheca, strengthens the frictional resistance of both junctions, further promotes the isolation effect of both junctions, further reduces the possibility of polluting.
Example two:
the difference from the first embodiment is that: the disposable medical ice bag 4 has the following differences:
the disposable medical ice bag 4 comprises a bag body, wherein ammonium nitrate and a water bag are arranged in the bag body, the water bag and the bag body are both made of waterproof breathable films, and hydrogel is filled in the water bag. The aqueous gel is separated from the ammonium nitrate by water-in-water separation.
When the water-containing gel is applied specifically, the water-containing gel can play a role in cooling once, namely, the heat inside the isolation clothes is taken away through the evaporation of the water inside the water-containing gel, so that the purpose of local cooling is achieved, and the cooling effect mainly depends on the water content in the water-containing gel. Because the water drum of the application adopts the arrangement of the waterproof breathable film, namely, the water in the liquid state in the hydrogel is still positioned in the waterproof breathable film and cannot flow out. Only the inside temperature of the barrier gown is high, so that the moisture in the hydrogel is evaporated and converted into a gaseous state to escape from the water pack to the outside.
It should be noted that the water bag is located in the bag body, and the bag body is filled with ammonium nitrate, that is, the water vapor overflows toward the inside of the bag body, so as to contact with the ammonium nitrate crystals, so that the ammonium nitrate crystals continuously undergo dissolution and endothermic reactions, thereby absorbing a large amount of heat to achieve the purpose of secondary cooling. It is specifically noted that ammonium nitrate is readily soluble in water while absorbing heat and does not chemically react with water.
It should be noted that, in this application, the bag body is also made of a waterproof and breathable film material, that is, when the vapor and the ammonium nitrate crystals are continuously dissolved, a part of the vapor is liquefied into water to be retained in the bag body, and at this time, if a user presses or kneads the water drum, the hydrogel in the water drum is in contact with the ammonium nitrate aqueous solution, so that the hydrogel absorbs the ammonium nitrate aqueous solution. Once again heated, the aqueous ammonium nitrate solution in the aqueous gel evaporates, removing heat. It is emphasized that the solvent water is still evaporated at this time, but the solute ammonium nitrate is not, and the temperature reduction principle at this time is consistent with the above-mentioned one-time temperature reduction.
Further, the preparation method of the aqueous gel comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the following components in percentage by mass: 10% of poly-N-isopropylacrylamide gel; 2% of sodium polyacrylate spherical water-absorbent resin; 5% of polyvinyl alcohol; 0.3% of pregelatinized starch; the balance of water, and the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100 percent;
s2, sequentially adding poly-N-isopropylacrylamide gel and sodium polyacrylate spherical water-absorbing resin into water, and uniformly mixing to obtain a temperature-sensitive hydrogel-containing concentrated solution;
s3: dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and pregelatinized starch in water under the assistance of microwave to obtain clear solution, adding temperature-sensitive aqueous gel concentrate, filling into a mold, freezing at a temperature of not higher than-10 deg.C for 2-3 hr, and repeatedly freezing for 2-5 times.
Further, the microwave-assisted operation means that polyvinyl alcohol and pregelatinized starch are dissolved in water and then put into a microwave reactor for reaction for 5-10 seconds.
The cooling effect of the barrier gown of this example will be described below through experiments.
Firstly, a constant temperature heating plate is used for simulating the temperature reduction effect of human body temperature test, the hydrogel is placed on the constant temperature heating plate at 32 ℃, the temperature of the constant temperature plate (namely the contact surface of the hydrogel and the constant temperature plate) is measured every 5 minutes, and the measurement is continued for 30 minutes.

The low critical solution temperature of the hydrogel is 32 ℃, and once the external environment temperature reaches 32 ℃, the hydrogel can be triggered to shrink, so that the water in the hydrogel is evaporated, and then the heat is taken away. And can be reduced to 25 deg.C after 30 min. The isolation clothes can maintain the temperature of 26-32 ℃ in the use state, and has important significance for improving the wearing comfort of medical staff.
And secondly, simulating the temperature reduction effect of the human body temperature test by using a constant temperature heating plate, placing the hydrogel on the constant temperature heating plate at 32 ℃, measuring the temperature of the constant temperature plate (namely the contact surface of the hydrogel and the constant temperature plate) every 30 minutes, and continuously measuring for 4 hours.

Once triggered, the aqueous gel of the present application may be cooled for up to 4 hours to control the ambient temperature below 32 ℃.
Thirdly, selecting the testers to wear the isolation clothes of the second embodiment, and setting the common medical isolation clothes on the market as a comparison group: the test result comprises somatosensory effect evaluation and measurement result evaluation of a non-contact thermometer; wherein the temperature test result takes the temperature of the isolation clothes lower than the normal body temperature by 0.5-3 ℃ as the standard for judging the cooling and defervescing effects; carrying out data acquisition every 2 hours for temperature measurement and somatosensory effect to obtain the following test results;
Figure RE-GDA0002905788230000081
the isolation clothes need to be stored to a shady and cool place in the dark during daily storage, and the environment temperature of the place is not higher than 32 ℃. The temperature-sensitive type hydrogel concentrated solution is formed by mixing poly N-isopropyl acrylamide gel and sodium polyacrylate spherical water-absorbing resin, the low critical dissolving temperature of the concentrated solution is 32 ℃, when the environmental temperature is higher than 32 ℃, the gel shrinks, water in the hydrogel evaporates, and heat of a human body is taken away. Wherein, the sodium polyacrylate spherical water-absorbing resin can realize water absorption and swelling again, thereby realizing multiple cooling.
In addition, this application can realize the use of cooling 6 hours at least to the barrier gown. The first stage can last for 4 hours, and the secondary cooling effect brought by the cooperation of the evaporated moisture and the ammonium nitrate can last for 2 hours, so as to meet the daily use requirement of medical staff. If the isolating clothes are worn after 6 hours in case of emergency, the medical staff can manually press or knead the water bag to make the hydrogel contact with the ammonium nitrate water solution, so as to generate temporary cooling effect.
